【注】塞維利亞“山谷”城是西班牙安達盧西亞“漫遊地”省府，約以70萬的人口列居西班牙第四大城市，既是西班牙南部文化、政治、經濟和藝術領域最美的都會，又是歐洲最大的歷史中心。老城內有被載入聯合國科教文組織《世界遺產名錄》的阿爾卡薩爾“城堡”皇宮建築群、大教堂和西印度群島總檔案館，大谷河邊還有黃金塔！由於深受阿拉伯教化，聖十字區(Barrio de Santa Cruz)充斥着狹窄彎曲的街道、文化景觀的公園和底蘊豐厚的建築，而純淨區(Barrio de Triana)則創造出弗拉門戈“流浪者”西班牙舞蹈和音樂。自從打敗統治山谷城500多年的摩爾“穆斯林”人之後，山谷城重新賦予天主教色彩，譬如大教堂的吉拉爾達“威武”(Giralda)塔兼容了伊斯蘭和天主教穆德哈爾“可保留”(Mudejar)的文萃遺風。

山谷城冠以西班牙煎鍋著稱，說白了就是全國最熱的城市。六月初我來的時候，氣溫已達35.0^oC/95.0^oF，當地人善以長褲長衣對付火辣的陽光，而且手執摺疊扇，跟我們夏日戶外納涼一模一樣。
