At age twelve, Sira Quiroga sweeps the floors at the sewing workshop where here (single) mother works as a seamstress. At age fourteen, she smoothly transitions into her own apprenticeship. By the time she is in her twenties, she has already learned the trade and is engaged to be married to a modest civil servant. But everything changes when two charismatic men unexpectedly barge into her carefully planned life: an attractive salesman and the father she had never known.

以下的中文介绍是我观看日文版的一篇几年前的观后感旧文，和英文与中文介绍的角度不同，发在这里仅供参考。因为最近知道也有中文的译制片，因此在发。

时值周末，给朋友们推荐一本书以及由此改编的电视连续剧。小说是几年前从图书馆偶然发现，借回家读的。电视剧原语是西班牙语，最近发现油管也可以看到不同语言的版本。脚本改编得非常成功，演员阵容十分出色。（所有剧情图片全部来自网页）以前观看电影卡萨布兰卡的时候，不但对主人公和剧情印象深刻，北非的摩洛哥的异国风味也十分难忘，但据说那都是在好莱坞的摄影棚内完成的。而此部影视背景地全部是实地摄影，比如摩洛哥的丹吉尔是北非顶端的一个古老的临海城市位于直布罗陀海峡西面的入口，与欧洲大陆隔海相望。可以说在此处，北非大陆和南欧大陆真可谓“一衣带水”，近在迟尺之遥。
