There are increasing reports of deaths from 2019 new coronavirus pneumonia; this could have been easily prevented by the treatment of holistic traditional medications. The reason is that the leaders who are in leading the fighting against coronavirus pneumonia are the people who trained by western medicine, especially in the science of genetic and stem cells, which are misleading people to treat living human life as inanimate assembly and this is the reason that we are defeated by the diseases in both of communicable and non-communicable.

In China, the key positions of the research institutions of medicine and the medical regulatory agencies of government have been occupied by the people who trained by western medicine, especially, the players in the games of genetic or stem cell. They are misleading the disease treatment in wrong way. In the treatment of 2003 SARS, the Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) had proved most effective without death and necrosis of the femoral head and other sequelae. But TCM has been delayed in the use for the treatment of pneumonia of 2019 nCoV.

The advantage of TCM is at compound medication with many natural medicinals to be used as combo to focus on the restore of Yin and Yang balance, that has been proved effective for thousands of years, but the players of western medicine have been focus on the investigation of which natural medicinals is effective to kill 2019 nCoV, which is not only wasted valuable time for treating patients but also fell in the way of western medicine with dead side effect in lesser curative effect.

For the treatment of the 2019 nCoV pneumonia, we must turn on holistic way, by vinegar eliminating the mucus from the bronchial airway inside the lungs, which causes the death of patients by blocking the airway inside the lung, and by vitamin C and TCM protect immune cells from self-inflicted oxidative damage when they releasing non-specific toxins to kill pathogens, thereby avoiding the death from multiple organ failure.

The article said that since the spread of New Coronavirus Pneumonia, the medicinals that can cure the virus have become the most concerned issue for everyone. At present, there more than 80 potential treatments for New Coronavirus Pneumonia are or will be undergoing clinical trials in China, and the number of registered trials is increasing every day. Among these drugs and therapies are from both of new chemical drugs and traditional medicinal clinical trials with a history of thousands of years. That is, both western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have all put into clinical trials for fighting against new coronavirus.

WHO officially announced that, to date, no results from randomized double-blind controlled study have been obtained for any of the above-mentioned drug trials. Dr Soumya Swaminathan, Chief Scientist of the World Health Organization (WHO), said that: If the trials in China are designed without strict study parameter standards, such as, up to 600 people per trial, control groups, randomized groups, and evaluation criteria for clinical results, then, those efforts in drug trials and treatment will be futile.

Currently, WHO is working with Chinese scientists to develop standards: no matter what treatment the patient receives, the patient's efficacy, recovery or remission should be evaluated in the same way. The treatments or medicines that have passed the "test" can be regarded as a truly effective treatment.

Above was an excerpt from that article. The article did not provide the link of the original source of WHO, and I carefully Googled and dug on the website of WHO but did not get it too. However, the fact was in line with the western medicine background of the medical experts in the WHO. Their acquired knowledge supported reasoning, judgment have restricted their philosophy, and method in dealing with medical problems in such a dogmatic way.

According to the reports, currently the diagnosis is a bottleneck in the treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia. The method of diagnosis seems to be unreliable, and the waiting for the diagnosis makes the condition of patient worse. We must recognize that even the common cold is contagious and requires treatment. Now, waiting to be diagnosed with unreliable methods and then conducting isolation treatment for such a large number of infected patients is a child's play. It seemingly scientific but practically is ignorance.

There were reports that, in several countries, some people have tested positive again to the coronavirus from tested negative after 14 days isolation. Also, some people with the virus have no symptoms at all, but they are deadly infecting others.

The facts were clear, the current practice in fighting against new coronavirus is ineffective. As practical rational way, it is necessary to make a fuss about the development of new drugs without diagnosis is needed, as long as there are symptoms of elevated temperature or cough, anyone can take it safely, and it must be able to take effect immediately.

The hospitals have overcrowded, and medical staff has been infected by infectious diseases even died and government has to mobilize medical staff across China to help Wuhan city. In such an urgent situation, the medical supervision agency has not realized that helps people to self help at home is the only way out. On February 15, 2020, there were media reports that there was an inflammatory factor storm in the body of patients with new coronary pneumonia. He explained that the inflammatory factor storm is actually an overreaction of the cytokines of body's immune system and caused the damage to the body. The work on the inflammatory factor storm is still ongoing, and I believe that more candidate drugs will enter the treatment sequence.

July 26, 1941, Raymond Young at University of Maryland publishes article Action of Intestinal Microörganisms on Ascorbic Acid indicates that in 1936 a patient of hemorrhagic scurvy did not respond to a diet rich in vitamin C; however, upon intramuscular injection of a solution of the vitamin, the patient recovered rapidly. The case suggests that bacterial destruction of ascorbic acid in the gastro-intestinal tract before absorption can take place.

The cured case in 80 years ago suggested that supplementing vitamin C with food alone is not enough and additional adding is exactly necessary, especially when patient is in illness.

As my view, they are all poisoned by the scientific of Western medicine; they despise and reject folk medicine by the name of unscientific. They believe that only the medications from double-blind clinical trials are scientific, but it is not available besides coined “super bugs”. In contrast Chinese medicinals work well, but WHO warn people that” Drinking tradition herbal teas” can be harmful.

Feb. 22, 2020, a report in Mandarin ICU 29 days in Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital, 5 patients died of 8 patients attended by a female nurses, As of Feb. 22, in past 29 days, in the ICU of 30 beds in Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital has a total of 18 death. On Feb. 17, 2020, Professor Liu Zhiming, a well-known neurosurgeon expert and director of Wuhan Wuchang Hospital, died of infection with new coronavirus pneumonia at his 50. I dare to assert that the treatment of died people did not use either vitamin C or Chinese medicinals.

Now, we have enough reason to assert that WHO and some experts in western medicine are in acting as the Killer-aid of the SARS-CoV-2 by persuading people to give up self-help by effective and handy medications. Because of they are authoritative medical institution and medical expertise, so that they are extremely deceptive. Therefore, for the deaths caused by new coronavirus pneumonia, they have inescapable responsibility.

I sincerely thank the experts of the World Health Organization for their efforts in fighting against the epidemic of 2019-nCoV. However, we must see clearly the dead flaw of the Western medicine, which is misled by the wrong philosophical guidance of Reductionism; it has been poisoning people to addict in so called scientific and successfully driving medical experts using their believed most scientific methods to urge good people to do the most evil things.

The sadness of Western civilization lies in laissez-faire fabricated too many absurd ideologies and to have been used by mentally retarded people to abduct social governance.

The convincing facts suggest that WHO and some medical experts in western medicine are in acting as the Killer-aid of SARS-CoV-2.

Since the completion of the Human Genome Project in 2005, we have spent a lot of money on the promising studies, but we still did not get stable clinical treatments in gene therapy and stem cell therapy. Research in this area can only waste valuable resources; we never can get edible fruits.

I suggest that Chief Scientist of WHO, Dr Soumya Swaminathan should consult some Indian folk doctors and they may provide some folk medical methods to treat new coronavirus pneumonia. Those folk methods may be primitive and unscientific, but are effective, while those people praised as scientific one are ineffective in helplessly viewing virus killing people.

The team of the Deputy Director-General of WHO should add some professionals in folk medicine, such as, TCM and Indian folk medicine.

目前，中国有80多项针对新冠病毒肺炎的潜在治疗方法正在或将要进行临床试验，并且注册试验数目每天都在增长。在这些药物和疗法中，既有新化学药物，也有具有千年历史的传统医学临床试验。但是，目前所有这些药物和疗法的试验都面临一个困局——缺乏统一的框架和标准，相当无序，其中不仅涉及现代医学的证据、伦理问题，还涉及研究资源的效率问题。尽管临床医生们急切渴望为患者提供有效治疗，但科学家们警告说，只有仔细进行的试验，才能确定那哪种措施有效。

所谓统一的框架和标准，就是循证医学的金标准。世界卫生组织（WHO）首席科学家斯瓦米纳坦对此做了解释。如果中国的试验（每个试验多达600人）的设计没有严格的研究参数标准，例如对照组、随机分组和临床结果的评价标准，那么，这些药物试验和治疗的努力将是徒劳的。

眼下，WHO正在与中国科学家一道制定标准。无论病人接受何种治疗，都应以相同的方式评价患者的疗效、恢复或缓解。现在，WHO希望将某种研究框架带入整个过程，并由WHO草拟一项可由世界各地的临床医生同时进行的临床试验方案计划。显然，这就是随机、双盲、对照临床研究，而后者正是循证医学的重要组成部分。

1789年，以皮埃尔·路易为代表的法国巴黎学派提出，在医疗上，要证明因果关系，需要进行对照研究，这是“对照组”概念和循证医学的起源，即把一定数量的病人随机分为三组，包括不治疗（不用药）组、安慰剂组、用药组，同时由于有了较多的病例数，就有了统计学的“大数原则”。如此得出的药物和治疗技术是否有效的结论就比较客观。

2000年，循证医学创始人之一、加拿大的大卫·萨克特教授在《临床流行病学和循证医学》中把循证医学定义为：慎重、准确和明智地应用当前所能获得的最好的研究依据，同时结合医生的个人专业技能和多年临床经验，考虑病人的价值和愿望，将三者完美地结合制定出病人的治疗措施。其中，研究证据主要指的是，来自大样本的随机、双盲、对照临床试验和系统性评价或荟萃分析。

因此，目前在中国申请的80多个抗新冠病毒药物临床试验，全部有待获得大样本的随机、对照临床试验结果。目前的药物试验中，比较广为人知的是，瑞德西韦（Remdesivir）、血浆疗法、磷酸氯喹、阿比朵尔、达芦那韦、奥司他韦，以及双黄连和甘草酸二铵等。

然而，迄今为止上述任何一项药物试验尚没有获得随机、双盲、对照研究结果，下面几项呼声甚高的“神药”，也不例外。让我们一一看看它们的“身世”。

瑞德西韦

瑞德西韦又被称为“人民的希望”，是美国吉利德公司的在研广谱抗病毒药物，原本用于抗御埃博拉病毒，目前仍在非洲进行2~3期临床试验，尚无结果。不过，由于在临床中实行“同情使用原则”，瑞德西韦已经在美国和法国有了个别抗击新冠病毒肺炎案例的有效结果。

1月31日，权威医学期刊《新英格兰医学杂志》在线发表一篇论文，介绍了用瑞德西韦治疗美国一名35岁新冠肺炎男性患者的结果。2月13日，法国波尔多医学院附属医院也宣布用瑞德西韦治愈了一名48岁的华裔男子，经过22天的治疗后，这名新冠肺炎患者出院。

但是，无论是美国还是法国的病例都只是个例，而且无法令人信服地得出结论，患者就是因为使用瑞德西韦而治愈的，因为在治疗中还可能使用了其他药物和技术，更何况病毒病都有自限性。所以，瑞德西韦必须接受临床随机大规模双盲、对照试验。

瑞德西韦已经在中国多所医疗机构进行随机、双盲、大样本试验，最快的是2月5日在中日友好医院启动的2项安慰剂对照的瑞德西韦试验，试验包括了760名患者。试验要到2020年4月27日才有结果。因此，预计瑞德西韦最快也要在5月才能获得中国国家食品药品监督管理局的批准。

血浆疗法

2月13日晚，武汉市金银潭医院院长张定宇表示，康复后的新冠病毒肺炎患者体内有大量的中和抗体来抵抗新冠病毒，呼吁康复期患者捐献血浆，共同拯救还在与病魔作斗争的病人。

严格地讲，血浆疗法应该是血清疗法。血清是血液从体内取出后发生凝血后的上层澄清液体，其中含有抗体，但不再含有纤维蛋白原。血浆疗法是否对新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗有疗效、是否值得采用，同样需要循证医学的证据。

血浆治疗是一种被动免疫治疗方法，而对患者注射疫苗是主动免疫。由于目前还没有研发出针对新型冠状病毒的疫苗，因此血浆治疗这种被动免疫疗法便成为一种应急治疗方式（同情用药），也就是提取已经痊愈的患者的血浆，其中含有抗病毒的抗体，经过特殊处理再输注给其他患者，以治疗疾病。而且，这种疗法在2003年的严重急性呼吸综合征（SARS）时有过应用。

有报道说，一家公司提取和生产的康复者的血浆已经于2月8日首期在武汉江夏区第一人民医院开展了3名危重患者的新冠特免血浆治疗，现在连同后续医院治疗的危重病人一共是11人，治疗效果显著。

然而，这个治疗并非现代医学的随机、双盲、对照研究，缺少对照组的证明，同样难以证明这11人是因为血浆治疗还是其他疗法，抑或是患者自身的免疫功能恢复和加强之后而产生的效果。

血浆疗法同样需要获得大规模随机、双盲、对照研究的结果后，才能获得批准，成为临床常规治疗的一种方式。然而，目前这样的研究还没有提上议事日程，还比不上瑞德西韦。不过，也有消息称，对血浆疗法的临床试验将启动，将纳入300名病人进行对照试验。

当然，没有经过临床试验的药物未必就不能用，但是只能根据“同情用药”的原则，对个别重症或危重病人尝试使用。

磷酸氯喹

磷酸氯喹用于治疗新冠病毒肺炎似乎有后来者居上的迹象。2月17日下午，在应对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情联防联控机制新闻发布会上，科技部生物中心副主任孙燕荣介绍了磷酸氯喹在治疗新冠肺炎上的疗效。

磷酸氯喹是一个已经使用了70年的抗疟药。根据孙燕荣的介绍，北京、广州、湖南几个省市的十几家医院联合开展了关于磷酸氯喹对于新冠肺炎治疗的安全性、有效性的评价。就已有的数据来看，无论从重症化率、退热现象还是肺部影像好转的时间，病毒核酸的转阴时间和转阴率，缩短病程这一系列指标进行系统、综合的研判，磷酸氯喹的用药组都优于对照组。且在药物的安全性方面，在100余例用药患者当中至今没有发现和药物相关的明确严重不良反应。

中国工程院院士钟南山则在2月19日的发布会上表示，磷酸氯喹还够不上特效药，但是它是非常值得探讨的药。已有的比利时、美国的研究表明，磷酸氯喹对冠状病毒是有效的，真正用在人体是这次。磷酸氯喹是老药，短期使用来看，没有太大的副作用。相当一部分患者，能够在15天内使得病毒转为阴性。和其他药物对比，发热症状、病毒消失，副作用不是很大，个别患者会出现腹泻。很个别人会出现耳鸣，停药后就会停止。他透露说，目前正在开展相对比较大的临床观察，要对用药和不用药进行比较。

双黄连等药物

至于前一阵闹得沸沸扬扬的双黄连注射液，其中含有连翘的提取物，也有消息说正在进行临床试验，有400名受试者参与，但是没有安慰剂治疗的对照组。因此，这也算不上是对照研究，即便有结果，也无法获得认可。

其他的药物如阿比朵尔和达芦那韦，只是做过体外细胞试验，发现对新冠病毒有抑制和杀灭作用。但是，从体外细胞试验到临床应用，其间还隔着动物试验、临床1~3期试验的距离，时间少则10年，多则20年，在这个漫长的过程中，会淘汰至少99%的细胞试验有效的药物。因此，阿比朵尔和达芦那韦等药物比起瑞德西韦来，距离医疗部门的批准和临床使用还有着十万八千里的距离。

奥司他韦是治疗流感的药物，其效果是起病24小时内服用可以缩短病程、减轻症状，而且只是对40%的患者有效。不过，从药理作用来看，这个药是针对流感病毒神经络氨酸酶立体结构而起作用的，它对新冠病毒是否有抑制作用，既需要细胞试验，也需要后续的动物和1~3期临床试验来验证。所以，它进入临床使用也与阿比朵尔和达芦那韦等药物一样，需要更多的证明。

另外，甘草酸二铵联用维生素C的临床方案已经在国家药监局备案，目前在武汉大学中南医院开始正式临床试验。同样，这样的治疗方案需要时间来检验。

实际上，世卫组织在其官方网站回答“是否有特殊疗法防治新冠病毒”这一问题时指出：迄今为止，尚无任何特殊疗法被推荐用于预防或治疗新冠病毒。该组织正在对各有关方面进行协调，以努力开发治疗新冠病毒的药物。

同时，世卫组织表示，不推荐采取下列措施对新冠病毒进行防治，因为它们不仅对保护你无效，甚至可能有害：

服用维生素C

吸烟

喝传统草药茶

戴多个口罩

自行服用抗生素等药物
