根據《今日美國報》報道，居住在紐約長島的現年18歲的穆斯林女子Yasmin Seweid聲稱在紐約地鐵被三名白人川普支持者騷擾並搶奪她的穆斯林頭巾，經過紐約警方調查，發現整個事件純屬子虛烏有，該女子也已供認不諱，承認（口頭及書面）她編造了整個故事。她現在已經被紐約警方逮捕， 等候法庭的傳訊。警方為調查此案花費了相當多的資源，但沒有找到任何證人或錄像支持嫌犯的陳述。警方說Seweid最近因戀愛問題被父母反對與父母產生了爭執。

看到這個報道，不由使我想起另一個Star liar--明尼蘇達大學的女學生土凱西（Kathy Mirah Tu），這些年輕的女孩，成名的欲望都太強烈了點，完全不計後果。慶幸的是，土女膽子還是不能與前者相比，沒敢報警，也就免了牢獄之災。
