It was two times within a month that I could not successfully found the destination by following the directions provided by yahoo map. The first time, the street was not at the displayed area at all, so I got lost and took extra half hour to find the destination and late to my meeting. Last Saturday, I needed to go a doctor appointment and printed out the directions from yahoo map. It appeared that the direction marked one of the streets on the right of the main street which should be at left, vice versa. Luckily I was familiar to that area, and used my instinct to make the right turn and found the place after calling the doctor’s office. Few years ago, one of my friends used yahoo map to provide directions to her wedding, it turned out the direction was so wrong which caused most of the guests got lost and late to the wedding. Given these incidents, I am not going to use yahoo map anymore. It also further convinces me to get a navigation system in my next car purchase.
