We the people statement 

We the people is the first three words of constitution.

The Constitution guarantees the tranquility of this land, the people's equal participation in the government, joint defense against external political forces, promotion of the well-being of national life, and the admission of more states pursuing stability into the federation.

The Constitution ushered in the beginning of human civilization. It was no longer like the previous world, where weak nations joined the ruler's forces to seek protection and thus became vassal states or colonies. We the people were realized with the support of the Declaration of Independence. In 2024, as independents gathered to support Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s candidacy for President of the United States, we the people have become a force that reflects American values.

For many years, especially after World War II, political parties have dominated American politics. Political parties were formed in the representative system of the 18th century. In order to maintain their rule, common interests, emotions, nationalities, races, religions and other ideologies organized into political parties and controlled the government.

The power of political parties has deviated from American values. They support unproductive voters at home to protect votes. Supporting authoritarian regimes abroad triggers endless wars, leading to resentment among forces that cannot be supported and launching terrorist attacks on the U.S. mainland.

The bloody lessons mean that We the people must re-state and emphasize American values in order to scrutinize the president and Congress supported by political parties. If necessary, re-establish a government belonging to We the people to get rid of the control of political parties and ensure the stability of people's lives.

We the people redefines the following definition and stipulates the population size within the scope:

Democracy: Driven by common interests, within the scope of common distribution among common workers, democracy is suitable. Democracy guarantees the equal system of the nation and protects the freedoms and rights of citizens.

Republic: A republic is suitable among different interests, different nationalities, different religions, and different ideologies. They must send representatives to understand each other, compromise with each other, establish laws that are mutually respected, and avoid disputes and conflicts.

Federation: Countries and governments between different territories use the same currency and ensure free trade. Establishing a military for mutual defense and protecting the smooth flow and safety of transportation belongs to the federal system.

Independence: An ethnic group with a population of more than 30,000 has a common lifestyle and customs. They have the responsibility to raise children and take care of the elderly together. It can be defined as an independent nation, which is not controlled by political parties or religions. You can apply for appropriate territorial construction of ethnic-style buildings to provide an ideal living environment for the tribesmen to live and work in peace and contentment.

Political parties: have common values, pass the test of moral standards in their political platforms, and ensure that they do not harm people's lives and survival. There is a quality education system for citizens, a political organization that can cultivate social elites, and a political party that can serve local people.

Government: An organizational structure in which people participate in the same living circle, manage public affairs, and ensure social stability and order is called a government. The power of the government comes from the people's consent to the ruler. Elections only allow leaders supported by political parties to gain control. Leaders of any political party do not have the power to dissolve congress ［The truth about Ukraine events］, let alone be re-elected.Because if the term is too long, interest groups will form, which is like a tumor in society.The government must remain a republic, with an independent nation of thirty thousand ethnic group having an unconditional seat in the government parliament.

Religion: The culture and beliefs of ancestors are not necessarily suitable for the quality of life in cities and modern society. Religious beliefs must be taught by one’s native family before one can join a religious group. Citizens have the freedom not to join religious organizations.

Immigration : Immigration refers to the introduction of citizens of their own ethnicity and skilled skills from overseas by nations and enterprises in order to meet the needs of their production and development. Nations and businesses that implement immigration must address immigrants' living needs and guide them to grow into U.S. citizens.

Foreign : The United States only develops diplomatic relations with federal governments that share common world values and establishes consulates in each other's countries. No country can establish an office or consulate in the United States and claim that residents who immigrate to the United States are their nationals. The United States diplomatically recognizes the Commonwealth and the European Union; the Middle East and northern Africa are responsible for the EU, and the Commonwealth region includes southern Africa. The East Asia Alliance is headed by Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Right wing of the Chinese Communist Party etc.

Land rights and maintenance: Individuals belong to the Co-family. The Co-family owns an appropriate area of sovereign land tax-free, builds family residential functional buildings, and guarantees housing for Co-family members. With a population of two million, the Homeland Republic Government will have sovereignty over 10,000 square kilometers of public land. Land in other areas is managed by the federal government. Any Co-family or company engaged in production and development of federal public land must pay taxes. If it is abandoned for more than two years, the use rights will be revoked. Fire protection, afforestation, waterproofing, and other disaster prevention and control on federal public lands are the responsibility of the Federal Army Engineering Department.

Road construction: Roads and bridges on the land within the homeland are the responsibility of the planning department under the jurisdiction of the homeland government. Public education ensures that everyone belongs to a Co-family after adulthood and has the native language and English skills of the Co-family.

Medical insurance: The Co-family is the main body of tax filing, and everyone’s medical expenses are guaranteed by the Co-family. Co-Family is an organization of community + small family. A Co-Family must have a population of 20,000 to establish a Co-Family. When the Co-family population exceeds 50,000, it must be split, otherwise resources and tax support can only be provided based on the population of 50,000. Therefore, medical insurance is provided by the Co-family, and hospitals belonging to the Co-family can be opened.

Commercial trade: Any product or service brought to the market must first satisfy the needs of the Co-family. Only when the quality of products or services is guaranteed, with excess productivity or more professional capabilities than the general level of society, can they be sold to the market. Federal troops: Not qualified to provide protection if they were not involved in construction. The value of currency is to have a federal army and avoid wars for land and dominance between countries, political parties, religions, and ethnic groups. The source of troops for the federal army is Co-families, and labor compensation is paid according to the number of personnel provided by Co-families. We the people will form a political party of civic power, promote American values, and safeguard national independence and the dignity of the U.S. Constitution. Guided by this principle, we will withdraw our military from around the world and hand over military bases to a federal government that shares American values.

We the people will absorb countries such as Argentina and Puerto Rico into the federal government under the guidance of American values. and accommodates all the nations of the American continent.

We the people will organize functional military forces and incorporate all ethnic, national, religious and party armed organizations. Avoid ethnic oppression, party rule and religious hijacking, and prevent ethnic wars and national territorial disputes. 

We the people support Kennedy & Shanahan to become President of the United States in 2024, organize a new government, and promote American values. American values will be common world values. We the people cultivate human citizens and let the people of this planet enjoy a life of peace, equality, freedom, and happiness!
