那一天，我懷着平靜的心情，親眼目睹了這一幕，嘉興精銳員工自覺地坐到了一起，臉上帶着微笑。我不明白，後來才知道這是在進行本年度第二季度的優秀員工表彰大會呢，老闆親自頒獎牌給優秀員工，當然也少不了多位毛爺爺。幾位優秀員工開心之際與我們分享了工作心得，主要就是用心、協作。接着，每個人都隨意地談了一下關於公司方面一些應該改善的地方，大家一起會心交流，不存在管理層級的限制。他們緊密地相聚着，像一個螞蟻軍團，有許多聲音，但依舊團結。每個人都應該像優秀員工那樣，積極進取，提升自我。

That day, i was seeing the scene with calm mood: The staff in Precisetool sitting together with smiling faces. I had no idea about this, until later I knew that they were holding a commendation for advanced employees in the second season of this year. The boss rewarded three advanced employees in person with much money(Mao papa). The three guys shared their working experience with others, mainly about paying your heart to work and collaboration. Then, every one shared their thoughts about what should be done better with each other, all of them had a heart communication regardless of management level. They got together closely, just like an Ant army, with kinds of voices but still united. Every one should be a person as the advanced employees, working with aggressiveness and self-improvement.
