俺昨日健康年檢100分；酒列長壽第一名 老了，老老實實去做年檢。Dr. 的助手讓我填了如下問卷，該 Yes 的都 Yes； 該 No 的都 No。 Dr. 㸔了結果說: “Very good!” 俺也挺高興，這100分也太容易了呀！俺七老八十還100分哦！ 但回家再掃一次問卷，這100分算咋回事呀？不就是判斷俺是否老痴？是否Disable？是否該進養老院了？有什麼好高興的呢！ 老了就是老了，爭取老得優雅些，爭取不要Disable，不要增加社會負擔，適當鍛煉身體，注意飲食。 更主要的是，從現在開始調整心態！找件輕鬆的、喜歡幹的事干。 如果能畫畫該多好啊！ 目前能做的是，勤動惱，寫博文，少寫錯別字。 好好學習，天天向上！ +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
