The Life Of an Ice Cream (Haiku Format)
Delight, then Sorrow
Melting, dripping, running down
Ice cream on my shoes.
Ice Cream (Clerihew)
I love to eat ice cream
It is always in my dream
When I picture how it melts
I knew how sad I felt.
No Money
“What flavor?” a voice asks.
I stared at all the colors.
They seem to form a rainbow,
Glowing and shining.
Time was passing.
The person’s smile was fading.
I had to make a choice.
My mind was racing.
I finally made my decision.
“Strawberry,” I finally said.
She scoops me a cone,
But when I reach in my pocket,
No money.
