This is reality. Nothing to do with gold-digger. People need money to survive, and everything cost money. No girl will go out with you, if you never buy them flower, good resturant, and to have fun....
The questions by every woman I know: Do you have a house? where is your house? what kind of car? what kind of job? etc....
There is a saying by my friend:
If you are sucessful, that means you have good job, high income, make lots of money, but, you ignore friendship, family life, and love, then people is willing to accomodate you.
However, if you do not have money, no job, then your family, you friends will look down upon you.....
Some of the statements in this essay were used by my girl friends.
Sad, but true and extreme - This statement has some truth in it....... Money is not everything, but, if you have no money, you are nothing.
I was referring to "matrimony for sex" not as a moral issue (which is the point you seem to be on e.g. point 1), but as a practical issue of economic transaction.
In this day and age where sex is easily available without the legal burden of matrimony, it is a bad bargain for a man who offers matrimony in exchange for a woman's sex, unless, as you said he has little money to offer, in which case the woman who accepts is the one making the bad bargain.
I didn't see anything offending in your comment however I don't agree your opinion of staying away from gold diggers, female or male. Someone is getting what they need and giving what they have, there's nothing wrong with that. Survival is an instinct of living creatures.......... Keep digging, whether it's gold or...... love......... Is it love....... I'm not sure, anyway, who cares, these days.............
Whether you are expressing a personal philosophy of life, or merely musing out loud, I applaud you for your frankness. Please therefore forgive me for also being frank with my comments.
In many cultures, a person (male or female) who “sells” sex for money is described by the 5-letter English word beginning with “w”. There is nothing illegal about it, and it happens all too often, but any man (or woman) would be well advised to keep a safe distance from gold-diggers of the opposite sex.
It is not my wish to offend, however if in so doing I have offended, please delete this comment.
