Congratulations to Tsai Ing-wen, an LSE graduate who has been elected Taiwan's first female president! We're thrilled to read that she attributes her international perspective studying in London with us.
賀文中提到「Dr Tsai was first elected president in 2016 and previously served as Taiwan's vice president」，即称蔡於2016年前曾“當過副總統”，这当然不是事实，而是不可理解的误导。
贺信又称，「Yu Kuo-hua, an LSE student between 1947 and 1949, was Taiwan’s President from 1984 to 1989」，即称俞國華是1947至1949年間的LSE學生，並於“1984至1989年擔任台灣總統”，事實上俞國華从未擔任過台湾總統，LSE居然允许这样的错误出现在该校官网上，应该尽快问责。
