For two bed-room or three bed-room appartments, does each bedroom has a separate wash-room facility (toilet, basin and shower)?

This is only available in Beijing for now, and Shanghai is in construction based on your info. Any plan to expand to other cities?

You have washing machine. But how about dryer, iron, and ironing board? Or any laundry service?

1）两房或三房公寓均只有一个卫生间。2）我们目前仅提供北京的家庭公寓。3）公寓没有干衣机，凉台有衣服架可以晾晒。熨斗及熨衣板可以提供。

We stayed from the 26th of September untill the 5th of October. We enjoyed very much, they have everything in it even shampoo & toothpaste.
The location is very convenient to visit all the tourist attractions & scenery.
We will definately stay there again if we are in china .
