读到很有意思的一段心灵物语：
人的一切烦恼来自执着。我们执着什么，就会被什么所骗。我们执着谁，就会被谁所伤害。所以我们要学会放下，凡事看淡一些，不牵挂，不计较，是是非非无所谓。无论失去什么，都不要失去好心情。心是工画师，把握住自己的心，让心境清净，洁白，安静。

和圣经道理有异曲同工之妙：
诗 篇 Psalms 62:8 你们众民当时时倚靠他、在他面前倾心吐意．神是我们的避难所。
（Psalms [62:8] Trust in him at all times, O people;
       pour out your heart before him;
      God is a refuge for us.）

不能把执著放在人身上，要放在神身上！只有执着追求耶稣才能“把握住自己的心，让心境清净，洁白，安静”。

让自己执着追求耶稣谦卑到仇敌的箭射来时，因为已经俯伏在地，所以能不受伤害。

箴 言 Proverbs[11:2] 骄傲来、羞耻也来．谦逊人却有智慧。
（Proverbs [11:2]  When pride comes, then comes disgrace,
       but with the humble is wisdom.）

只有执着追求耶稣才能用爱去包容，宽恕和饶恕。主啊，求你让我更象你！云淡风清，宠辱不惊！

林前 13:4 爱是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈；爱是不嫉妒；爱是不自夸，不张狂，

林前 13:5 不作害羞的事，不求自己的益处，不轻易发怒，不计算人的恶，

林前 13:6 不喜欢不义，只喜欢真理；

林前 13:7 凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。

林前 13:8 爱是永不止息。
