

Ingredient 1: ½ fresh or chilled chicken (cut into pieces), 6 pieces dried scallop
Ingredient 2: 1 cup pearl rice,
Ingredient 3: 3 stalks of Chinese celery ( cut into 2-3 cm length), 1/3 cup of stripped ginger, dried bean curd
1. boil the ingredient 1 for 15 min,
2. add rice , boil for 10 more min.
3. switch off the fire and leave the congee in Energy Saving Cooker for 1+ hour.
4. 10 min before serving, add ingredient 3, then boil for 10 more min. Ready to serve.
