You probably don't know much about Chinese culture. And in history, German philosopher Hegel declared that Chinese did not have philosophy. In recent years(2004), French philosopher Derrida said it again, this time, in front of 3-thousands Chinese scholars in Beijing.
I know your wife is from China, and you, somehow, are connected with the Chinese culture now. As a Chinese, I want to change people's opinion on this - Chinese are intellectually NOT sophisticated enough for the modern world, always copying other people's products and lacking creativity, etc., a lot of negative images.
As a philosopher myself, I spent 30 years wrote a new philosophy system called "Intancology" in Chinese and published it 3 years ago (totally 700,000 Chinese characters in 2 books). But the 2 books did not raise much interest so far. I would like to know if you could support spreading the change of image about Chinese through advocating my books?
If you could set up a fund announcing, say $1 Million, awarding anyone who can understand this new philosophy system (except me of course) - so far nobody except myself. You and I will give judgement. Thank you for your reputation of being a celebrity supporting intellectual achievement for the world like the German and British and Dutch royal family's tradition in history.
