| | 2012-09-08 在我们生活的小城，少儿足球运动分好几层：有技术实力的进青少年俱乐部，参加地区联赛；有天赋的组旅行球队，走乡串镇挑战对手；最庞大的，是那些秋季才露面的兴趣爱好者——不为角逐，不为游走，只为健身和乐趣。我家童少便是这支“群众队伍”里一名极其普通的球员。 今年不同往日，费城“兄弟之爱”天普“圣所”(Temple)大学的足球队应邀下乡普及足球，每周一次正式训练，由大学生亲自示范。他们一面巩固传带射门的基础，一面结合U9年龄段爱跑动的生理特点，穿插交叉换位、下底传中、插上进攻等战术，既兼顾散漫心态，又突出集体配合。理论上是灌了不少专业术语，至于周末比赛能用上多少，另说。义务出任“绿蜂”队主教练的帕特里克“高贵”(Patrick)，是11号球员埃里克“永恒统治者”(Eric)的父亲。他每周带队训练两次、比赛一次，赛后必与家长通气——三年前在西雅图“小渡口”，他给女儿的足球队当过助教；如今虽已迁居，那份对体育的热忱却一点没减。 我站在场边，看帕特里克正蹲在球门线旁，对着几个刚跑完折返跑的孩子讲解站位。那些孩子喘着粗气，额上沁出汗珠，却都认真地盯着他在地上画出的战术线。他的声音在秋日的空气中显得清晰而沉静。我想，真正让这个社区得以持续开展的，也许并非那些球员们偶尔掌握的技巧，而是像帕特里克这样的人——把时间和热情注入这些被磨损的草皮上，一代又一代地传递下去。远处，我家童少正抱着球跑向角球区。他跑动的姿态还不够协调，但那专注的神情里，已经有了一种属于球员的郑重。
