The origin of civilization & rescue from dooming

Today, with the highly developed science and technology promoted abundant material wealth, people should enjoy a happy life than ever before, but please look at unlivable world; even if we are luckily enough not being atomic cremated; but we still cannot avoid being finished by neoliberal plunder promoting unaffordable life spending and increasingly murderous life threats home yard.

Food shortage has been an issue long feared globally, but there were plenty of arable land unable to be cultivated due to the unexploded bombs. China builds infrastructures for African countries; cost a lot to remove unexploded bombs. China built railway in Laos, cost half a year to remove unexploded bombs. Ukraine is called as granary of world, but the wars in there are dropping a large amount of bombs into farmland. Even so, the politicians, the thinkers are still yelling war threats to force life saving money making bombs.

Please look at media, everywhere is in talking about stock volatility; talking about dollar and talking about investing grabbing money; but no one talks about to increase the production of life necessaries. 2014, in The Ascent of Money: A Financial History of The World, Prof. Ferguson said that: in 2006, the world total economic output was worth around $47 trillion, but financial derivatives was $473 trillion in 10 times larger; which shows fact that there are ten people living by plundering the wealth that produced by one people.

This batch of Man on Earth is self-destruction towards the graveyard of the suicided civilizations in the Milky Way Galaxy. Why humans go to such an inhuman end? 

The cause is rooted in human nature - it is not all people in human feature are in human nature.

The most of manmade disasters were created by the people from good intentions to promote a better life. Terrorists¡¯ hard efforts were for the good of others, and German Nazi Hitler¡¯s hard efforts was also for the good of others. The European looting and killing bloody soiled social elements are just suitable for such low quality people

This topic is not for attacking; but for exploring the better way in social governance to be acceptable by majority people from the root of the mechanism of human intelligence; the origin of human civilization, and the evolution in social governance.

This is a draft only, in facing urgent situation, I have to start its own life journey to carry out my mission.

Special note: April 23, 2024, I found speech that talks about American professor Graham Allison in his ideology of Thucydides Trap that claims China is dangous in causing war with the U.S.; the speech slams such argument had no supporting ground; but it was very dangerous with the potential of really causing wars; due to that America's decline is not China's fault, but those poor countries' refusal to be enslave-plundered anymore. The speech has no ideological bias; but showed appreciation for that China made large numbers of people escape poverty in a short period of time.

The speaker was Prof. Alan Freeman, who is former principal economist with the Greater London Authority, now works with Prof. Radhika Desai as co-director of Geopolitical Economy Research Group, university of Manitoba. The speech gave me an impression that Prof. Alan Freeman; who is considering to solve problem from the root level of people¡¯s thoughts; which is same as that British macroeconomist John Keynes; who wrote The End of Laissez-Faire in 1926.

¡°These many elements have contributed to the current intellectual bias, the mental make-up, and the orthodoxy of the day. The compelling force of many of the original reasons has disappeared but, as usual, the vitality of the conclusions outlasts them. To suggest social action for the public good to the City of London is like discussing the Origin of Species with a bishop sixty years ago. The first reaction is not intellectual, but moral. An orthodoxy is in question, and the more persuasive the arguments the graver the offence.¡± ¡°The next step forward must come, not from political agitation or premature experiments, but from thought. The discussion of Professor Alan Freeman was convincing; which inspired me with that, in the West, people have used to fabricate ideologies in regardless of bad consequence; which is the main inducement in ruining world.

But in the West, it prides fabricating ideologies as human rights and fabricated all kinds of toxic ideologies; in which the mostly were moral concerning; but they acted as stockings for criminals use as a hood to commit crimes.

Historically, China has been choosing quality people as officials and was able to optimize timely; so that, in today, China has never been superstitious about dogma of stockings. Today¡¯s China is neither an autocracy, nor a democracy, nor socialism, nor capitalism as Western stockings, but an optimal fusion of good aspects of those stockings.

Sept 9, 2023, in an interview with the Mail, Liz Truss, the former prime minister of Britain; who slams the stockings in the political system of democracies, ¡°If you look at the knots in which people tie themselves in western politics about whether somebody with a penis is a man or not, it shows how effective unfortunately these people have been.¡±

In today democracies, the play of ideologies has gone to extreme even hormone disorder used as stockings. A man with penis can legally go into special public facilities for women as long as claimed to be in a female state of mind.

Needless to say those childish played democracies; even if rational Germany, it passed law helping trans people easily update their legal documents; a German politician said that "We simply want to make life a bit easier for a small group for which it has great significance." This was the evidence that democracy grants Gov-power to low quality people, such people dare do evil by clear mind that is in purposefully helping minority bad to ruin the life of majority good.

The European bloody soiled social elements prepared all kind of stockings for people choosing to make livings by cheating. The legislature played as madhouse, due to that the lawmakers cover by stockings of democracy.

The history of China is the history of taking lessons to avoid repeating same mistakes; but until this day, the West has been trying to maintain everything as it is in never think of making improvement; even make up new ideological stockings, or create consensus stockings to force maintaining outdated world order and make world increasingly unlivable. So that Philosopher Hegel, who disappointedly sighed: ¡°What experience and history teach is this, that peoples and governments have never learned anything from history, and have never acted on the lessons that should have been learned from it.¡±

Human is a body of a skin wrapping 206 bones; the bodies succeed appearing to struggle for survival a limited life time on Earth, then return to eternity as nutrients to nourish new bodies. The survival seeking activates of the bodies formed society and culture accompanying with a history and civilization. The bodies were self proud of higher animals with intelligence was superior to lower animals, but lived in the life of Law of Jungle in much bestiality than that of lower animals, the superior intelligence used to loot & kill for wealth, for values, for faiths, for democracy and for coining.

More badly is that human decisions making do not fully come from the reasoning on the reality; but come from the illusion that naturally formed by brain.

It is that social elements derived from Europe looting & killing bloody soil based Western civilization have been in making disasters for this batch of Man on Earth by facilitating the exertion of low quality people ruining human life.

In the East, it originated China based civilization that developed by controlling ideologies developing Ritual and Music system culturing people as self-disciplines in collectivistic genes by selecting learned people in politics to have promoted Collectivistic Civilization in Collectivistic Values and attracting neighboring countries formed China Confucian based Eastern Collectivistic Civilization in Asian Values. It developed social elements suitable for common coexistence life.

In the West, it originated Europe based civilization that developed by fabricating toxic extreme ideologies brainwashing people torn humanity and society hatred fragmented in mutually hating and killing to have made people in warlike genes in viewing looting and killing others for self well as a matter of course; by any one competing for politics; thus developed Western Individualistic Civilization in Individualistic values. It developed social elements are not suitable for coexistence life.

The Collectivistic supportive & cohesive life promoted people brain cells growth to achieve highest IQ scores of high intelligence to have promoted prosperous life; in 2000 years ago explored Silk Road to supply West in life necessaries to have promoted exchanges and integrating of culture and economy; by which promoted development in civilization.

In contrast, the Individualistic tragic conflict life badly affected people brain cells growth and lead to lower IQ scores of low intelligence, so that they were no ability for reasoning bad or well without sense concerns collective interests. The low IQ scores made life into degenerating loop; which is that low IQs makes tragic life and tragic life makes low IQs.

Due to different quality in brain; in any race, even in same family have high IQs also.

Since ancient time; China has been in selecting quality people of high IQs on Gov-power in properly reasoning for bad or well; so that they are able to make collective concern live cohesive prosperous life and now in building coexistence life for world people by promoting mutual understanding to melt down long feuds between countries.

In contrast, since ancient time, the Europe bloody soiled West taking Gov-power as means of taxation for wealth in competing by any quality people to grant Gov-power to low quality people of low IQs; democracy is doing the same; which is why that West has been persisting to continuously provoke contradictions and conflicts for wars killing.

The different IQs made different outcomes in social governance; in which China made people live in the prosperous happy life in safe; while those self-proud of democracies made people live in conflict turmoil life in life threats.

In Sep. 16, 2020, the founder of the Bridgewater Associates, Mr. Ray Dalio who published article Changing World Order, Chapter 6: The Big Cycle of China and Its Currency; in which, he pointed out the different quality of people between China and the US:

¡°The core difference between Americans and the Chinese is that Americans put the individual above all else and the Chinese put the family and the collective above all else.¡± ¡°Chinese leaders seek to run the country the way they think parents should run the family¡ªfrom the top down, maintaining high standards of behavior, putting the collective interest ahead of any individual interest, with each person knowing their place and having filial respect for those in the hierarchy so that the system works in an orderly way.¡± ¡°The Chinese government is run from the top down (like a family) and optimizes for the collective while the American approach is run from the bottom up (e.g., democracy) and optimizes for the individual.¡±

The low IQs made society as bullring to train people as fighting bulls. In legislature, in Society, in Worldwide, they are looking for targets attacking, stirred own homeland and world as bubbling boiler.

The low IQs cannot reason for that what they are doing is in ruining the life of themselves and their families.

Now the leaders of China are in striving for coexistence life; but the leaders of West are plotting to beat others for self well; for this purpose they waste life saving money of own people to develop weapons and endlessly provoke wars.

China, lawmakers friendly discuss in collective concern; while the West, lawmakers are mutually fighting in selfish concern. China, the Collective politicians keep plan for long term development in stage by stage for century long, but, the west, selfish politicians take the plan as means for selfish gains in changing with the people on power replacement.

China has been by collective people governing collective people, so that the economy has been rising quickly. Democracies have been by selfish people governing selfish people; so that the economy has been declining helplessly; which is the result of politicians manic selfishly play in government, and people are manic selfishly play in society.

If you asked me to sum up Western civilization in the most concise way, it would be the freedom, or free world. It facilitates the free play of people in any quality as the main axis in penetrating all aspects of politics, economy and society; as if an evil poisonous arrow in driving evil souls of people to free exertion in creating tragic life for people.

From the Crusades - by the name for faith, driven people killing of each other, which started in 1095; to the Era of the Great Voyage - by the name for free trade, driven people killing of each other, even in the design of politics ¨C in the name for democracy to continue conduct people in fighting of each other by the establishment of multi-party opposition.

Individualistic life cultured social elements make disasters by seemingly humane but actual inhuman. By fabricating ideologies made various useless professions attract majority population making living by engaging in idiotic play and forms weird Think Jars with thinkers debating, arguing to ferment evil thoughts to spoil democratic politicians ruining world. In over populated world today; the idiotic play made shortage in labor for the production in life necessaries.

Now, the Collectivistic valued people engaged in building infrastructure by new Silk Road integrating the hatred fragmented culture and economy of countries to help them mutual learning of each other and melting down the long historical feuds and conflicts to build the trust to promote a common prosperous coexistence life for global people.

While, the Individualistic valued one continued enjoying wars by making war threats hijacking governments wasting all of life saving money of own people used to arms race developing bombs to destroy infrastructure world widely.

The Collectivistic value has been in gaining cultural living space, but the Individualistic value has been opposite.

The individualistic valued one laid many landmines in world and home in destroying life of people in all aspects.

The most evil landmines were the democracy and ideologies, it was such childish play helped German Hitler seized Gov-power and fabricating ideologies brainwashing quality Germans as killers to have killed dozens millions of people. Manmade disasters proved that just such stuff provided tools and excuses for brain defectives destroying human life by fabricating ideologies according to needs. Such as liberty, human rights, even the hormone disorder is evilly used.

Now, the benevolent democratic politicians are in kind-hearted striving to save world from provoking wars finishing, but pushing themselves, their families and all of us towards atomic bombs cremated; in facing such an idiotic situation of the low quality politicians have surely finished together, any rational people would be in the desperate panic anxiety.

Please look at increasingly unlivable world; even if we are lucky not being finished by provoking wars, but we still cannot avoid finished by increasingly unaffordable life spending and increasingly murderous life threat home-yard.

By ideologies, politicians poisoned people curse communism, but enjoy social welfare of communism; and live in economic inactivity refusing work for Capitalism in life necessaries, but lazy lived on social welfare of Communism. The Populist kidnapped politicians are making more social welfare to meet more people living on lazy to ruin homeland.

The WWII high-quality generation that lived frugally and worked hard has brought labor productivity away forever. Now they laid landmines played their role in destroying the life of people in the rich democracies by corrupted people mind and ability for making life necessaries when global countries stand up to refuse to be bullied and plundered.

Democracy is about granting Gov-power to people who cannot act rationally to destroy motherland and world.

Democracy is not about people democratic govern, but about helping people in low IQs to be freed dictatorial.

Politicians in democracies clamor to maintain world order for their plunder; but there is no one caring about it.

Nowadays, social governance has been evolved as that of legislature making policies pave orbit; and then society runs accordingly. The endless manmade disasters revealed that those lawmakers in legislature are in low quality.

The study revealed reason why lawmakers recklessly argue in parliament in difficult reach a common consensus. Please look at lawmakers, the mostly is in swearing oaths by gritted their teeth with a frightening expression. Such one has no ability for making people a better life; but has enough evil instinct plotting for beating others for self well.

Such lawmakers cannot reason the bad consequence for that what they are doing is in ruining the life of themselves and their beloved families. There many lawmakers in democracies are in such quality in destructing human life.

Only the achievements in real economy proved high quality people are able to make a right decision for developing a better life; human society must choose quality ensured people for power to avoid being low ability one destroyed.

Now we must dump democracy or autocracy into garbage bin to make legislature to be composed of selecting properly humanized quality people as lawmakers as part time self-reliance as that stupid China has been in doing.

But, democracies cannot do in the way as that China, due to that will trigger social unrest, we must not touch current political system and keeping the interests for current and future lawmakers, and then learns from China by quality proved entrepreneurs, engineers, scientists, farmers, professors, economists, etc., work as lawmaker in part time self-reliance form a civil legislature to paralleled run with official one by taking certain vote right to patch the democratic flaws.

The civil legislators can be added or removed at any time through public recommendations and criticisms. This way can reflect the wishes of the vast majority of people with the effect as that of referendum without populist harms.

People can never believe that they trusted Western medicine is also in ruining human life

Note: I am neither a historian nor a sociologist, but a metallographist in metal material industry, and my time was mainly spent on my major with limited knowledge in history; philosophy, politics and civilization. It is inhuman reality forced me to appeal about. For improving social governance to save world; I only discuss what I think are the key for achieving what I desired purpose.

Even so, the democratic politicians on power, the thinkers in the Think-Jar, professors in Universities, the reporters in media, and much more, are still yelling war threats to force life saving money making bombs.

Why self proud of higher animals of human being with self proud of intelligence was superior to lower animals to live a life of the Law of Jungle in more barbaric than that of lower animals; because of, it is not all of stuff in human feature are human nature; some of them are the hybrids of all of inhuman beasts in the most inhuman beast genes. Since ancient times, the neighboring countries people were attracted to share Confucian values to have formed Confucian Asia in Asian Values.

I call such a civilization as China Confucianism based Eastern collectivistic civilization; due to it was originated by purposefully culturing people as quality people, so that all of its social elements are suitable for the survival of human being.

Today China is still in Technocratic Democracy by engineers; entrepreneurs; economists and quality social elites as lawmakers as part time in self-reliance; the top leadership is a politburo of 7 members that promoted based on quality from grassroots gradually; without consensus from meeting; no one allowed to talk at will; thus avoided personal dictatorship and ensured the collective wisdoms in governance under the most strict accountability globally.

The story has been widespread in China with many history books and textbooks, until to this day. I think that it is the main reason that China did not form any harmful Religions. 

Ximen Bao has created meaningful warnings for officials of all generations to uproot the cheating by Gods and related behavior and more importantly that Government must force people to do something that will benefit to them, never hope convincing them in advance to do stupid things that don't work.

Shang Yang (390¨C338 BC), who proposed standard legal terms and made equality before the law

Today, in West, there are many people hoping that Confucianism is able to help to create a peaceful world, such as, in 2022 Athens Democracy Forum, once held a special section of Aristotle and Confucius. Jeffrey Sachs, the professor at Columbia University, who once wrote article Confucius' Wisdom Can Assist us in Overcoming Modern Challenges in 12 October 2023.

But that is impossible according to the rational practice of China. In china all of rational measures were Gov-enforced. Because of, the people of China understand the reality that good measures often infringe on the interests of irrational people, they will strongly oppose it. Also many people are irrational that cannot do something willingly.

More importantly, Confucius's collectivist thoughts are in fatal conflict and are incompatible with the individualistic thoughts that worshiped by the people in the West. People would never realize the sad reality that it is just the individualistic thoughts in killing the economy and the life of the West and world widely.

Here I have to indicate that, in China, until 1911, Qing dynasty ended; it has been in feudal royal rule. It is worth appreciating that in any Dynasty, the officials were chosen society-wide outside of the royal bloodline, this is the most critical practice in social governance of China to ensured talents on power. Also feudal royal rule was able to keep government stable for hundreds years long to largely reduced social unrest due to the replacement of ruling power. In my opinion, that outlawed all school of thoughts respect Confucianism only, and by imperial examination selecting officials become the cultural basis of civilization of China. Even if it was ever-changing in dynasty replacement and foreign invastions, but the cultural basis of China acted as a melting pot of foreign ethnic groups and cultures. Numerous foreign races and cultures trickle down into the long river of civilization of the China. It is said that 30% of Chinese vocabulary comes from Buddhist teachings of ancient India.

By Yin and Yang represent the two opposites in symbiosis coexists, one ebbs and another grows, and vice versa. Yin represents the dark, negative, the female, cloudy, cold and the Earth, etc.. In objective reality

In micro perspective, as small as atom, extranuclear electrons cloud with the nucleus are both in the state of attraction and repulsion, the electronics rotating around the nucleus in dynamic equilibrium. They are in the state unity of opposites. Atoms are the components to compose of natural substance; also, include human body.

In macro perspective, the planets with the sun in solar system, and solar system with other galaxies are all in the continuously rotating in the state of self-regulation by attraction and repulsion of each other. They are also in the state of dynamic equilibrium of unity of opposites.  

In subjective reality

The dialectical thinking is very important when dealing with the social contradiction. In social life, various social contradictions or problems are also the unity of opposites, the two sides of contradiction are the integral part of each other in co-exist or co-perish; the strong and weak position of the contradiction is in the state of dynamic converting.

Daoism is best matching with both objective reality and subjective reality without false illusions. Therefore, the Daoism is perfect rational for dealing with the complex issues naturally, socially and physically.

The way of dialectically view of Daoism helps people of China to look at, analyze and solve social problems from multiple perspectives, the factors in positive and negative, and the potential consequences, as detailed as possible. In which way, the solution will be more realistic and less error-making.

As one of the important ancient philosophies of China, the Daoism is the cornerstone of the civilization of China with influencing the social governance and the civilization of East & South Asia, and the population from China globally.

The dialectical philosophy Daoism cultured people of China with the quality of dialectical thinking; so that the people of China carefully dealing with anything by looking at problems from different angles, at different sides and at different levels, the good consequence and the bad consequence in detailed without omissions or mistake.

Due to that rational reasoning can be deep into many levels with series of possible consequences as that of judging domino effect; so that lesser reckless; never positively aggression and plundering others besides defense; which was the reason that China built Great Wall to avoid wars, rather than simply fight back to destroy enemy.

This is the reason that China built Great Wall to avoid wars and the big Zheng He fleet 7 times around the world without looting and colonizing; and bringing books to Italy to trigger the Renaissance. This is the root reason that the people of China and the people in neighboring countries are able to enjoy a long peaceful life.

However, friendly and kindness of China was viewed as weak and deceivable by the people who are with distorted reasoning function, which was the reason that foreigners repeatedly invaded China.

In comparison, the most of Westerners are lack of dialectical reasoning, so that they look at problem from intuitive appearance, rarely touches the deep level, and rarely takes into account of the bad consequences, which was the one of reasons that U.S. has been at war for all but 16 years of its 242-year history.

In China, Traditional Chinese Medicine was developed based on the principles and terminology of philosophy Daoism.

1.1.1.3... In Qin Dynasty, for reunifying China, Li Si who was from State of Chu come to state of Qin played key role:

Li Si  (280 ¨C 208 BC), in 221BC, he suggests Qin Shi Huang to have eradicated all of vassal states of independent economy war machine; and taking the tragic lessons of the inducement of 550 years of wars. 1.1.1.4... In Qin Dynasty, for reunifying China, Shang Yang who was from State of Way to state of Qin played key role

Shang Yang (390 ¨C 338 BC) is considered to be the greatest presentative of Chinese Legalism, who promoted standard legal terms and made equality before the law. He considers the loyalty to the state above that of the family.

He introduced material rewards into law by making twenty military ranks and rewards system, based upon battlefield achievements with rewards of lands and other life necessaries. More achievements more rewards; which made Qin citizens willing to join the army and made all efforts to get more achievements in battlefield for getting more rewards.

Shang Yang introduced land reforms, privatized land, and rewards farmers who exceeded harvest quotas. He encouraged migration of peasants from other states into Qin by providing them with farmland and life supports; this policy simultaneously increased the manpower of Qin and weakened the manpower of Qin's rivals.

Shang Yang made many reforms in effective social governance and helped Qin built the military power to reunify China latter.

1.1.1.5... In Han dynasty, Liu Che, the emperor Wu (156 ¨C 87 BC) paved key foundation for the civilization of China

In 134 BC Han Dynasty, Emperor Wu issued an edict to solicit governing strategies; while establishes Royal University ¨C in later once reached 30 thousands of people as teaching and reserving for officials and as Think Tank.

1... 140 BC, Emperor Wu adopted suggestion of Dong Zhong Shu outlawed all schools of thoughts to respect Confucianism as only moral guidance.

Since then, the Confucianism was taken as only moral guidance, to have cultured people in the quality of collectivism and ensured humanized peaceful life; while strictly suppressing other ideologies under the conduction of the successive government of China. This is the reason that today's government of China strictly controls ideologies, which was from bloody lessons of 550 years endless wars. Because of the toxic ideologies cause social unrest; and the war provokers were often provoking wars by misleading ideologies as that of the west is in doing today.

The people cultured by the Confucianism with the quality of pursuing social order and harmony; the mutually cooperated life made people tend to collectivism with the quality of strong sense in self-discipline and protecting the interests of collective; so that in Asia, surrounds China, people help each other; the long peaceful life bred China based Eastern Collectivistic Civilization.

This is the reason that the people of China and the people in neighboring countries of China are able to enjoy a relative long peaceful prosperous life with the creation of Asian Values. In 2000 years ago, the people of China has explored old Silk Road to provide the life necessaries globally and promoted the exchange of the culture between China and the West.    

2... Sang Hongyang, who was known for his mathematical prowess at his youth. Emperor Wu ascended to the throne in 141 BC, Sang was invited to become an Attendant; which was a way that Emperor gained and retained talented individuals in the palace, and by which many important officials began their political careers.

Later Sang Hongyang took charge of government finances and a series of economic reforms were carried out, which greatly increased the government's fiscal revenue. For example, the government¡¯s salt and iron monopoly policy; the strong financial support, helped Emperor Wu defeat the savage tough nomads who were constantly harassing northern China.

Emperor Wu held first Imperial Examination in China for selecting talent people as officials from grassroots faced whole country, and by which set model for subsequent dynasties using from time to time. The Imperial Examination system became dominant during the Song dynasty (960¨C1279) and lasted for almost a millennium until its abolition during the late Qing dynasty political reforms in 1905.

The model of Imperial Examination was imitated by many Western countries, especially the French Voltaire who admired it very much and introduced it to France. But it¡¯s a pity that none of them has applied it into government construction. Otherwise, there would be no world wars and no endless man-made disasters. 

1.1.1.6... The civilization of China is good at absorbing and utilizing excellent foreign cultures

Throughout history, many foreign races and cultures have been integrated into the long river of Chinese civilization. It said that there 30% of vocabularies in Mandarin were absorbed from Buddhism

Besides self study from historical wisdoms, the people of China are also good at absorbing foreign cultures globally, such as, there about 30% of vocabularies in Mandarin today were evolved from the Buddhism of ancient India.

Actually, the vocabularies are the carriers for the wisdoms and philosophies. In China, people are not only using vocabularies for daily communication, but also used them as wisdoms for avoiding mistake in dealing with some problems in daily life and social governance.     

1.1.2... The Imperial Examination and Confucianism kept China¡¯s civilization not destroyed by the nomads

Historically, many settled farming civilizations were wiped out by barbaric nomads.

Ancient Egypt, ancient Babylon, ancient India and China are collectively known as the four ancient civilizations.

Ancient Egypt began in the 32nd century BC and ended when it was conquered by Persia in 343 BC.

Ancient Babylon was born in two river basins in 3500 BC, later several times flooded by foreign civilizations.

Ancient India, or Indus River Civilization around 2300 BC; later, it was times flooded by foreign civilizations.

Only the civilization of China uninterrupted last 5000 of years, why?

The so-called eliminated was actually the replacement of culture, mostly by religions. In China the famous dynasty, the Qing Dynasty, was established by invading nomadic tribe. However, the nomadic tribe cannot carry out cultural replacement, and has to continue to use Chinese characters, respect Confucianism, respect ancestors, and continue to use the imperial examination system to select talents to govern the country. They also used the barbaric nature of the nomads to expand territory and developing culture; which has greatly developed and strengthened the civilization of China.

In my opinion, that outlawed all school of thoughts respect Confucianism only, and by imperial examination selecting officials become the cultural basis of civilization of China. Even if it was ever-changing in dynasty replacement and foreign invastions, but the cultural basis of China acted as a melting pot of foreign ethnic groups and cultures. Numerous foreign races and cultures trickle down into the long river of civilization of the China. It is said that 30% of Chinese vocabulary comes from Buddhist teachings of ancient India.

In contrast, the ancient civilization of India, without its own civilization as a cultural basis, has been flooded by foreign civilizations several times and turned into a garbage dump for foreign civilizations.

In addition, in the West, starting from ancient Greece, it focuses on logical reasoning and debating. However, the result was that the more logical reasoning and debating the more chaotic in thoughts.

In the East, China pays attention to intuition, experience, and infallibility. The dialectical view of philosophy Daoism, a simple way sorts everything out.

This difference in way of thinking has also affected the process and results of Eastern and Western civilizations.       

1.1.3... China has orderly settled down the relationship between the complex social existences    

140 BC, China outlawed all schools of thought to respect Confucianism as only moral guidance to have cultured people in collective self-disciplined and created a collectivistic social elements and collectivistic values to live in prosperous life.

Thus under Gov-enforced conducting; by optimal selective control, gradually, China purposefully developed leading philosophy, morality and legalism; by which settled down the complex relationships between the major social existences ¨C man, nature, society and mind in 2000 years ago.

No one mention this point yet; but I believed that the social effects were as so: By dialectic philosophy Daoism settled down the relationship between man and nature; by moral guidance Confucianism settled down the relationship between man and man; by legal system Legalism settled down the relationship between man and society; and by government sent people to specially invite Buddhism from India to have comforted the relationship between man and mind.

Thus, the quality people under quality social governance created quality wealthy life.

The collectivistic values cultured people without thinking how to destroy others but built Great Wall for avoiding war; and Zheng He¡¯s fleet 7 times sail around world without colonial plunder; but presenting books to Italy triggered the end of Dark Ages, thus lived peaceful life as leading economy. In 2000 years ago China explored Silk Road to provide West life necessities.

In Asia, the neighboring countries were deeply affected by the culture of China; there many countries were using the character of China. Even there foreigners were working as official in China through Imperial Examination, which civilized a peaceful cultural cluster in neighboring countries of China in Far East Asia. The culture of China cultured the high quality of people in those neighboring countries so they share same value with China to be called as Asian Values or Confucian Asia.

Since ancient time, the social governance of China was by choosing quality people in Technocratic Democracy; for which even developed Imperial Examination. Today; in china, the social governance is in the same way of Technocratic Democracy by outstanding entrepreneurs, scientists, economists and so on as lawmaker in self reliance as part time. The top leadership is a politburo of 7 members that gradually promoted from grassroots based on quality; without meeting consensus; no one allowed to talk at will; by which avoided personal dictatorship and ensured collective wisdom in social governing.

Globally touted Confucianism was a collective achievement of updating generations in lasting hundreds of years.

The founder of Confucianism was Confucius (551¨C479 BC). In his life time, the society was in the disordered state of wars; Confucius strives to establish social order by restoring the old ritual and music system.

The Analects of Confucius was compiled by the followers of Confucius. Since then, there were people making improvement on Confucianism by integrating own thoughts in lasting for hundred years long, which showed that there great many rational people were caring about improving life by improving social governance. In which process; the contributed the most was Dong Zhong Shu (179¨C104BC) in Han Dynasty.

Dong Zhong Shu; who systematized, simplified and summarized scattered recorded Confucianism as simple as easy to understand, remember and implement ¨C the son obeys the father, the wife obeys the husband; the minister obeys the monarch, the young people should respect and take care for elderly, everyone must abide by law; respect social morality and keep own promise in the social activities, and do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you, and so on.

Later in 140BC Han Dynasty, under his suggestion Emperor Wu outlawed all schools of thought (in practice it was the bad one only) to respect Confucian as only moral guidance.

In Europe Enlightenment leader Voltaire appreciates Confucius very much, in Philosophical Dictionary, in the section of China, he specially shows his appreciation by citing the word of a philosopher: "I knew a philosopher who had no other portrait than that of Confucius in his study. At the bottom of it were written the following lines:"

"Without assumption he explored the mind,"

"Unveiled the light of reason to mankind;"

""Spoke as a sage, and never as a seer,"

¡°Yet, strange to say, his country held him dear.¡±

The understanding of ¡°Spoke as a sage, and never as a seer" contrasted that in the west, there were too many living on cheating by acting as a seer and which made many sober elites headache.

The history of China is the history of continuously taking lessons to make improvement; but until this day, the west has been maintaining as is in never think of improvement for better; but by forces maintaining outdated world order and various consensuses to make world unlivable. So that philosopher Hegel (1770¡ª1831), who sighed: ¡°What experience and history teach is this, that peoples and governments have never learned anything from history, and have never acted on the lessons that should have been learned from it.¡± This was the reason that the west has been living in the Law of Jungle of warlike threat life until this day.

2020, the founder and co-chairman of Bridgewater Associates, Mr. Ray Dalio who published article Changing World Order, Chapter 6: The Big Cycle of China and Its Currency; in which, he pointed out the quality of people of China: ¡°Chinese leaders study history to learn lessons that help them plan for the future and deal with the cases at hand. Believe me, the lessons learned from these histories are now guiding Chinese leaders¡¯ decision making.¡±

China Confucianism based Eastern collectivistic civilization or Eastern culture was originated from culturing people as people by developing ritual and music system and Confucianism; by which developed collectivistic social elements and collectivistic values; which regarding peaceful coexistence creates a common prosperous life as the matter of course.

When China cooperates with other countries, it respects their culture and political system in never interferes; due to five principles.

In consideration for newly independent states after decolonization would be able to develop a new and more principled approach to international relations. In Dec. 31, 1953, while receiving the Indian delegation to the Tibetan trade talks, China¡¯s former premier of China Zhou Enlai firstly enunciated them as "five principles governing China¡¯s relations with foreign countries."

The Five Principles, as stated in the Sino¨CIndian Agreement 1954, are listed as:

1... Mutual respect for each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty,

2... Mutual non-aggression,

3... Mutual non-interference in each other's internal affairs,

4... Equality and co-operation for mutual benefit, and

5... Peaceful co-existence

Then in a joint statement in Delhi on 18 June 1954, the principles were emphasized by the Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru, and Premier Zhou Enlai in a broadcast speech made at the time of the Asian Prime Ministers Conference in Colombo, Sri Lanka just a few days after the signing of the Sino-Indian treaty in Beijing.

Nehru went so far as to say: "If these principles were recognized in the mutual relations of all countries, then indeed there would hardly be any conflict and certainly no war." It has been suggested that the five principles had partly originated as the five principles of the Indonesian state.

In June 1945 Sukarno, the Indonesian nationalist leader, had proclaimed five general principles, or pancasila, on which future institutions were to be founded. Indonesia became independent in 1949.

The five principles were incorporated in modified form in a statement of ten principles issued in April 1955 at the historic Asian-African Conference in Bandung, Indonesia, which did more than any other meeting to form the idea that post-colonial states had something special to offer the world.

A resolution on peaceful co-existence jointly presented by India, Yugoslavia and Sweden was unanimously adopted in 1957 by the United Nations General Assembly". The Five Principles as they had been adopted in Colombo and elsewhere formed the basis of the Non-Aligned Movement, established in Belgrade, Yugoslavia in 1961.

China has often emphasized its close association with the Five Principles. It is on the basis of the Five Principles that China has established and developed diplomatic relations with 165 countries and carried out trade, economic, scientific, technological and cultural exchanges and cooperation with over 200 countries and regions. It is on the basis of the Five Principles that China has, through peace negotiations, resolved the boundary issues with most neighbors and maintained peace and stability in its surrounding areas. And it is on the basis of the Five Principles that China has provided economic and technical aid with no political strings attached.

China, there are 56 different races; it said that there are about 300 local languages in using. Even if it is same language in different area, the pronunciation and meaning may be different. You will easily imagine that the result of without an effective communication between people.

In China, besides many times to simplify the writing of Chinese characters, after the establishment of P. R. China in 1949, government organized a group of linguists developed pinyin system by use of Roman alphabet to regulate the pronunciation of Chinese characters and forced use in all of schools since 1958 and then revised several times. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) adopted pinyin as an international standard ISO 7098 in 1982 and was followed by the United Nations in 1986.

Now in China, those people under 80 years old can easily communicate each other by mandarin. It may be only official designed language in populous using world widely. Unified language Mandarin made social communication easier and to have promoted the efficiency of social governance and labor productivity; which is one of the reasons that China has been developing economy outstanding than others.

I have talked with local Canadians; they agree that, in Canada, the people from British Colombia are not easy to understand what they said from the people of Newfoundland. Even the people of Newfoundland have their own special dictionary.

The conflict of interests between races is one of the main causes of social unrest. Many countries have not completely solved this problem from the root of policy formulation. Such as India, where now is suffering large-scale racial riots due to the preferential policies. Indian Prime Modi and the Foreign Minister Dr. Jaishankar are all outstanding politicians in contemporary world. But they are inability ideally dealing with the racial problems in India. Due to times alien civilizations invading to accumulate all toxic ideologies and religions of the world to make the country ungovernable.

China has 55 of 56 ethnic minorities enjoying preferential policies; the family plan (one child) policy is limited to the ethnic Han, which was the reason for the large population growth in Xinjiang and Tibet autonomous regions. I am Mongolian, in 1978, National University Entrance Examination, the admission line is 320 points, however, I only got 302 points in the test, and the government has policy to add minority ethnic students 20 points; so that I can study in university. My university bursary was 2 yuan more others 19. At that time, the price of rice was 16 cents/kilo.

Because in modern society, the cross-border study and job hunting is becoming more and more common, it is difficulty keeping ethnic groups together, as a result, interracial marriages are becoming more and more common, the blood inheritance in the ethnic groups is diluted due to increasingly mixture, therefore, the concept of individual ethnicity is also diluted, in my family, my grandpa's generation and before was keeping marriages in Mongolian. Since my father generation, wives are all the ethnic Han, includes my wife of a university classmate.

In the workplace, there are mostly mixed ethnicities, unless people with special face feature may be asked private curiously, other than that, there is no difference. For example, in my daily work, I have no Mongolian concept at all. Due to my mother was ethnic Han, so that my feature has no big different with ethnic Han.

Thanks for my father lifelong works on his studied education major with plenty of book collections in home across the East and West to provide me for free reading since my years old with a dictionary; and later as Metallographic Specialist works in a Steel and Iron Research Institute; reading in libraries was my work with optimal condition for reading.

The broad reading avoids me from the harm of intellectual trap that caused by the limitations in knowledge from college professional study; which made people unable extricate from the shackle of dogmatism or may say that everyone is trapped in own studies without ability for a judgment from overall consideration; which is the reason that people respected so called thinkers in Think Tanks are mostly playing the role as workers for fermenting toxic thoughts to fuel politicians wrongfully action in ruining human world. The broad reading enabled me in viewing clear the pros and cons in the civilization between the East and the West across history and philosophy from the broader vision.

In comparison, different from the government of China rationally handle the ethnic relations, social conflicts in many countries stem from ethnic conflicts.

India, where now is suffering large-scale racial riots due to the preferential policies. For India, the biggest riot source is that several invading flood of alien civilizations to have accumulated all the highly toxic ideologies and religions of the world to make the country in ungovernable state.

The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Foreign Minister Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar are all outstanding politicians in contemporary world, they are rational and independent, safeguarding the interests of India and never act as a vassal of a special country. But they are inability ideally dealing with the racial problems in India.

It said India there are more than 20 official languages. The political and economic compartmentalization between various ethnic groups is also serious and difficult to reconcile, which was a sequela of the colonial rule.

It is said that India as most populous democracy will replace China as the center of the manufacturing industry chain. However, India will be unable to enjoy the demographic dividend of the population due to the quality of ungovernable; the liberal democracy has nourished too many low quality politicians without leader ability; while the ideologies of values and human rights cultured people striking for more by doing less and endlessly fighting for justice; even violently smashing the factory¡¯s equipments that are in helping them making livings.

The liberal democracy and its relied ideologies are the mother in giving birth of demons to ruin human life by culturing people losing ability for reasoning that what they need for survival.

This is what I said that Europe looting and killing bloody smell thoughts lure too many people make living by digging graves to chew and share the excrement of the corpses as career. As the results, they made people in superstition of died thoughts as zombification in think and as formalization in action.

Today, as the coexistence genetic hobby; by Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence; China builds Belt & Road to integrate culture and economy of global countries to create co-prosperous life and help people make living in home place to uproot the source of refugees; also which will avoid the manmade tragedies of endless provoking wars.

1.1.9...China¡¯s historian Qian Mu compares the difference of China and West Back to Top

I try to understand the different of China and the West from the eyes of noted historians and philosophers, so that we can grab the main points in the time of minutes.

Qian Mu (1895 ¨C 1990), a Chinese historian, philosopher and writer. He is considered to be one of the greatest historian and philosopher of 20th-century China. The source of Western politics is in the Greek city-state. First, it is launched from a small area through trade or through the military; Second, the idea of "individualism" is the starting point; the third is a kind of politics of the stronger bullying the weaker, the rich bullying the poor, and majority bullying the minority; the fourth is not focused on the spirit for the interest of large group of social members. Therefore, this kind of politics is easy to cause two kinds of conflicts - the struggle of the external ethnic groups and the struggle of the internal different class. It is a kind of politics in confrontation and conquering.

The politics of Greece and Rome are largely influenced by religion. It intertwined with the Christianity and interacts to form the source of European culture.

The concrete manifestation is at: First, it has a strong individualistic color; secondly, it is the Imperial Emperor co-works with the Pope, one acts as social ruler, and the other one acts as tamer of people; the third is politics and religion are prone to disputes, which is the big flaw of the traditional European politics.

Qian Mu believes the national state and democratic politics that emerged after the Renaissance are the result of the expansion and disguise of the Greek-Romanian central politics.

First, Western modern democratic politics cannot transcend class and transcend nationality, so political struggle is either class struggle or ethnic conflict.

Second, European democracy is only present in its core body, not in the periphery of its conquest. This is due to the two fulcrums of European urban culture - the slaves in the inside and commerce in the outside and the Western countries will expand outwards in order to ensure these two support points, which will cause conflicts in the process.

Finally, although European countries have different polities, but, they are governed by political parties that represent the interests of class or nationality, there is inevitably a potential danger of the inherent struggle of class or nationality. Only religion can transcend class and nationality, but it cannot solve the problem of political reality.

China's traditional politics, neither aristocratic politics nor monarchy, indeed, it is democratic governance.

In compared with Western political systems, although China did not set up a parliament for public expressing opinion, it does not mean that China does not have civil rights.

In the case of the ruling of the monarchs and nobles in the West, in order to enable the people to supervise the government, they established the National Assembly, which is a manifestation of the civil rights of the West. Therefore, in such a context, the Western political system is a system in the state of opposition between governments and nationals; in which, the people exercise an indirect civil rights through the Congress.

In traditional political system of China, the reason why there is no Congress is because that Chinese government is formed by the people that select from private sector, not from royal families; thus, the government itself has represented the public opinion; which is a political system that the government and the people are integrated. The domestic civil rights are exercised by the composition of the government.

In the Chinese political system, what really represents the public opinion is not by the majority of the people, but by selected most knowledgeable people. The optimal political system is the political system that must ensure that the most knowledgeable people can take the political power.

Therefore, in order to enable the civil rights to maximize their role, it is necessary to pay attention to the quality rather than the number of representatives.                                                                                                              

1.1.9.2... China's political system is not an autocratic at all           

The reason why China's political system is considered to be authoritarian rule is because that the royal rule lasted for a thousand years, without a parliament for representing public opinion.

But, this does not mean that China is autocracy.

First of all, the royal family of China is a symbolic head without power for authoritarian rule, but helps the stability of the political situation and the long-term stability of the country. Secondly, China implements "sage politics" and, therefore, does not require public opinion organs.

The government of the West is like the Wal-Mart, the owner hires a manager (government) to take charge of the business, and the shareholders (public opinion agencies) have the right to question management matters.

The government of China is like a university. The professors (sages) teach the students (people), and the students cannot override the authority of the professors.

Therefore, the politics between China and West is not comparable and cannot be generally compared.

1.1.9.3... The relationship between law and morality is different between China and the West           Back to Top

China emphasizes the nature of people is good, so it is considered that morality is supreme, and the law is only used to make up for moral deficiencies; while the West considers that stipulates morality and leads ethics by law.

In China, the core of morality is benevolence and filial piety, which is not regulated by law; while the West considers morality to be fair. This kind of fair is for protecting the rights of individual and must be protected by law.

Due to the differences in political consciousness and national concept between Chinese and Western, the nature of law between Chinese and Western is also different.

In the West, the state is above all else. The law is the specific manifestation of the state's domination of the will and rights of individual. The law is a tool of domination. Under the control of state power, the people need to fight for human rights against the state to defend themselves; so that the Western people demand legislative power and demand separation of powers.

In China, the state is only a kind of social organization. The state is established for the people, not the people are born for the state. At the same time, the people of China have a sense of taking care of the overall interests, in the eyes of the Chinese people, the highest goal of the life is that individual ethics conforms to the overall morality of society and does not conform to the power and will of the state; therefore, the state does not override personal will or hurts individual freedom, and people do not need to fight for freedom from the state.

The law of China is education at first, and then the penalties are imposed. The function of the state is to guide the advancement of morality, and the role of the law is to help correction. Therefore, as far as the nature of law is concerned, the Western law is to give people rights, so it is mostly a law to protect rights; and Chinese law is to prevent people from being immoral, so it is mostly a law to punish evil.

1.1.9.4... The relationship between law and religion is also different between China and the West           Back to Top

In West, the religion and law complement each other. At the beginning, law is a part of religion; except law has no justice, except religion has no moral guidance. The religion and law synthesized the idea of freedom, equality, and fraternity is the highest goal of European political consciousness.

The law of China is completely separated from religion. The moral education is in school, and the penalty of law is in the government.

The requirements of China for law are not only fair, but also to assist morality and make up for the deficiencies of ethics. Then, since morality comes from the mind of the people, the law should focus on the mind of people and focus on the emotion of people.

1.1.9.1... The politics of China and West is radically different

Firstly, China is a unified state, and the country is a whole that condensates into a center, it is a political form of centralized. The West began in the Greek city-state, which is the state of a small country. The formation of the country is spread from the center to the surrounding area, which formed a political form of ¡°outward conquest¡±.

Second, the politics of China has had religious functions since ancient times. The ideal of traditional Chinese politics is to transcend the class and transcend the nationality. There is the responsibility to teach and supervise all the large groups of people. First of all, in terms of the political system, China is a united country with centralized power since the Qin Dynasty in 221 BC, and the county administration directly under the Central government as today¡¯s regional distribution of counties and provinces.

China does not have a feudal aristocracy. There is no privilege of nobler; there is no aristocratic hereditary politics; compared with the West, there is no slavery in China.

In terms of economic conditions, Chinese society is dominated by the agricultural economy rather than the feudal economy. In addition, the system of taxation and servitude in China has largely demonstrated the freedom of giving farmers.

The difference in political theory between China and the West

In China, the emperor is the "outstanding talent of the sages" and is at a high level by virtue of the trust of the people. Therefore, if the theoretical source of the Western regime is the contract of the people, that is, the "contractual regime," then the rationality of the Chinese regime is from the trust of people, that is, the "trust regime."

1.1.9.7... The political theory in Confucianism

Chinese traditional politics advocates knowledgeable people, and education is the ultimate goal of the politics of China. The traditional education of China is transcend class and transcend nationality and is developed for the entire human culture, so the government must be under education. This is particularly evident in Confucianism.

The focus of Confucian political thought is not in the monarch, the so-called monarchical power comes from heaven, and the heavenly way exists in the ministers. That is to say, the emperor is hereditary, is not necessarily the sage, and the ministers are all selected "most sages" from the whole society through the examination system, they can make up for the shortcomings of the celestial hereditary.

From the perspective of the development of Confucianism in dynasties, they all reflect the characteristics of the well integration of religion, politics and education. This is the big end of Confucian ideals. China's education is in politics, so the political objectives are often far-reaching. Therefore, for China, politics has the connotation of education, and the most ideal political system should be the system that can best guarantee that the "most sages" can engage in politics.

Chinese traditional politics has the goal of make the customs and the political rights equal. There is no confrontation between classes, and there is no competition between the nations.

The flaw of traditional Chinese politics

First, because of contempt for expansionary hegemony, it is not to engage in prosperous by aggression and merger and is easy to be bullied by strong neighbors. Second, it cannot guarantee the sages kept as the sages and the people cannot conduct effective supervision.

The traditional political theory of China is not only originated from Chinese traditional culture, but, also conformed to China's national conditions. This was the reasons and feasibility of the value for the existence.

The key to the way out of Chinese politics is not to copy the political systems in the West, but to carry forward the essence of Chinese traditional political theory, to correct its illnesses, to restore its original ideals and its original appearance, to pull out new political theories and exert a new political spirit. It can achieve political stability and long-term stability.

Confucius said: ¡°Even when walking in a party of no more than three I can always be certain of learning from those I am with. There will be good qualities that I can select for imitation and bad ones that will teach me what requires correction in myself.¡±

Confucius said: ¡°Do not impose on others what you do not desire yourself. Bear no grudge against the state where you work; have no feeling of dissatisfaction when you stay at home.¡±

This is the root reason; the West is always provoking wars in everywhere; but China, from ancient time to this day; is always making friends and learn from others in everywhere.

It said that there 30% of vocabularies of Chinese language were from Buddhist teachings of ancient India with valuable daily philosophies and wisdoms.

The vocabularies are the carrier of philosophies; wisdoms and civilization; and therefore timely reminding people for self-restraining on own behavior.

The Commanding Heights attempts to trace the rise of free markets during the last century as well as the process of globalization. The phrase commanding heights coined by Vladimir Lenin, who was the founding head of government of Soviet Russia; which referred to the control of perceived key segments of a national economy.

The book indicates that within a few years of the rise of the Russian Revolution, the Soviet economy went into a major crisis. Lenin responded with the New Economic Policy, a program that allowed limited capitalistic activity, and the economy began to improve; which resulted in what it would call as state capitalism, or state owned economy, or planning economy.

Later under the rule of Joseph Stalin, the Soviet agricultural and heavy manufacturing sectors were largely centralized. During the 1940s to the 1970s, the Soviet economy grew at a rate that outpaced that of Western European nations.

Feb. 9, 2014, I once wrote article Management is the Art of Playing Human Nature to indicate that Human behaviors are determined by dual natures: The cultural nature of those acquired altruistic qualities, and natural (animal) nature of those inborn selfish instincts. The Management is to finish purposeful tasks with the culture nature driven by meeting the animal nature with payment under the enforcement of regulations. Therefore, Management is the Art of playing human natures.

There were a lot of researches on the economic success of China, and most of them attributed the success to the magic of the Invisible Hand. The surging communist movement almost destroyed the foundation of capitalism; which promoted dogmatism of arguments of communism and capitalism and once caused the political persecution of McCarthyism in the US for fighting against communism and the political persecution for fighting against capitalism of Stalin reigns in former Soviet Union. Even if China once also happened same thing, but it soon be reversed.

In faced with such a play; the former leader of China Deng Xiaoping who proposed famous Cat Theory: ¡°It doesn't matter whether a cat is white or black, as long as it catches mice.¡± In other words, he did not worry too much about whether a production model is capitalism or socialism as long as it can improve production efficiency. He warns that if the economy cannot be improved and the lives of the people cannot be improved, any road will be a dead end.

In book Deng Xiaoping and the Transformation of China, Professor Ezra Vogel at Harvard University, who indicates that Deng¡¯s formula for success was simple: ¡°Don¡¯t argue; try it. If it works, let it spread.¡± I think this is the best understanding for the success of China¡¯s economic reform. It certainly possesses universal significance. The success of China is at stop ideological arguments to enjoy the complementary advantages of socialism and capitalism.

China has a vast land and rich resources, developed agriculture, complete industrial and supply chains, and the price of food has always been very stable. A watermelon that costs tens of dollars in South Korea may only cost a few dollars in China. The price of rice in Korean is about three to four times higher than China.

Over the past few decades, China¡¯s government has tried every possible means to ensure stable prices of goods and happy life for people. The stable in grain prices of China should thank to the state-owned grain reserve system provides the bottom line.

China's state-owned control of the main body of the economy has restrained the bad results of unaffordable life necessaries from blindly following the West's excessive free marketization allowing capital to plunder at will by abandoning government supervision. The government of China has persisted in making these efforts, so that people can enjoy lower food prices; which also should thank Wang Huning, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, for his efforts.

In the West, it is capitalism in dominating and capital in controlling the country. In China, it is socialism in dominating and the state controlling capital. China takes into account the advantages of both planned economy and free market economy, and has always maintained state-controlled important economies. The state-owned grain reserves established have reduced the harm caused by the greed of the four major grain merchants.

Some people say that China's reform has stalled and that the country has advanced but people have retreated; these people have been bestialized by Western civilization; and desperately try to introduce Western evil into China to harm the life of people.

Many infrastructures are important to the development of economy. However, the investment requirement is too large to recover the investment, such as railway; it is impossible to get return from single investment by market operation; but the state run will get return from the promotion of regional economic development in far exceeding the investment.

In April 27, 2023, U.S.' National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, who proposed new Washington consensus in remarks on Renewing American Economic Leadership at the Brookings Institution to emphasize that neoliberalism destroyed economy of the U.S., so that economic development cannot be unrestrained free anymore, and we must take it in state control; which is state owned economy that China has been in doing and which is that U.S.' politicians have been condemning.

The Berlin Wall is a visible wall of the ideologies; the pushing down of visible wall of the ideologies is easy; but the invisible wall of ideologies can never be removed; because of that is build up in people¡¯s mind and in endlessly renewing.

Actually; as the cornerstone of the universality of Western culture; the liberal democracy has been in acting as tools for low quality people destructing human society by dehumanizing social governance; because of, the thoughtful political design of multiparty opposition is misused as malicious oppositions by multiparty treating each other as enemies for replacing ruling position without care about disables government.

In such childish way; the low quality people corrupt human society to destroy the cornerstone for human survival.

The sadness shows that the lethal poison for human society is nothing else; but it is the ideologies that derived from European looting and killing based culture; the ideologies were coined for enjoying the lives that were not able to be enjoyed under the inhuman life of Dark Ages; so that they sound perfect right and purely humanized; but the social effect is in the opposite by facilitating low quality people mess social governance by sick mentality.

Such as, the ideologies of Communism, or Capitalism and state owned planned economy or private owned market economy have been ideologically played in the manic state as that of psychotic attack. People would never forget the political persecution of the McCarthyism for fighting against Communism in the United States; and the political persecution for fighting against Capitalism when the Stalin reigns in former Soviet Union.

Actually, Socialism has market economy and Capitalism has planned economy. Now, the officials in capitalist countries lift interest rate for curbing inflation; which is planned economy; but; they boast of their pure Capitalism.

All in all, it is derived from the flaw of human intelligence.

The process of social advancement is the process of overcoming social resistance

Jan. 30, 2016, I once wrote article Gov-authorize non-partisan Super Leadership to assist social governance to have indicated that the success of China¡¯s economic reform was derived from the well understanding for human nature and the culture of Ancient civilization; by which overcomes social resistances in social governance. Now I excerpt as below.

For social governance, there are four main social resistances.

First one is that has to deal with people who are with innate selfish nature and are capable in independent thinking and tend to act according to own preferred accord, which will negatively affect social governance.

Second one is that due to the improvement of social governance may cause the panic for potential risks from the uncertain social changes; the most of people would resist the reform.

Third one is that the improvement of social governance would involve in some social reform with the redistribution of social interest, and it would certainly encounter the fierce resistance of interest group.

Fourth one is that the way of thinking and behaving of people is dominated by accustomed old tradition or outdated ideologies. In The end of laissez-faire 1926, the British economist Keynes indicates that: ¡°The compelling force of many of the original reasons has disappeared but, as usual, the vitality of the conclusions outlasts them.¡±

Such behaviors caused by the inborn nature of human beings, in regardless the race, regardless the nationality and regardless the political model - one party dictatorship or multiparty democracy.

The process of China¡¯s economic reform was the process of making efforts to reduce and overcome such social resistance.

Here needs to specially point out that, in 2400 years ago China, the philosophical text Tao Te Ching said that ¡°the governance of a big country is as that of cooking a piece of small sea food¡±, it meant that is a matter of easily broken, and must be very careful.

These ancient teachings were paid attention by the successive governments of China. It was the fundamental of social stability and economic prosperity in more than 2000 years. It was the main reason that China¡¯s economy leading the world before British launching the Opium Wars to interrupt the normal development of China.

As my view, in modern society, the social governance is to pave track by policy making, and society runs accordingly. Therefore, the process of social governance is a process of policy making.

Maybe due to the different in civilization background, the process of policy making is totally different between China and the West:

In China, it was by trial to get experience and the proof that is feasible with less social unrest at first, then to be legislated accordingly.

For instance; for reducing the panic of people on the economic reform; and which produced social resistance; China set Shekou firstly and later according to its experience set Shenzhen city in Guangdong province, as economic zone with independent policy making without financing supporting. The limited area under the name of test has an advantage in less social resistance and more importantly, the social rumors about the practices in the economic zone have played a role as a vaccine as psychological immune for relieving people¡¯s panic when facing uncertain social changes.

And then, summarized convincing successful experiences from the economic zone for national promotion; which was step by step from point to line, and then from line to area, which last many years even if it was in the ready social psychological environment, otherwise, even if in the one party dictatorship also could do nothing. The Shenzhen city was born in this way from a Fishing Village. Now Shenzhen city is powerhouse in driving technical revolution of China.

In West, it was to design and legislation at first with less concern the social unrest-causing, and then to be executed accordingly.

The reason that I call Wang Huning as Socialist Theorist is because that he insisted socialism in both of ideology and economy to avoid the liberalizing tendencies of capitalism in both of ideology and economy, which is the basis for Chinese people are able enjoying a social security, goods price stability and a happier life. Please look at the western democracies, now their people are in suffering the life threats social environment and soaring living expenses in going to opposite with China.

I would like to infer that Wang huning is unique human thinker in good for the survival of humans; while the 99.999% of others are not human thinker, includes those in China, who are in the Chinese blood and genes; but dehumanized by the stuff from west; because they are idiotically debating that how to make democracy more democracy and make freedom more freedom.

Lyons, who is the author of The Upheaval to have explored the shared upheavals of our era, including technological and cultural change, the ideological revolution consuming the West, the rise of China, and the crisis of liberalism.

Oct. 11, 2021, N.S. Lyons published The Triumph and Terror of Wang Huning to introduce about Wang Huning: a member of the CCP¡¯s seven-man Politburo Standing Committee, he is China¡¯s top ideological theorist, quietly credited as being the ¡°ideas man¡± behind each of Xi¡¯s signature political concepts, including the ¡°China Dream,¡± the anti-corruption campaign, the Belt and Road Initiative, a more assertive foreign policy, and even ¡°Xi Jinping Thought.¡±

In article, N.S. Lyons clearly pointed out China¡¯s current and long-term development strategy and direction. I think that it is not only unchanged, but also it will become the long-term development direction for the world; because the liberalism advocated by Western civilization has been in helping low-quality people finishing Western civilization.

Because of, humans need conditions for survival, firstly, the ability for the production of life necessaries, secondly, the livable social environment, thirdly, no wars. The west just ruined needed, but rose unneeded.

Thanks N.S. Lyons, as rare sober American of a westerner, among those people who cognitive abilities distorted by absurd culture, obsessed with, and confused by the absurd world of animalistic Western civilization to have revealed the future fate of human beings, and the feasible way for saving being ruined world, I excerpt as below.

Wang was once an immensely prolific author, publishing nearly 20 books along with numerous essays. And the obvious continuity between the thought in those works and what is happening in China today. Says something fascinating about that how Beijing has come to perceive the world through the eyes of Wang Huning.

1978, Wang took the restored national university entrance exam following the commencement of ¡°reform and opening¡±. He passed so spectacularly that Shanghai¡¯s Fudan University, one of China¡¯s top institutions, admitted him into its prestigious international politics master¡¯s program despite without bachelor¡¯s degree.

The thesis work he completed at Fudan, which would become his first book, traced the development of the Western concept of national sovereignty from antiquity to the present day¡ªincluding from Gilgamesh through Socrates, Aristotle, Augustine, Machiavelli, Hobbes, Rousseau, Montesquieu, Hegel, and Marx¡ªand contrasted it with Chinese conceptions of the idea. The work become the foundation for many of his future theories of the nation-state and international relations.

But Wang was also beginning to pick up the strands of what would become another core thread of his life¡¯s work: the necessary centrality of culture, tradition, and value structures to political stability.

Wang elaborated on these ideas in a 1988 essay, ¡°The Structure of China¡¯s Changing Political Culture,¡± which would become one of his most cited works. In it, he argued that the CCP must urgently consider how society¡¯s ¡°software¡± (culture, values, attitudes) shapes political destiny as much as its ¡°hardware¡± (economics, systems, institutions). While seemingly a straightforward idea, this was notably a daring break from the materialism of orthodox Marxism.

Examining China in the midst of Deng¡¯s rapid opening to the world, Wang perceived a country ¡°in a state of transformation¡± from ¡°an economy of production to an economy of consumption,¡± while evolving ¡°from a spiritually oriented culture to a materially oriented culture,¡± and ¡°from a collectivist culture to an individualistic culture.¡±

Meanwhile, he believed that the modernization of ¡°Socialism with Chinese characteristics¡± was effectively leaving China without any real cultural direction at all. ¡°There are no core values in China¡¯s most recent structure,¡± he warned. This could serve only to dissolve societal and political cohesion.

But at this point, he once remained hopeful that liberalism could play a positive role in China, writing that his recommendations could allow ¡°the components of the modern structure that embody the spirit of modern democracy and humanism [to] find the support they need to take root and grow.¡±

However, that would soon change.

Also in 1988, Wang got chance to spend six months in the United States as a visiting scholar. Profoundly curious about America, Wang took full advantage, wandering about the country like a sort of latter-day Chinese Alexis de Tocqueville, visiting more than 30 cities and nearly 20 universities.

What he found deeply disturbed him, permanently shifting his view of the West and the consequences of its ideas.

Wang recorded his observations in a memoir that would become his most famous work: the 1991 book America Against America. In it, he marvels at homeless encampments in the streets of Washington DC, out-of-control drug crime in poor black neighborhoods in New York and San Francisco, and corporations that seemed to have fused themselves to and taken over responsibilities of government. Eventually, he concludes that America faces an ¡°unstoppable undercurrent of crisis¡± produced by its societal contradictions, including between rich and poor, white and black, democratic and oligarchic power, egalitarianism and class privilege, individual rights and collective responsibilities, cultural traditions and the solvent of liquid modernity.

But while Americans can, he says, perceive that they are faced with ¡°intricate social and cultural problems,¡± they ¡°tend to think of them as scientific and technological problems¡± to be solved separately. This gets them nowhere, he argues, because their problems are in fact all inextricably interlinked and have the same root cause: a radical, nihilistic individualism at the heart of modern American liberalism.

¡°The real cell of society in the United States is the individual,¡± he finds. This is so because the cell most foundational (per Aristotle) to society, ¡°the family, has disintegrated.¡± Meanwhile, in the American system, ¡°everything has a dual nature, and the glamour of high commodification abounds. Human flesh, sex, knowledge, politics, power, and law can all become the target of commodification.¡± This ¡°commodification, in many ways, corrupts society and leads to a number of serious social problems.¡± In the end, ¡°the American economic system has created human loneliness¡± as its foremost product, along with spectacular inequality. As a result, ¡°nihilism has become the American way, which is a fatal shock to cultural development and the American spirit.¡±

Moreover, he says that the ¡°American spirit is facing serious challenges¡± from new ideational competitors. Reflecting on the universities he visited and quoting approvingly from Allan Bloom¡¯s The Closing of the American Mind, he notes a growing tension between Enlightenment liberal rationalism and a ¡°younger generation [that] is ignorant of traditional Western values¡± and actively rejects its cultural inheritance. ¡°If the value system collapses,¡± he wonders, ¡°how can the social system be sustained?¡±

Ultimately, he argues, when faced with critical social issues like drug addiction, America¡¯s atomized, deracinated, and dispirited society has found itself with ¡°an insurmountable problem¡± because it no longer has any coherent conceptual grounds from which to mount any resistance.

Once idealistic about America, at the start of 1989 the young Wang returned to China and, promoted to Dean of Fudan¡¯s International Politics Department, became a leading opponent of liberalization.

He began to argue that China had to resist global liberal influence and become a culturally unified and self-confident nation governed by a strong, centralized party-state. He would develop these ideas into what has become known as China¡¯s ¡°Neo-Authoritarian¡± movement¡ªthough Wang never used the term, identifying himself with China¡¯s ¡°Neo-Conservatives.¡± This reflected his desire to blend Marxist socialism with traditional Chinese Confucian values and Legalist political thought, maximalist Western ideas of state sovereignty and power, and nationalism in order to synthesize a new basis for long-term stability and growth immune to Western liberalism.

American fashion designer Heather Kaye who lived for 16 years in China, where she and her husband raised two daughters; Jan. 18, 2023, she published article China Helped Raise My American Kids, and They Turned Out Fine to have indicated sharp different in the philosophy in the education of kids from which we can learn the sharp different civilization between US and China.

When Covid was raging across the world a couple of years ago, I came across a picture online of an American woman wearing a T-shirt that proclaimed, ¡°I refuse to co-parent with the government¡± ¡ª a response to perceived government overreach regarding school mask mandates. I laughed out loud: My own kids were, in a way, co-parented by the Chinese government.

My work in the fashion industry took my husband and me to Shanghai in 2006, where we spent the next 16 years and started a family. In China, government co-parenting begins in the womb. My growing belly had become community property, subject to unsolicited rubbing and sidewalk commentary (¡°It¡¯s a boy. I can tell!¡±), and that restaurants would refuse to serve me cold beverages. Chinese people ascribe medicinal properties to simple hot water, rooted in hygiene concerns and the belief that it maintains a healthy balance in yin and yang. I dreaded the earful I would get each time I ordered an iced latte ¡ª though it was usually served with a warm smile.

In 2008 and 2010 we delivered two healthy daughters in Shanghai and faced the choice of all expatriate parents in China: between pricey international schools and enrollment in local schools, overseen by the government and with an immersion in Chinese culture and values.

We weighed the pros of the Chinese route (our girls would learn fluent Mandarin and, hopefully, a broadened worldview) and the cons (exposure to Communist Party propaganda and potential social isolation of being foreigners in a group of Chinese students). We took the plunge.

Our stringent government co-parent quickly made its presence felt. The girls¡¯ Chinese kindergarten lectured us on everything, including how many hours our daughters should sleep, what they should eat and their optimal weight. Each morning all of the students performed calisthenics in straight rows and raised China¡¯s red flag while singing the national anthem. Classroom windows were usually kept open to increase air circulation and prevent contamination by airborne illnesses, even during winter, when the kids would attend class wearing their coats.

We sometimes felt as if our children were on loan to us for evenings and weekends, to be delivered back to school each weekday.

Over time, the benefits kicked in. Constantly served up moral, history and culture lessons on pulling together for the sake of the Chinese nation, our girls came home discussing self-discipline, integrity and respect for elders. With school instilling a solid work ethic and a total drive for academic excellence, my husband and I didn¡¯t need to push the girls to complete homework; the shame of letting their teachers and classmates down was enough to light their fires.

The prevailing student-centered American approach to education emphasizes the needs of the children and what engages them and promotes independent thought. China stresses that you can succeed ¡ª as long as you obey your teachers and work hard. To celebrate Chinese culture and offer an alternative to Western influences, government-funded events were always on offer, like traditional musical performances, operas and plays. At times, our girls would repeat propaganda or, concerned about keeping up with their peers, despair that we hadn¡¯t tutored them earlier in math. At the end of the day, our less demanding American family culture helped keep the balance.

Raising kids in China was a plus in other ways ¡ª such as the heavy censorship, which results in a kid-friendly internet, and national limits on how many hours young people can spend playing online video games. Ironically, the tight control of the Communist Party surveillance state results in its own kind of freedom: With crime and personal safety concerns virtually eliminated, our daughters were riding the subway unsupervised in a city of around 26 million people from the age of 11. A constant but benign (and mostly unarmed) police presence kept order; streets and the green spaces around every corner were kept immaculate, and the sense of civic pride was palpable.

The pandemic laid bare cracks in the system. The punishing Covid lockdown of Shanghai that began in late March last year kept us confined at home for two months, dependent at times on government food rations. We had already made the difficult decision to leave China after nearly three years of being unable to see our families, largely because of Chinese pandemic restrictions, and moved to Washington, D.C., last June.

In some ways, the culture shock coming home feels stronger than when we first arrived in China. We¡¯ve returned to a divided America where many feel government has no place in our lives. For the first time, I¡¯m a parent in America of two daughters navigating their middle and high school years. Resilient, open-minded and independent, they are thriving here, but it¡¯s been an adjustment. They had their first live-shooter drill at school recently, and we¡¯ve adjusted our senses to be on alert in a way we never needed to in Shanghai. In these times, I find myself missing my Chinese co-parent.

There is no shortage of condemnation directed at China¡¯s Communist Party by critics in the United States, much of it justified. But my family¡¯s experience in China taught us that immersion in a culture with different answers to everyday questions alters how one sees the world. Practices that used to seem clearly right or wrong took on complexity and dimension.

As an American parent in China, I learned to appreciate the strong sense of shared values and of people connected as a nation. Parenting, like governing, is an imperfect art. Priorities must be set, and tough choices made. There¡¯s never been a more crucial time for us to learn from one another and build new bridges across the street, nation and world. Attention to the common good is a fundamental value I seek in an American government co-parent.

The way of dialectically view of Daoism helps people of China to look at, analyze and solve social problems from multiple perspectives, the factors in positive and negative, and the potential consequences, as detailed as possible. In which way, the solution will be more realistic and less error-making.

As one of the important ancient philosophies of China, the Daoism is the cornerstone of the civilization of China with influencing the social governance and the civilization of East & South Asia, and the population from China globally. 

The dialectical philosophy Daoism cultured people of China with the quality of dialectical thinking; so that the people of China carefully dealing with anything by looking at problems from different angles, at different sides and at different levels, the good consequence and the bad consequence in detailed without omissions or mistake. 

Due to that rational reasoning can be deep into many levels with series of possible consequences as that of judging domino effect; so that lesser reckless; never positively aggression and plundering others besides defense; which was the reason that China built Great Wall to avoid wars, rather than simply fight back to destroy enemy.

This is the reason that China built Great Wall to avoid wars and the big Zheng He fleet 7 times around the world without looting and colonizing; and bringing books to Italy to trigger the Renaissance. This is the root reason that the people of China and the people in neighboring countries are able to enjoy a long peaceful life. 

However, friendly and kindness of China was viewed as weak and deceivable by the people who are with distorted reasoning function, which was the reason that foreigners repeatedly invaded China.

In comparison, the most of Westerners are lack of dialectical reasoning, so that they look at problem from intuitive appearance, rarely touches the deep level, and rarely takes into account of the bad consequences, which was the one of reasons that U.S. has been at war for all but 16 years of its 242-year history.

The humanized practice of China derived from the humanized guidance of rational dialectic philosophy Daoism; due to that it is the philosophy in determining people¡¯s way of thinking and thereby deciding the practice wrong or right. 

The retired U.S. Army Colonel; government official; and an author, consultant, and television commentator, Dr. Douglas Abbott Macgregor who once indicates that, ¡°Chinese are not like us. They think carefully. They consider all the options. For them the use of force is the last resort. But once they decide to use it, they go all the way to the end to be successful.¡±

Sep. 16, 2020, the founder and co-chairman of Bridgewater Associates, Mr. Ray Dalio who published article Changing World Order, Chapter 6: The Big Cycle of China and Its Currency; in which, he pointed out the different quality of people between China and the US: ¡°Chinese leaders study history to learn lessons that help them plan for the future and deal with the cases at hand.  Believe me, the lessons learned from these histories are now guiding Chinese leaders¡¯ decision making.¡±

¡°While the most of Americans focus on particular events, especially those that are now happening, most Chinese, especially their leaders see evolutions over time and put what is happening in the context of them. While Americans fight for what they want in the present, most Chinese strategize how to get what they want in the future. As a result of these different perspectives the Chinese are typically more thoughtful and strategic than Americans, who are more impulsive and tactical.¡±

The West has prided for the richness of thoughts, but, they never reflected their social effect good or bad. The varieties of philosophies and ideologies like a botanical garden, though it is rich in species, but it is mixed with highly toxic weeds, Such as, Hegel¡¯s philosophical thought has been highly respected and played far-reaching influence. But, if you look closely at Hegel¡¯s philosophy; it is mixed with highly toxic weeds, such as, advocates the rationality for the wars; and which contributes greatly to the barbaric play of the West.

If you look at other philosophies and ideologies in the West, the most of them are the actual evil source in advocating the rationality for the wars, in advocating the rationality of fighting against government and in advocating the rationality of putting personal interest on the top of national interest, and more, which are actually in playing the role in messing society ungovernable by distorting people in low quality without sense for reasoning the what is right and what is wrong.

British philosopher Bertrand Russell noted that Hegel ¡°epitomized better than anyone a certain kind of philosophy.¡± It wasn¡¯t, Russell thought, a good kind of philosophy¡ªhe believed that ¡°almost all of Hegel¡¯s doctrines are false¡±¡ªbut it vividly illustrated the mental consequences of looking at the world in the peculiar way that Hegel¡¯s philosophy teaches us to.

The self-contradictory thoughts of Hegel and the thoughts of other Westerners were the typical distorted thinking of the people who inspired by the barbaric events under social environment of endless wars and religious killing of long Dark Ages.

The sorrow of Western Individualistic Civilization lies in there is too much individualistic philosophies and ideologies to feed people with social garbage and make them work as root source of social unrests; and which is the big sorrow of Western Individualistic Civilization developed as garbage civilization in endlessly making disasters.

For modern world, the harm most ideology should be the ideology Lebensraum (living space). It coined by German geographer and ethnographer, Friedrich Ratzel (1844 ¨C 1904).

The living space was a German concept of expansionism and Völkisch nationalism, the philosophy and policies of which were common to German politics from the 1890s to the 1940s. It was a geopolitical goal of Imperial Germany in World War I (1914¨C1918), as the core element of the Septemberprogramm of territorial expansion. The most extreme form of this ideology was supported by the Nazi Party and Nazi Germany as a leading motivation of Nazi Germany to initiate World War II.

The Nazi policy Master Plan for the East was based on its tenets. It stipulated that Germany required a Lebensraum necessary for its survival and that most of the populations of Central and Eastern Europe would have to be removed permanently (either through mass deportation to Siberia, extermination, or enslavement), including Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Czech, and other Slavic nations considered non-Aryan. The Nazi government aimed at repopulating these lands with Germanic colonists in the name of Lebensraum during and following World War II. Entire populations were decimated by starvation, allowing for their own agricultural surplus to feed Germany. The Jewish population was exterminated outright.

The ideology living space contributed World War I to have caused some 8,500,000 soldiers died and as many as 13,000,000 civilians also died. And World War II was the deadliest military conflict in history. An estimated total of 70¨C85 million people perished, or about 3% of the 2.3 billion (est.) people on Earth in 1940.

The communist vision of Karl Max was also derived from the barbaric events in the earlier stage of the British Industrial Revolution, when which people neglected humanity for profit and the labors lived tragic life.

The facts showed that, suppose that there was no distorted social environment, there would be no the thoughts of Hegel and Karl Max.

Thanks the long peaceful life of China and government strictly control ideologies, there is no mess social environment as that of the West, so that China did not produce distorted garbage thoughts.

The way of thinking decides the behaving of people; and which is constrained and reshaped by social environment. A humanized social environment will bred humanized thoughts, and vice versa. In turn, human beings can also positively reshape the world according to own thoughts. 

I cited the comments above is for helping people to understand that it is those people who are in less thoughtful and strategic but more impulsive in undermining democratic played countries; and therefore will understand the rationality of China selecting thoughtful quality people performing social governance. He believed that: the legislation should be unified and the law should be made public and everyone is equal before the law, by which avoids law enforcement being affected and misused by the personal wishes of those people who are in power.

The people of China are able to enjoy a relative longer peaceful prosperous life should attribute to that Guan Zhong designed strictly assess-promotes quality people as officials for social governance and a rational system of law; so that government is able to suppress the abnormal behaviors of low quality people.

Lao Tzu (571-471BC), Li Er, was born in vassal state of Chu, who wrote Tao Te Ching with philosophy Daoism as the cornerstone of the civilization of China.                             

Philosophy guides the way humans think, which in turn affects the consequences of actions. Correct philosophy produces good social effects. Wrong philosophy produces bad social effects.

Philosophy Daoism dialectically views the universe as a system of the unity of opposites, which is composed of many components - subsystem with own feature of unity of opposites. The components are all in the state of dynamic balance through continuous self-regulation. The two sides of unity of opposites are interdependent as the part of each other¡¯s existence. Dao embodies the harmony of the unity of opposites by regulating the natural processes and nourishing the balance.

By Yin and Yang represent the two opposites. The black fish represents the Yin, but its eye is white that means yang, white fish represents Yang, but its eye is black that means Yin. The whole symbol means that Yin doesn't leave Yang, and Yang doesn't leave Yin. They are opposites of each other with contradiction and reunification. Each is understood to be an integral part of the others. If one grows bigger, other one will be smaller.
