I often took calls from users directed to one of my co-workers.  That was OK.   One day, I needed to call this co-worker for a business discussion.  I noticed his phone# was the same as mine.  I had to walk to his office instead.

It turned out that he copied my outlook signature just for convenience but forgot to enter his own phone#.  That explains why I received so many of his calls.
