这个烤鸡翅是我家儿子的最爱,腌的时间很短也很入味,味道也刚合适,老公夸奖说不比BBQ时大师傅做的,哈臭美高兴一下。带着柠檬的清香和蜂蜜的微甜,还有香料的鲜味,不用酱油的做法。推荐给你如果下班后想快速烹调(建议你可以下班一回来就可以准备调料腌鸡翅,待烤鸡翅的时侯可以准备其他菜,这样做好其他菜后,鸡翅也烤好了,统筹省时),如果希望烧烤时有绝手手艺,或是招待客人,都可以试试它。 做好这个烤鸡翅有六个秘决和详细做法: (一)在解冻后的鸡翅上,要用牙签在鸡翅皮上扎许多小孔,这些小孔很小只有肉眼仔细看可以看到一点点,这样为下一步腌时更入味,同时也节省时间。烤好后,这些小孔都看不出来。主妇每天在厨房时间很多,一定要想想能偷懒又好的办法。 (二)原料搭配很关键,柠檬汁和蒜是去腥味,与蜂蜜是绝配,红糖是上色,其他香料是为了提鲜,来和大家介绍我的搭配方法吧: (1) . 6个大鸡翅(每个4盎司,120克) (2) . 2 大勺红糖 . 1 大勺 蜂蜜 . 1 大勺 柠檬汁 . 2 个蒜,压末 . 1/2 小勺 孜然粉 . 1/4 小勺 黑胡椒粉 . 1/2 小勺 盐 1/4 小勺干的牛至叶、土香薷dry oregano(如图,我家院子种的,种得太多可以晒干或到超市里购买都有) . 1/2 小勺干的小茴香dry fennel seed(就是dill开花后结的果实,如图前面那张是买的干的小茴香,后面是我家种的小茴香) (三)把所有原料(2)混合,然后用手均匀涂在鸡翅上,同时要放在塑料保鲜袋里腌至少15-30分钟,放在塑料保鲜袋里能够使调料充分浸腌鸡翅,过程中要再翻一两次,使调料均匀浸腌,我腌了15-20分钟也入味了。 (四)腌完后取出鸡翅,全部喷上一层不粘油,以免烤的时侯不焦皮更好。 (五)放在小烤箱的烤架上,放在烤架上烤能四面都能烤得到,更均匀。烤鸡翅,我喜欢用小烤箱就够了,我家的小烤箱380F/190oC,烤30-40分钟即可。 (六)烤的过程,再用刷子把调料余汁均匀地刷在鸡翅上,约2-3次,直至把调料余汁都刷完为止,这样不浪费也更入味。 Honey-Roasted Chicken Wings Recipe The recipe is quick and easy to make the delicious and flavor infused chicken wings, the dish is one of the favorites on my family dining table.

Use a toothpick to poke some holes on the wings; this can help the sauce get inside the meat and will also help the chicken wings cook all the way through. -
In a small bowl, mix the marinade ingredients (everything but the chicken) well. Add the chicken wings and turn to coat, then place them all in a zip plastic bag, cover and marinate about 15-30 minutes, turning occasionally - about two times. -
Preheat the oven to 380F/190oC. Remove the wings from the bag; reserve the remaining sauce in the bag for the later use. -
Spray some cooking oil over the wings, and then place the wings in an oven-safe grill pan or on a baking sheet. Roast the chicken wings for 30-40 minutes; baste 2 or 3 times with the reserved marinade, probably using all of it. The wings should turn light brown. -
