“辟穀濟善”是我三年前發起的全球性項目，我將宗門古秘無償獻給社會，倡導人們通過每月辟穀三天以排除體毒御正身心，並將省下來的三天伙食費捐助給需要幫助的人。此舉既能為地球節省資源減少污染，也能為人類促進身心健康，更能培育社會互相關愛濟困扶危的道德倫理，於人於世百益而無一弊，這項運動在其它國家地區深受擁愛，而在本國卻屢遭打壓甚至迫害，所有善行都被冠之“非法”，良善非法的國度，非吾不惠吾民，乃國不容吾為之矣！

“Fasting For Charity” is the global project I launched three years ago, I present the ancient Dharma secret to society for free, initiate people to rectify mind and body by eliminating the toxin inside the body through fasting for 3 days each month, and donate the money saved from not being spent on food to those people who need help. This action can save the 

earth′s resources & reduce pollution, promote human physical and mental health; cultivate social ethics of mutual affections and poverty alleviation; all these bring innumerable benefits and no harm to the people and to the world. This project is deeply advocated and loved in other countries and areas; however, it keeps being repressed even persecuted in our country(China). All good deeds are classed as “illegal”. In the country where goodness and kindness are considered to be illegal, it is not I who is not willing to bring benefit to our people, but the country doesn’t allow me to do so.
