This is an serious topic; the West made foolish ideologies is protecting the beasts destroying the world. Humans is European bloodily made western civilization propelling into the graveyard of suicidal civilizations in the Milky Way. Due to that democracy makes the reckless people in power.

Western civilization laid many cultural landmines, the most evil one is religions; it brainwash people made unrest. People hate the U.S. for wars, but we cannot deny its part of legitimate in maintaining world peace.

Now the Belt Road of China offered a favorate choice for peaceful development towards a life as human should be lived by melt the blood feuds and merge the fragmented world in humanity, culture, economy...

Only the Confucian collectivist civilization of China is able to save being the West finished world by the cultural merging without wars.

No Entrepreneur has been focused on social governance as that Elon Musk doing, by cost massive political donations gaining presidential support, and then perform surgery on government. Social governance determines human survival.

Because that it is not all human features are in human nature.

Computer program AlphaGo won human Go player shows human intelligence acts as robot; kill software kills, service software services. No related knowledge cannot make related judging. Due to brain defects and God brainwash, there is 70% of population in abnormal mentality with beasts and psychos.

Today, the science & technology progress promoted the unparalleled prosperity of the material wealth; it can be called as Affluent Society under the pride democracy; people should enjoy the hoped life. However, please see the increasingly unlivable world; the West is pushing the world toward multi-extinctions: the atomic cremation, World War III, Great Depression. Even we are lucky not finished by wars or crimes; but also we cannot survive from increasingly soaring up life spending. We must explore the cause and solution for the manmade disasters.

Looking back at history, the ancestors of the French were the culprits, at the efforts of Enlightenment leaders, French Quesnay; Voltaire; German Leibniz, etc., Europe almost adopted the Technocratic Democracy of China to select officials by the way as Imperial Examination of China. But French Montesquieu made democracy in separation of powers replaced backed by French made universal values; freedom and human rights. Democracy makes the low-quality seize power, the ideologies protect low-quality making evil. The U.S. plays it to extreme.

During World War II, President Roosevelt led the United States to help the world out of the war and post-war reconstruction, naturally made the U.S. a trusted world leader. However, since then the subsequent politicians overdraw the credibility, and turning the United States into the axis of evil to ruin the world.

It is democracy made low quality individual dehuamnized America. Such as John Dulles (1888–1959) , the secretary of State in 1953 -1959. First one is that has to deal with people who are with innate selfish instincts and are capable in independent thinking and tend to act according to own preferred accord, which will negatively conflict with social governance.

Second one is that due to the improvement of social governance may cause the panic of people for the unforeseen potential risks from the uncertain social changes; so that the most of people would resist the changes.

Third one is that the improvement of social governance would involve in some of social reforming; and will cause the redistribution of social interest, and it certainly encounters the fierce resistance of interest groups.

Nowadays, social governance has evolved as that of lawmakers make laws as orbit; and then society runs on, which is that the lawmakers make laws to make the in-executable power of the State Apparatus as executable true and it is able to play the political role to govern the country.

The State Apparatus is equipped with the police officers and prisons to compel the people who dared defy the laws. Once the laws are enacted, the State Apparatus will automatically enforce them. This made an actuality; who works as lawmaker; whom gained ability to reform governance.

We must integrate the Technocratic Democracy of China; choose elites part time self reliance as lawmakers. But in democracies, we must avoid touching political body, then based on which form a civil legislature; take 30% vote right to parallel run with the Gov-one to fix the flaws of democracy.

With the non-partisan advantage; the civil legislature needn’t care about pleasing voters, and it needn’t care about the political correctness; which is able to get rid of the fatal harm of the democracy; so that the civil legislature is able to propose some laws that politicians dared not proposed.

In this indirect roundabout way, without causing unrest; and by people respected Entrepreneurs and social elites in part time self reliance work as lawmakers, the formation of the civil legislature will be no one dared to oppose; which is the only feasible way that will be widely acceptable.

For long time; people all over the world are eagerly searching for a way to survive, but there is no way to do it without bloodshed. The civil legislature is the only way avoiding bloodshed to be widely accepted.

Humans cannot afford the ruin of democracy making low quality in power.

The evil of Western culture lies in its magic taming ability, dehumanized people willingly undergo euthanasia by allowing democracy brings social garbage into power to have destroyed their lives; but they still believe they are enjoying the wonderful life that democracy has given them.

Any individual strength is limited, but once grouped, the power becomes immense. The most dangerous form of group is aimed at seizing power to make own interest by controlling country; leads to partisan politics.

Please look at the thoughtful names for making livings by play democracy: Hawks, Dovish, Donkey, Elephant, Left wing, Right wing, Extreme right, Extreme left, Green Party, Tea party, Liberal party, Conservative Party, Democratic Party... No one will believe people in such quality are able to make a better life.

Human suffered tragedies were from the partisan politics; it made evil democracy grant power to people in antihuman quality; and then they madly abuse the power inhumanly destructing human life.

The civil legislature is the only way to get out of the harm of partisan politics.

In China; the Communist Party is rulling party, the role is to act as political umbrella, and then selects scientists; engineers, etc., to govern.

In China; the rapid economic development atributes to the Communist Party makes quality people govern; it is able to the long-term implementation of the determined policies until reached the goals; which avoid the ignorant play of the partisan fights, Gov-paralysis, leader changes with the policy shifts.

Today, fewer and fewer people are participating in the elections; rational people have distanced from the childish play of democratic politics, and those people who are eagerly participate in the elections are precisely the ignorant ones.

Thus, without players quality controlled election is always resulting in foolish people coming to power. Then they brainlessly formulate or support foolish policies.

In New Zealand, in Sri Lanka, in France, in India, and great many other countries and regions are in performing the terror farces of bombings, shootings and made people living in the fears; while in Yemen, in Afghanistan, in middle East, and many countries and regions are playing, provoking and preparing farces of wars.....

In the peaceful cities of the peaceful rich countries, on the peaceful bustling street of the bustling flow of people who are enjoying their peaceful life; suddenly, the deliberately placed bombs exploded, many of those peaceful people were falling into the pool of the blood, or in a peaceful classroom, where the peaceful teacher is in teaching with full-attention and the peaceful students are in studying for realizing their beautiful fantasies in future, suddenly, a brutal shooter break into and takes many lives of them away in an instant.

Increasingly dehumanized world shows that it is the ones who are antihuman nature in the leading social position; which needs to be reversed by updating philosophies in all of social aspects; through institutional & rule design to restrain the harm of human's selfish instinct.

In 2025, viewed dead harm of religions; I wrote China must ban all religious activities outside of Tibet and Xinjiang to have indicated that:

Humans are selfish creatures; no one works tirelessly without self-interest.

Religions deceive followers as a means for living. South Korean churches make money by charging big fees to the followers in many countries.

However, successful Missionary work all over the world failed in China; Confucian beaten God.

In China the famous dynasty, the Qing Dynasty, were basically established by invading nomadic tribes. However, the nomadic tribes cannot carry out cultural replacement due to the existed strong cultural ballast, the social atmosphere of Confucian culture, and the imperial examination system selecting talents from outside of the royal bloodline govern the country.

According to historical record, he once worked as judicial officer of the State Lu, only 7 days after he took the position, he killed a man named Shao Zhengmao who has not committed any crime at all, but was just in a possibility of committing crime according to his speeches and potential mentality. Confucius believed that people have five evils, as long as a person has one of them, it cannot escape from the killing by the gentleman; but the theft is not included.

From above short introduction about Confucius and his deeds; you would have understood that why, in 2700 years ago, Confucius was able to built today’s Confucian Asia and Asian Values and why the people of China are able to live long peace prosperous life; while some Westerners endlessly provoke wars until today, right now.
