美国对于移民的意识形态限制是有过很长的历史，对于无政府主义分子，纳粹同情者，共产分子有过限制，可这种限制只是在入籍（或申请长期居留，也就是绿卡）之时。这项限制对于非移民不起作用，所以理论上来说，每年百万的共党分子只要没有证据他们会对美国“外交政策产生严重影响” （Immigration Act
of 1990：“entry or proposed activities within the United States would have
potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences。”），就可以大摇大摆地来美国旅游，白天花天酒地，享受美国的自由，晚上上万维来当五毛，拿你们这些加拿大可怜虫开心。

看明白了吗？这是移民限制，对于非移民这些限制不存在，不信去问持有美国旅行签证的中国游客，申请非移民签证时有没有被问过过“你加入过共产党？”这样的意识形态问题。只有在申请美国移民签证时才会被问这样的问题。如果是亲属移民，申请人可以以“family unity waiver” 条款免答这样的问题。只有在申请非亲属类移民时，才会被问这样的问题。

你们也会说，根据以上的法律，五毛不应该被允许获得绿卡和加入美国国籍。早就料到你们会问如此傻逼的问题，呵呵。美国有过一个著名的有关意识形态限制的案例。Schneiderman v. United States， 原告Schneiderman在入籍时公开声称自己是共党分子，但是宣称自己相信社会主义会在美国和平地取得胜利。法院最终判定政府败诉，给与了Schneiderman的美国公民权。所以，只要你不宣扬反对美国宪法或者暴力推翻美国政府，五毛在现行法律下照样可以合法居留入籍。

美国现在奉行移民政策是“宁肯要有才华的五毛，也不要傻逼的普世”，这就解释了为什么五毛多在美国，“普世”多半在加拿大。

美国文化你不懂，中国文化是个球。谈什么“影响”涅？

阿妞，此文绝非激愤之言。事实上从中国角度看，中国需要开放，就像中国需要加入WTO一样。但是从世界角度看，从美国角度看，你中国要加入现代国际大家庭，你需要达到一定标准，需要认可世纪经济政治秩序，就像当年WTO要求中国达标一样，在政治上也需要中国达标。

现在的情形是中国不但不达标，还在倒退，公然挑战国际既有政治秩序，到处搞什么文化传播，包括垃圾五毛传播，已经污染了世界，污染了美国。所以需要对这些加强限制。

其实美国本来就限制共产党员入境，法律还有效，但执行并不有效。本文只是提醒美国当局，需要严格禁止共产党员入境美国。

俺看了共产党最近的广告片，很感动。镜头里的共产党人是可爱可敬的。这个广告片一定会火起来。只有中央委员省委书记市委书记们会冒火，因为共产党都让那些清洁工老农民与医生教师代表了，这些书记和中央委员们不再是党了，他们说话谁听？

另外，美国人对着这个广告的镜头照片，会发现唐人街洗碗的，大学教书的以及研究所里的中国人都是共党。 只有那些来访的中国官方代表团是假冒的共产党。如果听了德孤的建议，美国到底同谁打交道，接待谁，驱逐谁呢？

俺知道这是德孤的激愤之言。嘎子更是侮辱了美国人的心智。

何不直接对所有中国人关闭更简单？毕竟中国社会精英90%以上是在共党内。

In order to understand USA well, we better listen to some people who have been living in USA for a long time, speaking English very fluently, and knowing the USA better.

Those guys from China with brainwashed head by the communist and not being able to speak English well or living on welfare do not have any valuable view point about the real face of the USA.

I would say to my fellow Chinese: We must understand the real face of this world before we make an accusation about anything.
