June 24, 2026, I posted the email to Mr. Arnold August; a Canada Montreal-based author and a rare rational wise man with communism thinking for saving the world in the subject: Wise French descendents fix ancestors ruined world.

This email is shocked by the report that NATO declared 2026 Nuclear Plan amid the inhuman killing in the Ukraine and Middle East are still hot ongoing.

Actually; the deed of NATO is the fact that the inhuman West makes the power lost control to be abused by beasts to evilly push this batch of Man on Earth towards the graveyard of the suicidally destructed civilizations in the Milky Way.

In this concern; I think of my June 24, 2026 article Pls Sir Vince Cable rescues ruined UK and world, in which I cited the rational practice of British Sir Vince Cable; who once wrote many books in rational view the problems on the world; especially rationally viewing about the humanized practice of China with that hwo to cooperate together for common prosperity in the communism thinking.

Only the communism thinking for common prosperity is able to rescue the world that being finished by the inhuamn West with instinct of destroying others.

Sir Vince Cable, a British politician who once was Leader of the Liberal Democrats in 2017-2019. He was Member of Parliament for Twickenham in 1997-2015; 2017- 2019. He once served in the Cabinet as Secretary of State for Business, Innovation; Skills; President of the Board of Trade in 2010-2015.

Dr. Michael Pillsbury; who is the former chair of the Defense Policy Board at the US Department of Defense. He specially wrote articals and books to vilify China; which was a typical behavior of the instinct of destroying others.

Sir Vince Cable once hold the book of Pillsbury slams him in face to face; said that China gets prosperity; it should be something we welcome actually; due to it will bring a lot of very poor people getting a decent living standards.

I call the view of Sir Vince Cable as the communism thinking.

Sir Vince Cable indicates that Dr. Michael Pillsbury is probably one of the two or three people in the world who is most authoritative on china and is a deep thinker and many of the things he says and writes about are wise and right but I sort of part company.

It didn't require secrecy to understand that and there's a simple arithmetic actually. I mean there are four times as many people in china you know when china gets to a quarter of American living standards by definition it's going to be equivalent in economic size I mean why is that a problem I mean it should be something we welcome actually; and a lot of very poor people getting a decent living standards and you know it's basic arithmetic that when china has continued to grow as it almost certainly will and it reaches half American living standards they will have an economy twice as big and they're going to have.

Sir Vance Cable has influence and capability make improvement in UK.

Rescue Britons from democracy ruined unlivable

Look at the bloody bombing in Ukraine and the Middle East, it is representative democracy in enabling the beast as dictator by the power of State Apparatus in forcing people to kill or be killed.

As same as those democracies in the West; Britain also ruined unlivable by ancestors made representative democracy; in endless arguments cannot make humanized decision; due to that all parties are in the selfish concern. Badly designed opposition parties must legally make all efforts to fail legislation.

Outstanding British historian Arnold Toynbee once stated that democracy leads to national division and conflict. This is because, under democratic politics, everyone wants to change the political landscape according to their own will; the ancient Greek civilization was destroyed by democracy.

Badly, ever since the French hanged their king, the world runs under political correctness witch hunt of French advocated democracy, values and human rights; and politicians must do those being coerced.

Human rights coerced union culture killed labor productivity and smashed survival pillars; and the union culture is endlessly killing the work efficiency of government, hospitals, and everything.

Human rights coercing politicians sacrificed the life of their own people for charity; to feed and attract more and more illegal immigrant crimes to make their own people live as fugitive no values and dignity.

The way out is to get rid of the harm of populism democracy that politicians must please voters by yelling and implementing values and human rights to harm the interest of their own people and society.

Nowadays, social governance has evolved as that of lawmakers make policies as orbit; and then the society runs accordingly, which is that lawmakers make laws to make the in-executable power of the State Apparatus as executable true and is able to play the practical role to govern the country.

The State Apparatus is equipped with the police officers and prisons to compel the people who dared defy the laws. Once the policies are enacted, the State Apparatus will automatically enforce them.

We must integrate the Technocratic Democracy of China to fix the multiparty opposition disabled democracy of Britain. However, social progress will involve the redistribution of interests to cause unrest.

In this concern; the acceptable way is to keep the current political body as it is and avoid touching the interest of current lawmakers and politicians in power, and then based on which; to learn the Technocratic Democracy of China by choosing outstanding elites in part time self reliance as lawmakers.

Sir Vince Cable may take alma mater Cambridge University as headquarter to set an E-office by professors joint with the social elites from whole Britain in part time self reliance as lawmakers form a civil legislature; and takes 30% vote right to parallel run with the Gov-one to patching the flaws of democracy.

Thus, you, David Cameron, and Tony Blair etc., are able to reform Britain by lawmaking at will.

The ex-politicians are valuable treasures with costly gained experience; but to be kicked away.

With the non-partisan advantage of the civil legislature, it needn’t care about pleasing voters, and it needn’t care about the political correctness; which is able to get rid of the fatal harm of democratic politics; so that the civil legislature is able to propose some policies that populism politicians dared not proposed.

In this indirect roundabout way, without touching the political body, without causing unrest; by people respected professors and social elites in part time self reliance work as lawmakers, the formation of the civil legislature will be no one dared to oppose; which is the only feasible way that will be widely acceptable.

The civil legislature does not confront or replace the ruling party, but supports the right legislation. With 30% of the vote right, under the run of democracy, the civil legislature will still be able to play a leading role.

Thus will set a model in Britain, then people globally will be eager to follow and save the world. Thus we will be able to rescue the ruined world by the civilization of China. Great Britain will play a true great role.

People all over the world are desperately searching for a way to survive, but there is no way to do it without bloodshed. The civil legislature is the only way avoiding bloodshed to be widely accepted.
