原料: 三只彩色柿子椒(每种颜色各一只), 1只洋葱, 1只大土豆或两只小土豆.两大勺橄榄油, 2/3小勺盐, 及1大勺鲜柠檬汁。
方法: 原料切条. 加橄榄油, 盐和意大利树叶子拌匀,
在200C (or 400F)的烤箱, 把柿子椒烤软, 加点柠檬汁, 冷热serve都可以.
Ingredients: 3 bell peppers ( 1 for each color ). 1 onion, 1 large potatoes ( or 2 small potatoes ). 2 tbsp olive oil, 2/3 tsp cooking salt, 1 tsp lemon juice.
1. cut all vegetables into stripes.
2. add salt, olive oil and Italian spices, mix well. (Figure 1)
3. bake at 200C (or 400F) for 15min, then leave it inside the oven for 10min, the peppers should be soft by now.
4. sprinkle some lemon juice if like sour taste.
