~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 今年一月，Franklin Graham 曾在佛羅里達州的Tallahassee針對美國總統大選說了這樣一段話（大意），“We all know our country is in trouble，spiritual trouble，economic trouble，political trouble，race trouble，......；our nation is in trouble。There is no political party can fix this。.....I have no hope on the democratic party；no hope on republic party，nor tea party，and no anybody else。My only hope is on Almighty God；it is the only hope！”（我們都知道我們的國家有麻煩了：信仰的，經濟的，政治的，種族的，等等。沒有政黨能解決麻煩。我不寄託希望於民主黨，或共和黨，或者茶黨；沒有政黨能解決那些麻煩。我唯一的希望是全能上主；那是唯一的盼望。） 現如今的加拿大又何嘗不是那樣呢？如果我說，“We often think how the world has changed，time has changed，Toronto has changed，society of north America has changed。Once upon a time，Canadian used to be more friendly to Gospel。好幾十年以前，Canada still had a strong church base。 But it is not as strong as 50 years ago。 Today when you come to city of north American，in Canada，we see secularization everywhere just as we see in western country。Secularization is not any difference from communisim；they are all Godless；society without God。（我們常常會感覺世界變了，時間變了，多倫多變了，北美的社會變了。曾幾何時，加拿大人對“福音還是很友好的”；加拿大還有很強的教會基礎。但是現在已經不如50年前了。現如今，我們會像在歐洲國家那樣，看見遍地的“世俗化”。“世俗化”其實同共產主義毫無二致，都是去上帝的---社會不要上帝。）”人們會怎樣認為呢？ 正在為Franklin Graham“2017年溫哥華布道”作各項預工的“The Festival of Hope”指出，“Canadians today know less about Jesus than at any other time in Canadian history.（現如今的加拿大比任何時候都越來越對耶穌基督感到陌生。）”但他們同時又指出，“Yet, research reveals many people are very interested in spirituality.” 我們都知道，“The most important thing we Christian can do is to pray to God。 We need to pray for people to confess thier sins。（基督徒最能夠做的重要事情就是向上主祈禱---祈禱人們能懺悔。）”那麼就讓我們真誠地如此禱告上主吧。Our only hope is on Almighty God；that is the only hope！我們唯一的信和望寄托在全能的上主耶穌基督！
