范儿844——育儿(恒心/自律):恒心与自律是成功人生的永恒的原动力 2015-07-19 11:25:09

藤儿点评:当今世界,无论孩子们在哪里成长,在学生(students)、家长(parents)、老师(teachers)、教育家(educators)、纳税人(tax-payers)和各级政府(governments)的眼里,一个孩子将来的一生的成败的赌注都不会被压在家长和孩子自己的身上——家庭育儿(恒心/自律)。

相反,惊人的一致,大家的目光都会同时投向同一个目标——学校。因此,纵观全世界,不断地要求通过政府在学校的大量投入来提高学校的教学水平,成了全社会的唯一的共同诉求。

诚然,有人从学校走入社会后,获得了巨大的成功。众人都毫不犹豫地一股脑儿把他/她的成功归功于某间学校的高质量的教育。然而,在他/她成功的背后,有多少在家庭育儿(恒心/自律)过程中投入的辛勤劳动和历尽艰辛,只有他/她自己知道。当然,他/她所在的学校也乐于毫不客气地将孩子们成功的荣誉和光环全部归功于学校自己。

可是,当一个孩子学校成绩不及格、辍学或失足的时候,他/她所在的学校就会说:“那是他/她自己的事儿!” 言下之意,孩子的失败完全与学校无关。这时候,全社会也是惊人的一致——默认!

恒心与自律是成功人生的永恒的原动力

只要全世界的教育制度拒绝承认家庭育儿(恒心/自律)对每一个孩子的学业和人生成功的那一点点必不可少的贡献,那么各级政府只得不断重复同一模式,通过加税给纳税人带来沉重负担的笨拙方法,年复一年地不断向各级学校投入海量资金。但愿它不会付之东流!

The World Top 20 Education Poll is an international project to monitor and rank over 200 nation’s education systems for student development for ages of 3 to 25.

The project’s mission is to ensure every child on the planet has an opportunity to reach their full potential, with access to quality education in a safe and nurturing environment.

The World Top 20 Poll 2015 Second Quarter Global Education Report

This Quarter Report represents the public opinion results, from students, parents, teachers, educators, and tax-payers internationally. Their response is used to identify challenges countries are facing in improving their education systems.

In this year’s public opinion poll; 69% of the participants were students, 13% parents, 9% tax-payers (others), 5% teachers, and 4% educators.
