        Mexican food is known worldwide. Many places have Mexican restaurants; one of the best is Chili's Grill & Bar. The Chili's is formal dining with a variety of Mexican selections. Tonight, Mom, a little sister, and I have to say, it has been a long time since we ate real Mexican food.

        The fajitas and tostadas are my favorites. The chicken and pork were roasted just right, the marinated veggies tasted good, and the salad color looked appealing. Unfortunately, this kind of food also didn't sound like the healthiest food. The veggies were soaked in oil, and there was far too much cheese.

        The cheese becomes the most significant problem. Mexican food always needs cheese, or else it isn't called Mexican. And when you intake a lot of cheese, you have a lot of calories. But we came to have a good time, not to go on a diet.

        墨西哥食品名噪全球，许多地方都散发墨西哥风味，其中最具代表性的餐馆大概当属红辣椒烧烤酒吧。“红辣椒”实为正统的墨西哥餐厅，提供各种墨式菜系。今晚我与妈妈和妹妹一起亲临此地饱尝烹饪珍馐，可以说我们已有好长时间没有吃过这么正宗的墨西哥美味佳肴。

        “法士达”自制肉菜夹心卷饼和生菜豆子脆玉米面比萨饼可谓我的最爱，鸡肉和猪肉烧烤得恰到好处，红烧蔬菜味道鲜美，生菜沙拉色调诱人。美中不足的是，这类食物吃起来并不那么健康，炒菜的油过大，拼盘的奶酪过多。

        奶酪的确成为人们最为纠结的问题，墨西哥菜系少不了奶酪，否则谈不上墨西哥菜系。在大量摄入奶酪的同时，体内热卡指标随之攀升，但我们到这里纯粹为了享受美食，绝非冲着节食减肥而来。
