移民局官方消息已出！

2019財政年H1B Cap已停止收件

今年依舊遞交人數遠超移民局規定的8萬5千名額！

然而需要注意的是，今年移民局着重強調了H1B Cap Multiple filings會被直接拒絕並退還材料。

這份關於Multiple filings的Policy Memorandum着重強調了Related Entities是會被直接拒絕的，連RFE的機會都沒有。往年，移民局之禁止同一個公司為一個雇員file多份H-1B，今年“關聯雇主（Related Entity）”也會直接被拒絕。

什麼是H1B Cap Related Entity

移民局官方定義為：“Related entities” include petitioners, whether or not related through corporate ownership and control, that file cap-subject H-1B petitions for the same beneficiary for substantially the same job.

小編預計今年H1B Cap抽籤概率比往年會高出不少，

因為這一政策直接打擊了印度外包公司
