 | 小学三年级·母亲节当班(2012 Duty on Mother's Day) |
| | 2012-05-13 母亲节 生活中，我们每个人都要当班，主动的，被动的，酬劳的，义务的。 诚然，为养家糊口而打拼职场的当班也许并非与个人志趣相投，但为了责任，我们不得不首先考虑生存问题，解决衣食住行。在这种情况下，当班的心情一般无奈被动，有时不仅要放弃外在的追求与爱好，甚至还要忽略内在的理念与感受。经济萧条时期，不少人在四、五十岁中年失业后重新返回工作岗位时，常常感受到诸如此类的切肤之痛。
还有一种当班不是按照规定的时间工作，而是完全根据个人意愿，虽然没有任何薪金收入，但心甘情愿出资出力贡献时间，当班的心情如同休闲渡假，既轻松愉快，又积极阳光。譬如，我们出外旅行接受大自然洗礼，尽情饱览江河山岳；或者深入异景他乡考察风土民情，广泛拓展生活阅历；或者致力发掘身边人文资源，深刻领悟生命内涵；……
我非常喜欢的当班形式之一便是到宾州光华中文学校给我家童少做值日家长，帮助其班主任冯老师收缴学生的课后作业或课前生字段落听写考卷、配合老师教学发放不干胶粘纸艺贴奖励上课踊跃发言或集中精力听讲的学生、监督课堂秩序防止交头接耳或乱做小动作、护送上课期间需要进出厕所的学生等等。尤其赶上母亲节这样一个星期天，恰巧轮班排到我头上来当班做义工，感觉格外温馨。
当走进三年级教室时，我仔细环视周围的一切，更确切地说，是在凝神观察班上每一位学生，眼下他(她)正泛着五月韶华春色，随处散发出愉悦的光辉。
我想起最初上学前班时的情景。那是二OO八年初秋，就在这个刚刚修缮一新的教室，廿多位四～六岁不等的黄毛丫头和楞头小子，一手拉着爸爸或妈妈，一手拎着印有全新卡通图案的书包，朦朦憧憧开始了学生生涯。
冬去春来，教室外树林里的枯枝旧叶自然而然散落一地，陪读的家长也陆续离开了教室。留在原来位置上的童男幼女俨如翠青的嫩芽花蕾含苞欲放，终于生机蓬勃地发育长大。无论听力感觉简单，还是会话多么复杂；无论阅读相对容易，还是写作非常困难，他们生生地背诵儿歌童谣，默默地积攒词汇用量，渐渐地熟悉语法结构，慢慢地强化汉语文化。
“春山澹冶而如美，夏山苍翠而如滴，秋山明净而如妆，冬山惨淡而如睡”。年复一年，四季轮回，孩子们的成长足迹既隐含失意的惆怅，也包括成功的笑靥；不仅有着耕耘的汗水，而且还有过开心的欢歌，总而言之印满了喜怒哀乐。这么一路走来，不知不觉已渡过四个年头。
俗话说：“良好的开端是成功的一半”！随着中文学习日趋深入，今后的道路漫长而艰辛，好在大家有心承继上下五千年祖先留下的传统文化。但愿彼此相互勉励坚持到底，共同实现学好汉语的梦想。
跟孩子们一起过母亲节，意义变得更加实在。
