Shifu Zhou is the old shifu of Precisetool, working conscientiously and meticulously. Every process must maintain a strict standard after shifu Zhou’s review. He is the head of wire-electrode cutting, but he will never stop working hard, he used to check every program and install by his own. He will teach and guide the employees every single day, and he shares his experience and thoughts with others without reservation. The staff under his management are all sincerely convinced, We all show respect to him.

周師傅，是嘉興精銳的老師傅，做事兢兢業業 ，一絲不苟。每一道工序都要經過周師傅的嚴格把關，審查。是我們線切割的“一把手”，卻從來不會因為自己是領導，而有半分的懈怠行為，他習慣每一個程序的檢查，安裝都要親力親為。他每天都會對底下員工進行工作的指導，他會把自己的經驗，想法毫無保留的分享給大家。手下員工對他的管理，都是心服口服的，我們都很尊敬他。
