For perfect tense, "have " is used in English; " haben " is used in German.

e.g. I have said it.

In Chinese, "有” which means " have " in English, has the same function.

e.g. 我 有 講過。 Wǒ  yǒu  jiǎng guò.

or  我  有  講 的。  wǒ  yǒu  jiǎng de.

or, to emphasize,  我 有 講過的。  Wǒ yǒu jiǎng guò de.

All the above three sentences mean the same, 

" I have said it . "
