主料:12只鲜蘑菇,0.25斤新鲜手打鱼肉醬
鱼肉配料: 0.5茶匙胡椒粉,1茶匙淀粉,(加入手打鱼肉醬攪勻)
其它配料:炒菜油
方法:取下蘑菇茎,襄上魚肉。把襄好的蘑菇魚肉面向下放在油裏煎至魚肉微黃。 翻面后,再煎20秒,裝盤。
* 若口味重,可淋蠔油。
** 同樣方法可以用其它蔬菜,如青椒或茄子酿鱼肉

Minced fish: we bought ready-to-use minced fish meat, if you do not have a nice supermarket like ours, just grind some fish filet and seasoning it with salt, fine chopped green onion and ginger.
