This article discussed reason why pandemic control must be conducted by group of medical experts from basis of the mechanism of human intelligence, and introduced the medications used in treating COVID-19 in China and globally.

There were reports that patients suddenly died in home and on street. Even if patients cured, the sequelae are terrible. Autopsy shows that lungs of died patients were filled with tiny blood clots, if the large-sized such blood clots fall off into the brain or heart will cause stroke or heart attack.

Currently diagnosis then home-isolation without treatment is in forcing patient into ICU to paralyze medical system. We must help people self-treatment at easy cure-time of just beginning to block the source of epidemic flood by handy diets boosting autoimmune, such as, vinegar, honey and vitamins.

Besides the break of the food supply chain, the virus-contaminated foods will be the channel for virus transmission. Mankind is facing an unprecedented survival crisis; we must control the pandemic as soon as possible, for which, we must fix the problems on the track of pandemic control.

Faced with increasingly death from improper pandemic control, there were more and more people start to criticize their politicians for missing precious time to control the pandemic and resulting in a large number of deaths. As my view, the cause is not only in the personal quality of the politicians, but also, more in the common intellectual flaw of people.

In fact, suppose that those critics take the positions of current politicians, they may not be able to do better also, because they all have inevitable natural shortage in the intelligence as that of we all. Such intellectual flaw covers all people and there is no one able to enjoy the exception. Includes me, the man is in talkative here without sense for self-shaming.

The different results from different countries in pandemic control, such as, China, South Korea and New Zealand, showed the right decision making in epidemic control do can avoid the death of people; which is the reason that caused the anger of the critics in some worse pandemic controlled countries; then, how to realize the perfect decision making.

Now, please look at the mechanism of human intelligence and the flaw in behavior control of people.

People take the IQ scores as an indicator for judging intelligence of a person. The studies show that whether in a same ethnic population or between deferent ethic group, the ratio of IQ level in same population from low to high is distributed in normal curve, which means that there is always people in low-intellectual level, even if the people who were born in the same family may also be difference in IQ scores.

Moreover, the level of the IQ scores cannot guarantee the humanity or inhumanity of person in social behaving, and it cannot guarantee the bad or good of a person contributing to society, even if those scholars that educated by world top elite universities.

Studies show that the terrorists or serial killers were same with normal people in terms of the IQ scores, the brain structure and the executive functioning, besides the poor reasoning on moral cognition; and some of them even have a higher education background, which meant that the dead killers are living among us as normal people in unidentifiable before them making tragedies.

Most recent in Nova Scotia, Canada, there was a tragedy of 23 people were shot with burnt houses and cars, the killer Gabriel Wortman was a denturist in ran two clinics and has been a wealthy man of own several properties. Some people who are familiar with him said that he was a friendly nice man and was well educated in bachelor's degree. No matter from what point of view, his personal qualities and abilities were far exceeding the average level of people.

Until he kills so many innocents, no one would believe that he was so cruel; no one knew that under his trustable nice feature was inhuman beast nature. Many such tragedies of manmade disasters and MRI brain scans were both proved that it is not all people in human feature are in proper human nature.

MRI brain scan shows that the antisocial behavior of criminals were caused by strikingly smaller of the brain’s region that contribute to emotion perception, empathy and recognizing and caused them cannot produce the feeling of guilt, so that they brutally hurt others without hesitate. The brain of the bullies was abnormal in wrongfully perceiving pleasure from intentionally inflicting pain on others.

Unfortunately, human social environment has also created good conditions for these people to perform evil deeds. Because of in daily life, people grouping in social activities will naturally produce crowd psychologies to distort or kidnap the normal behavior of people, and thus made social governance too complicated.

In the book The Crowd: A Study of the Popular Mind 1895, the writer Gustave Le Bon (1842-1931) claims that there are several characteristics of crowd psychology: "impulsiveness, irritability, incapacity to reason, the absence of judgment of the critical spirit, the exaggeration of sentiments, and others...". “The conscious personality has entirely vanished; will and discernment are lost. All feelings and thoughts are bent in the direction determined by the hypnotiser.”

In the book The Era of Mob, Monsieur Serge Moscovici (1925-2014) said that: In short, the era of mob is a handful of people on the illegal use of a huge crowd in order to achieve the purpose of the interests of small groups face sounding era.

British philosopher and Nobel laureate Bertrand Russell (1872–1970) once said that: “One of the painful things about our time is that those who feel certainty are stupid, and those with any imagination and understanding are filled with doubt and indecision.”

The study of Dunning-Kruger Effect show that low ability people are over self-estimated as superior and capable than others, therefore they are more active socially in fighting for good, but, they can only make bad due to they cannot reasoning for bad consequences; and people grouping produced crowd behaviors will help them to act as opinion leaders and in dominating social governance.

Feb. 09, 2014, in article Management is the Art of Playing Human Nature, I indicates that human behaviors are determined by dual natures: The cultural nature of those acquired altruistic qualities, and animal nature of those inborn selfish instincts. The Management is to finish purposeful tasks with the culture nature driven by meeting the animal nature with payment under the enforcement of regulations.

The free campaigned partisan politics without quality control on candidates has forged a ladder for over self-estimated low ability people to take the power of State Apparatus and thereby is just in magnifying the harm of human animal instinct and crowd behaviors. This is the main cause of the world is increasingly towards inhuman way.

Above are the behaviors of people who are with somewhat abnormal in the intelligence. But for the most of normal people also cannot be perfect performed in social activities and daily life with somewhat shortage in intelligence.

A man who was awarded the Nobel Prize, and was socially titled as philosopher, logician, mathematician, historian, writer, essayist, social critic, political activist; so many titles are the best proof for the versatility of the man. For most people, it is difficult to obtain any of these titles. Only such a wider range learned man can be in perfect reasoning function, and thus what he said will be in highest credibility with fewer mistakes. The man was British Bertrand Russell (1872 – 1970).

As well recognized outstanding versatility, Bertrand Russell was not self-proud but said that “None of our beliefs are quite true; all have at least a penumbra of vagueness and error. The methods of increasing the degree of truth in our beliefs are well known; they consist in hearing all sides, trying to ascertain all the relevant facts, controlling our own bias by discussion with people who have the opposite bias, and cultivating a readiness to discard any hypothesis which has proved inadequate.”

What British Bertrand Russell described phenomenon in human intelligence is from normal healthy people. In fact, the intelligence and behavior of people in human society are far more complicated than this.

However, historically the people of China have recognized and have been in properly preventing such harm, so that developed a civilization that is radically different with that of the West. China is in peace and never positively provoke war, but the west is endlessly provoking wars.

Gavin Menzies, the British submarine lieutenant-commander, as career life, once visited many countries and touched by ancient monuments that left by Zheng He Fleet of China. Dec. 29, 2019, I once wrote article The mechanism of human intelligence and the humanization of social governance, in which I indicate that since 2000 years ago, the successive governments of China took Confucianism as only guidance for regulating social morality by strictly control ignorant ideologies, which cultured high quality people of China with ability of proper self-control on social behavior with highest IQ globally.

In China, the computer was also called as electronic brain, which is more realistic for understanding AlfaGo in consideration of the role that it acts.

It is easy understandable also that people who learned more and acquired more will be more perfect in reasoning function with more optimized practice in less mistakes. This point is vital important for the people who are occupying the position of the lawmakers of government or the management of business. Because of for them, a slight mistake may cause big loss.

It is easy understandable also that in any ethnic group and in any country, there are always people with different levels of the intelligence. For the better social governance concern, the key lies in the political system can ensure those who have learned more and acquired more useful knowledge are able to engage in the policy making or ministers in the governance.

Similarly, it is easy understandable why that people in democratic countries cannot understand the technocratic democracy of China and the people in the background of western medicine cannot understand TCM in despising it as unscientific, but addicted in their believed scientific way that cannot treat novel coronavorus.

Such a root intelligent shortage has badly affected the epidemic control in China and globally.

Feb. 23, 2020, I once wrote article Some medical experts are in acting as the Killer aid of SARS-CoV-2, due to that they persuade people not use of empirical medicine or folk medications on the pretext that the empirical ones may be harmful because they are unscientific.

Above findings revealed secret why that the social governance of China has been the best since ancient time, with the Old and New Silk Road to provide life necessaries globally, and now, after basically contained epidemic, China is in resuming social life as normal as before. This derived from the unique civilization – quality citizens and quality government in democracy by group of selected high quality people.

Since 771 to 221 BC, China once suffered 550 years chaos of wars between over 100 vassal states as that of the Dark Ages in the Europe. The chaotic social environment promoted enlightenment and laid the foundation of China’s civilization. The most important enlightenment was the understanding for the vital reality – it is not all people in human feature are in proper human nature, some are in defective reasoning function in taking wrong as right and taking stupid as smart.

Since then, China has been culturing people by Confucianism as only conducting on social morality while suppressing other ignorant ideologies and the social governance has been in technocratic democracy by selecting (imperial examination) group of high quality learned people who know how.

In the book Asian values and the United States: how much conflict? 1994, David Hitchcock introduced a survey on the societal values that demonstrated the contribution of culturing people by Confucianism:

Asian respondents are: (i) orderly society; (ii) societal harmony; (iii) accountability of public officials; (iv) open to new ideas; (v) freedom of expression; (vi) respect for authority.

American respondents are: (i) freedom of expression; (ii) personal freedom; (iii) rights of the individual; (iv) open debate; (v) thinking for oneself; (vi) accountability of public officials.

Different preferred values stemmed from different civilization to have caused people different in social behaving. Asian people cultured by the culture of pursuing social order and harmony of China in tending to collectivism with concerning for protecting the collective interests, while Western people cultured by the culture of looting and killing of the dark Ages in tending to Individualism with protecting the individual interests.

The low mortality rate in Covid-19 in Asian countries is due to the high quality of people in self-discipline and well cooperation with government. But in western countries, there more people are just going on opposite without self-discipline on social order in free practicing according to own preferred accord, so that pandemic can never be controlled.

The rationality of Confucianism and the practice of technocratic democracy of China once attracted missionaries from Europe to China; they wrote it back to Europe, and were appreciated by the European enlightenment thinkers; they asked that why China is so peaceful, but we are constantly killing of each other.

The people of China not only respect learned people of China, but also respect foreigners.

There were reports that since ancient time, there were foreigners working as officials in the government of China. The famous one was from Britain.

In the Qing Chinese government, British diplomat Sir Robert Hart (1835 – 1911) was serving as the second Inspector-General of China's Imperial Maritime Custom Service from 1863 to 1911. Beginning as a student interpreter in the consular service, he arrived in China at the age of 19 and resided there for 54 years. At this period, Sir Robert Hart hired hundreds Britons working as officials of the government of China.

Nowadays, the lawmakers of China are all noted scholars and entrepreneurs.

In this time epidemic control, The top leaders of China authorized a team of medical experts who know how as leader, the officials in all level governments are only work as assistants to perform their plan and later replaced the team leader of medical experts, because that the leader opposed the use of TCM, thereby massively cured patients by the treatment of combination of all available therapies.

Indeed, the reason of the replacement of the team leader of medical experts was not in the problem in the personal quality but in the problem of his acquired knowledge in western medicine (WM). The reference in WM cannot support the reasoning function for understanding the experience based TCM, but deadly addicted in scientific way to insist looking for killing.

This is also same in western countries, this is why that some medical experts reject the use of experience based therapies by the pretext of unscientific and the politicians have been wrongfully convincing people that wearing mask cannot prevent from infection for the concern personally, without reasoning function for that only covering mouth and nose can effectively stop the spread of the virus by confining the virus in the body of the individual for the concern publically.

There articles from great many countries are reflecting on that how their politicians have ignored the rational advices of their medical experts to have missed the opportunity for saving lives by effectively epidemic control.

The increasingly death of people from the virus revealed the fact, for the concern of saving lives, the politicians must turn over the right for conducting epidemic control to the team of medical experts who know how, and the politicians themselves work as assistants to fully support the work of the team as the politicians of China has been in doing.

Also, as my view, existing pharmaceutical regulations and medical regulatory agencies in all countries are no longer able to adapt to quick respond to the epidemic control, so that all medical regulations and medical regulatory agencies should turn to co-work with the team of medical experts according to ongoing epidemic situation, and turn to discuss feasible regulation together.

The outdated medical regulations have been in making disaster. Such as, in this time epidemic control, China’s medical experts brought medicinal preparations of TCM to add Italy, but it was not allowed to use for saving life due to the restriction of the policies. Because of has no effective cure, in Italy, people are in massively killing, but the life-saver did not allow to use, which is typical manmade disaster.

In China, it also happened that private doctors who cured patients by experience based therapies, but were penalized by the Regulatory Authority. The one cured patients by injection of medical disinfectant Phenol in the small dose, and other cured patients by TCM. But the punishments were cancelled after public criticism that any effective treatment should be allowed clinical use during the epidemic period.

The root cause of such manmade disaster derived from improper social governance. As same as the bad role of improper Medical Regulatory, as the executive of the State Apparatus, some politicians are also playing negative role. The smart politician should have understood that any improper comment may negatively affect the national practice in epidemic control and may cause massive deaths of people.

The improper speeches of the politicians based on the kindhearted and enthusiasm or by consulting some medical individuals may cause more death and thus accumulates unforgivable bad records and finally causes unaffordable bad consequences for themselves, and the grief of people who lost beloved ones may be in accumulating the hatred energy towards them.

The epidemic control involves a large number of people in live or death, and any administrative error will make more people lost life. It is inevitable that the politicians or regulatory officials who made error by improper speech or actions will be liquidated after them stepping down from the rolling position soon or later.

Politician should understand that the right for epidemic control is a time-bomb that has tied on their body; their improper speech is the trigger bottom, because of as politician in the rolling position, any of their speech or action in full-hearted for good may play a negative role to badly affect the epidemic control and cause massive death.

The smart politician should turn to fully support the work of the team of the medical experts who know how and to reduce oneself showing up and speaking out as less as possible, this is the best way for reducing mistakes and trouble for their own and the people of their countries.

It is not the virus, but it is the questionable civilization in kidnapping people to be killed.

1.. The methods of China in treating COVID-19

At the start, the treatments are fully in western medicine, such as, antibiotics, hormones, nutritional support, etc., with large amount of death from ICU rescue. Later, the experts in TCM appealed for joining the treatment by the way of TCM integrates western medicine, and were adopted by the enforcement of the central government with a special meeting.

1.1.. The cause of the death

It said that, at the final time of the life, a patient wrote a note: I am willingly donating my body to my country and where my wife is? (Every time revise to here, I am tearful); thus, gradually got bodies for anatomy to investigate the cause of the death.

1.2.. The hardship of Chinese medicine was able to be clinically used

This issue related to the right treatment of COVID-19 patients in Canada, I have to discuss in a little talkative.

In China, the conduction of epidemic control was under the senior medical expert team of renowned medical experts and the officials in all level governments work as assistants to support to carry out the plans of medical expert team.

Mar. 12, 2020, a Mandarin article of The specialist was quietly replaced from the position of team leader of medical experts group introduced the process of the formation of senior medical expert team of the National Health and Medical Commission of China.

On Jan. 19, a respiratory specialist who was appointed as the team leader of the senior medical expert group to responsible for conducting the treatment of COVID-19 patients; because of experts in the team were all in the background of western medicine, so that they resist the participation of the medical experts in TCM for the treatment of Covid-19.

On Jan. 25, the top leasers of China held a meeting and decided the strategy of Chinese medicine integrates Western medicine to treat COVID-19 patients. On the same day, the first national team in Chinese medicine arrived in Wuhan, China.

On Feb. 8, the senior medical expert group was reorganized and some experts in Chinese medicine have been added to the medical expert team; and the respiratory specialist was quietly removed from the position of team leader, but he remained as the member of the medical expert group.

The article indicated that the respiratory specialist who made a directional error in the treatment of patients in COVID-19, due to he still insisted to use that he invented treatment by large amount of antibiotics and hormones, which have been proved to be wrong during the treatment of 2003 SARS.

The article alleges that the respiratory specialist has been resisting against the experts in Chinese medicine and said that he did not expect Chinese medicine to have a strong antiviral effect.

In other report, the respiratory specialist said that if use Chinese medicine, it must be with proved ability in killing virus, prevent the virus from entering cells, and prevent immune cells from self-injuring due to overreaction.

The practice of the respiratory specialist proved that what I said above, the people cannot reason something that has no related knowledge in brain. With the knowledge of western medicine, he has been always thinking about how to kill virus.

TCM is never thinking about how to brutally killing but how to peacefully restoring. This is also the philosophy of China and is the reason that China was no conquest but built Great Wall as defense.

As my view this was the contribution of 5,000 years civilization of China.

Now, Faced with viral challenges, the performance of Western democracies has exposed the inherent flaws of civilization. Medicine is an important part of human civilization. A civilization with inborn defects cannot produce humanized medicine.

2.3.. The cognition of the effectiveness of Tradition Chinese Medicine

The process that proved Chinese medicine effective was from the treatment of 2003 SARS.

Deng Tietao (1916 – 2019) was a professor in TCM and doctoral advisor at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, once named as the Master of National Medicine.

In 2003, the nurse Deng Qiuying who contracted with atypical pneumonia, in 3 days, she was in high fever, low white blood cells and platelets, and a large area of infection on the lung lobes, was in almost dying. Her husband Zou Xu who is the deputy director of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine asked his PHD tutor Deng Tietao for helping.

Deng advised that the use of antibiotics and hormones must be stopped immediately and turn to the treatment by pure Chinese medicine. Zou Xu ordered to treat his wife by pure Chinese medicine under the suspicious of the doctors who were in charge of the treatment, Six days later, Deng Qiuying's fever subsided, and soon recovered without any sequelae.

The success made Deng Tietao was appointed as the team leader of the TCM expert group to treat 2003 SARS patients. At the time, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine received 73 SARS patients and achieved zero death of patients, zero infection of medical staff and cured patients had no sequelae.

The SARS patients who treated by large amount of antibiotics and hormones were not only death but also had sequelae of the necrosis of the femoral head, and fibrosis of the lungs, the cured patients have been in fighting against the sequelae with a poor quality of life in past 17 years; which was that “proved to be wrong during the treatment of 2003 SARS.”

It said that Professor Deng Tietao once several times saved TCM by suggesting to central government .

Firstly, he suggested the establishment of the State Administration of TCM.

Lianhuaqingwen (LH) as traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula has been used to treat influenza and exerted broad-spectrum antiviral effects on a series of influenza viruses and immune regulatory effects [1]. The goal of this study is to demonstrate the antiviral activity of LH against the novel SARS-CoV-2 virus and its potential effect in regulating host immune response.

Methods

The antiviral activity of LH against SARS-CoV-2 was assessed in Vero E6 cells using CPE and plaque reduction assay. The effect of LH on virion morphology was visualized under transmission electron microscope. Pro-inflammatory cytokine expression levels upon SARS-CoV-2 infection in Huh-7 cells were measured by real-time quantitative PCR assays.

Results

LH significantly inhibited SARS-CoV-2 replication in Vero E6 cells and markedly reduced pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6, CCL-2/MCP-1 and CXCL-10/IP-10) production at the mRNA levels. Furthermore, LH treatment resulted in abnormal particle morphology of virion in cells.

Conclusions

LH significantly inhibits the SARS-COV-2 replication, affects virus morphology and exerts anti-inflammatory activity in vitro. These findings indicate that LH protects against the virus attack, making its use a novel strategy for controlling the COVID-19 disease.

My name is Dr. Zev Zelenko and I practice medicine in Monroe, NY. For the last 16 years, I have cared for approximately 75% of the adult population of Kiryas Joel, which is a very close knit community of approximately 35,000 people in which the infection spread rapidly and unchecked prior to the imposition of social distancing.

My out-patient treatment regimen is as follows:

1. Hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days

2. Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days

3. Zinc sulfate 220mg once a day for 5 days

The rationale for my treatment plan is as follows. I combined the data available from China and South Korea with the recent study published from France (sites available on request). We know that hydroxychloroquine helps Zinc enter the cell. We know that Zinc slows viral replication within the cell. Regarding the use of azithromycin, I postulate it prevents secondary bacterial infections. These three drugs are well known and usually well tolerated, hence the risk to the patient is low.

Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen.

Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.

In sum, my urgent recommendation is to initiate treatment in the outpatient setting as soon as possible in accordance with the above. Based on my direct experience, it prevents acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), prevents the need for hospitalization and saves lives.

Results

Six patients were asymptomatic, 22 had upper respiratory tract infection symptoms and eight had lower respiratory tract infection symptoms.

Twenty cases were treated in this study and showed a significant reduction of the viral carriage at D6-post inclusion compared to controls, and much lower average carrying duration than reported of untreated patients in the literature. Azithromycin added to hydroxychloroquine was significantly more efficient for virus elimination.

Conclusion

Despite its small sample size our survey shows that hydroxychloroquine treatment is significantly associated with viral load reduction/disappearance in COVID-19 patients and its effect is reinforced by azithromycin.

BACKGROUND

Remdesivir, a nucleotide analogue prodrug that inhibits viral RNA polymerases, has shown in vitro activity against SARS-CoV-2.

METHODS

We provided remdesivir on a compassionate-use basis to patients hospitalized with Covid-19, the illness caused by infection with SARS-CoV-2. Patients were those with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection who had an oxygen saturation of 94% or less while they were breathing ambient air or who were receiving oxygen support. Patients received a 10-day course of remdesivir, consisting of 200 mg administered intravenously on day 1, followed by 100 mg daily for the remaining 9 days of treatment. This report is based on data from patients who received remdesivir during the period from January 25, 2020, through March 7, 2020, and have clinical data for at least 1 subsequent day.

RESULTS

61 patients who received at least one dose of remdesivir, data from 8 could not be analyzed (including 7 patients with no post-treatment data and 1 with a dosing error). Of the 53 patients whose data were analyzed, 22 were in the United States, 22 in Europe or Canada, and 9 in Japan. At baseline, 30 patients (57%) were receiving mechanical ventilation and 4 (8%) were receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. During a median follow-up of 18 days, 36 patients (68%) had an improvement in oxygen-support class, including 17 of 30 patients (57%) receiving mechanical ventilation who were extubated. A total of 25 patients (47%) were discharged, and 7 patients (13%) died; mortality was 18% (6 of 34) among patients receiving invasive ventilation and 5% (1 of 19) among those not receiving invasive ventilation.

CONCLUSIONS

In this cohort of patients hospitalized for severe Covid-19 who were treated with compassionate-use remdesivir, clinical improvement was observed in 36 of 53 patients (68%). The new study, of 62 patients with an average age of about 45, did have a control group. It was conducted at the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, in Wuhan, China. The patients were carefully chosen to exclude people with medical problems that could be made worse by hydroxychloroquine, like abnormal heart rhythms, certain eye diseases, and liver or kidney problems.

Half the subjects — the controls — received just the usual care given to coronavirus patients, and half had usual care plus hydroxychloroquine. The usual care included oxygen, antiviral drugs, antibiotics and other treatments.

Their disease was considered mild, even though all had pneumonia that showed up on CT scans. After giving informed consent, they were assigned at random to either the hydroxychloroquine or the control group. They were treated for five days, and their fevers and coughing were monitored. They also had chest CT scans the day before the study treatment began, and the day after it ended.

Coughing and fever eased a day or so earlier in the patients who received hydroxychloroquine, and pneumonia improved in 25 of 31, as opposed to 17 of 31 in the controls.

The illness turned severe in four patients — all in the control group.

Two patients had minor side effects from hydroxychloroquine: One had a rash and another had a headache.

Dr. Schaffner cautioned that the results applied only to patients with relatively mild illness, like the ones in the study, and could not be generalized to advanced cases.

“If you want to treat people who are already seriously ill, we don’t know how well this will work,” he said.

If the drug is helping, it is not clear how. There are two possible ways. In laboratory studies, it can stop the virus from invading cells. But hydroxychloroquine can also dial back an overactive immune system, which is why it can treat autoimmune diseases. And a powerful immune reaction to the coronavirus is suspected of playing a role in some of the severest cases of the disease.

Vitamin C affects several components of the human immune system in vitro; for example, vitamin C has been shown to stimulate both the production and function of leukocytes (white blood cells), especially neutrophils, lymphocytes, and phagocytes. Specific measures of functions stimulated by vitamin C include cellular motility, chemotaxis, and phagocytosis.

Neutrophils, mononuclear phagocytes, and lymphocytes accumulate vitamin C to high concentrations, which can protect these cell types from oxidative damage. In response to invading microorganisms, phagocytic leukocytes release non-specific toxins, such as superoxide radicals, hypochlorous acid ("bleach"), and peroxynitrite; these reactive oxygen species kill pathogens and, in the process, can damage the leukocytes themselves. Vitamin C, through its antioxidant functions, has been shown to protect leukocytes from self-inflicted oxidative damage.

Phagocytic leukocytes also produce and release cytokines, including interferons, which have antiviral activity. Vitamin C has been shown to increase interferon production in vitro. Additional studies have reported that vitamin C enhances the chemotactic and microbial killing capacities of neutrophils and stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of B- and T-lymphocytes.

High Dose Vitamin C and Influenza: A Case Report

M.G., a 25-year-old forensic psychologist from Ponce, Puerto Rico, was in his baseline state of excellent health when he began to notice classical flu-like symptoms, including fever, chills, muscle aches and pains, headaches, and nausea. He fought these symptoms as best as he could for a week. However, by the time this period had passed, he only had the energy to stay in bed with constant headaches and body pain. As it was, he went from approximately 170 pounds down to 155 pounds.

A rapid flu swab test was done which turned out positive. We treated him with Intravenous Vitamin C (IVC) therapy which consisted of 1,000 cc of lactated Ringer’s solution containing 50 grams of sodium ascorbate, a pH-neutral form of vitamin C. This was infused over about one and a half hour. This same regimen was repeated for a total of 3 infusions over 3 days. All of the infusions were clinically uneventful and without discernible side effects.

The morning following the first IV, the patient noted that his body strength had improved dramatically. He also noticed that his headaches were gone. The morning after the second IV his appetite was improving and he was eating more as well.

All of the IVC infusions were given at the patient’s home. On day four he felt normal, but Vitamin C was continued to be given orally (2 g tid). The patient was also instructed to start taking a high potency multivitamin and mineral (1qd) in addition to CoQ10 (100mg qd) on a regular basis orally. In addition to Echinacea (500 mg bid for ten days).

3.2.9.. Acupoints injection of Phenol

In China, Doctor Li Yuehua cured many COVID-19 infected by trace amount of Phenol and he dared not wear a mask when treating COVID-19 infected patients.

Dr. Li graduated from Third Military Medical University in 1987, and then he worked as clinic doctor.

In 2004, after many times trial, he found that using a small amount of phenol (5 to 10 / 10,000) as an acupoint injection, with 0.5 ml per acupoint, can treat a variety of diseases, especially for various viral diseases. He guessed this is a broad-spectrum antivirus treatment.

He explained that viruses are mainly divided into the form of DNA and RNA. No matter which virus, they have at least one basic group containing a pyrimidine ring.

The chemical structure of phenol is a benzene ring plus a hydroxyl. The benzene ring is very similar to the pyrimidine structure, therefore, phenol can be used to block virus replication, and a trace amount of phenol can be injected to treat viral diseases.

Phenol is toxic and used as disinfectant in the disinfection of medical equipment with has a great side effect on the body. The internationally prescribed concentration of 5% to 10% phenol solution can be used for clinical purposes, as long as the dose of injection does not exceed 5 ml.

The concentration of phenol injection used by Li Yuehua to treat patients with new crowns pneumonia is 100 times lower than international regulations, so the safety is very high.

3.2.10.. Ivermectin shows activity against COVID-19 in cell cultures

A study has demonstrated that the anti-parasitic drug ivermectin may be effective against SARS-CoV-2, the virus which causes COVID-19.

Researchers have discovered ivermectin, an anti-parasitic drug found world-wide, can kill SARS-CoV-2, the virus causing the COVID-19 pandemic, within 48 hours.

A collaborative study by Monash University’s Biomedicine Discovery Institute (BDI) and the Peter Doherty Institute of Infection and Immunity (Doherty Institute), both Australia, demonstrated that ivermectin can stop SARS-CoV-2 growth in cell cultures by eradicating all genetic information within two days. Their findings were published in Antiviral Research.

“We found that even a single dose could essentially remove all viral RNA by 48 hours and that even at 24 hours there was a really significant reduction in it,” said BDI’s Dr Kylie Wagstaff, who led the study.

Ivermectin is a US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved anti-parasitic drug that has previously shown activity in vitro against a broad range of viruses, including human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), Dengue fever, influenza and Zika virus. Dr Wagstaff stated: “Ivermectin is very widely used and seen as a safe drug. We need to figure out now whether the dosage you can use it at in humans will be effective – that’s the next step.”

According to Dr Wagstaff, the mechanism of action by which ivermectin targets SARS-CoV-2 is unknown; however, it is thought to be similar to how it works on other viruses – preventing the virus dampening down the host cells’ ability to clear it.

Dr Wagstaff worked with Professor David Jans, also an author on the paper, to conduct the research. Professor Jans and his team have been researching ivermectin’s antiviral properties for more than 10 years with different viruses. The pair said they began their work on SARS-CoV-2 as soon as the pandemic was reported to have started.

Dr Wagstaff concluded by cautioning that the use of ivermectin to combat the COVID-19 pandemic will depend on further pre-clinical and clinical testing which will require funding.

Oxymel, a popular ancient medicine composed of honey and vinegar, was prescribed for persistent coughs by Hippocrates and his contemporaries, and by physicians up to modern day. The formulation of oxymel was detailed in the British Pharmacopoeia (1898) and the German Pharmacopoeia (1872), and, according to the French Codex (1898), the medicine was prepared by mixing virgin honey, 4 parts, with white wine vinegar, 1 part, concentrating and clarifying with paper pulp.

3.2.11.2.. Apple cider vinegar (ACV) impaired cell integrity, organelles and protein expression

For C. albicans, a 1/2 ACV had the strongest effect, S. aureus, a 1/25 dilution ACV was required, whereas for E-coli cultures, a 1/50 ACV dilution was required (p < 0.05). Monocyte co-culture with microbes alongside ACV resulted in dose dependent downregulation of inflammatory cytokines (TNFα, IL-6).

Results are expressed as percentage decreases in cytokine secretion comparing ACV treated with non-ACV treated monocytes cultured with E-coli (TNFα, 99.2%; IL-6, 98%), S. aureus (TNFα, 90%; IL-6, 83%) and C. albicans (TNFα, 83.3%; IL-6, 90.1%) respectively.

Proteomic analyses of microbes demonstrated that ACV impaired cell integrity, organelles and protein expression. ACV treatment resulted in an absence in expression of DNA starvation protein, citrate synthase, isocitrate and malate dehydrogenases in E-coli; chaperone protein DNak and ftsz in S. aureus and pyruvate kinase, 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase, fructose bisphosphate were among the enzymes absent in C.albican cultures. The results demonstrate ACV has multiple antimicrobial potential with clinical therapeutic implications.

Severe infections, autoimmunity or transplantation can inevitably lead to ineffective immunity in patients. An analysis of macrophages from Crohn’s disease patients revealed that they had defective responses to E-coli due to Crohn’s related systemic immunosuppression.

A recent report showed that co-administration of ACV with L-casei boosted systemic and mucosal immune responses, antioxidant enzyme and growth genes in fish. Equally, perhaps additive dietary supplementation with ACV could be of benefit in acute infections, autoimmune induced immune dysregulation or antibiotic redundancy in humans.

ACV has multiple antimicrobial properties on different microbial species, affecting microbe growth, suppressing mononuclear cytokine and phagocytic responses. The tandem mass spectroscopy results are in cohesion with these observations.

The microbes underwent significant impairment following ACV addition which damaged cell integrity, structural and metabolic proteins as well as nuclear material.

Indeed the enzymes citrate synthase, isocitrate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase, aminomethyltransferase and formate acetyltransferasesuccinyl-CoA ligase are crucial for E-coli growth, gene regulation and central, intracellular carbon metabolism.

An absence of these enzymes would affect glycolytic, tricarboxylic acid cycle, pentose phosphate, glycoxlate shunt and oxidative phosphorylation pathways in E. coli. Furthermore, the absence of DNA binding protein from starved cells, is significant as it protects E-coli and functions to control gene regulation during cell starvation. With respect to other proteins, we observed the presence of ribosomal proteins (L1, L6 and 30 s ribosomal proteins (S1, S4, S6, S7, S8, S11) in ACV treated E. coli compared to control E. coli.

These are mostly RNA binding proteins hence their presence could have been due to partial disintegration of 50 s and 30 s ribosomal breakdown whereas these subunits might remain intact in untreated E. coli cultures. The absence of ribosome associated inhibitor A could interrupt E. coli growth cycles as it serves to minimise translational errors. Collectively these results support the cytotoxic effects of ACV we observed on E-coli. ACV treated S. aureus cultures did not express the chaperone protein Dnak and the cell division protein ftsz. This is significant as previous studies have shown that a non-functional DnaK system can cause a reduced tolerance to heat, oxidative, antibiotic stresses and lowered carotenoid production.

There was also an absence of gateway enzymes involved in multiple pathways such as ornithine aminotransferase. 6 phosphogluconate dehydrogenase decarboxylating was expressed which is not surprising as it plays a critical role in protecting cells from oxidative stress. The effect of ACV on C.albican protein moieties was less dramatic, nevertheless we did detect the absence of key enzymes which are fundamental in maintaining cell integrity and biosynthetic pathways.

There could be a strong possibility that ACV acts like other anti-pathogenic compounds in diverting monocyte responses through toll receptor signalling pathways. There is evidence that E-coli in particular can induce a typical M1 monocyte profile through mechanisms involving NF-kB activation. This results in upregulation of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and PI3 kinase stimulation.

The in vitro M1 monocyte phenotype is also prominent in severe sepsis. This was shown in a study using baboons where a substantial mortality rate correlated with high serum levels of TNFα and IL-6 following induced sepsis infection. Unchecked high levels of circulating M1 cytokines can rapidly lead to cardiac arrest and death hence any factor capable of lowering pro-inflammatory cytokine concentrations is essential in therapy. It has been reported that ACV consists of acetic acid, flavonoids such as gallic acid, tyrosol catechin, epicatechin, benzoic acid, vaninilin, caftaric acid, coutaric acid, caffeic acid, acid and ferrulic acid These constituents have been reported to affect immune defence and oxidative responses.

Furthermore, the mechanism of ACV activity could be attributed in part to the apple polyphenol content. Yang et al. (2010) reported on the cellular protective effects of apple polyphenols on induced liver damage whereby histopathological tissue destruction was limited and liver activity maintained in mice that received the polyphenols. The mechanisms involved were free radical scavenger action, lipid peroxidation modulation and the antioxidant upregulation capacity of ACV.

Interestingly, a study by Denis et al. demonstrated the anti-inflammatory potential of apple phenols on gastrointestinal cell inflammation which involved downregulation of TNF and IL-6 cytokines. Another means of action could involve the acetic acid component of ACV which is able to reduce the cell hydrogen potential hence could potentially facilitate diffusion across the plasma membrane of microbes.

Furthermore, there is evidence that organic acids can alter immune responses by binding to GPR3, a G protein coupled receptor which is mostly expressed on inflammatory leukocytes. Also, an investigation reported on upregulated blood and plasma antioxidant enzyme release after apple consumption which would encourage immune protection16.

The positive benefits of dietary ACV supplementation have been highlighted in vivo. ACV decreased the serum lipid profile in mice fed a high cholesterol diet over 28 days. Intragastric ACV addition induced a protective effect against erythrocyte, kidney and liver oxidative injury as well as lowering cholesterol levels. ACV also decreased blood triglyceride and very low density lipoprotein levels in rats which had induced cholesterol induced hepatic steatosis. In an infection induced model of denture stomatitis, ACV addition resulted in anti-fungal activity against Candida Spp which was comparable to nystatin in terms of reducing microbial adherence and destruction.

We conclude that ACV can have multiple antimicrobial effects directly on E-coli, S. aureus and C. albicans. ACV addition can also decrease induced inflammatory cytokine release during mononuclear leukocyte infection and increases monocyte phagocytic capacity. Mechanisms include alteration of the microbial protein physiology destroying structural pathogenic proteins and metabolic enzymes. Collectively our results highlight the potent antimicrobial and therefore beneficial actions of ACV. This preliminary study encourages further work on dietary ACV supplementation investigating its antimicrobial role and the constituents which could be responsible for this activity.

Studies show that vinegar fumigation has a good killing effect on influenza viruses with bactericidal effect on five types of bacteria such as Streptococcus A, catarrhalis, Pneumococcus, Staphylococcus albicans and Bacillus influenzae.

Close the doors and windows, takes appropriate amount of vinegar (2 to 10 ml per cubic meter of space), dilute with 1 to 2 times the water, heat to fumigate, 1 hour each time, once a day or every other day for 3 to 6 consecutive days.

In the season of spring and winter, there 13 infantry companies were infected influenza in the army, and 12 companies had the epidemic controlled on the second day after vinegar fumigation; while the another company had not applied it, the result was 60% of the people infected after 2 days. After vinegar fumigation the epidemic was quickly controlled on the third day.

During the epidemic of cerebrospinal meningitis, there 84 carriers were treated by vinegar-fumigating twice a day for 10 consecutive days, and all carriers were returned to negative.

3.11.4.. Vinegar raised total erythrocyte counts and total leukocyte counts

Groups of female ICR (CD-1) mice were treated with daily oral doses of 0.17, 0.51 and 1.02 ml of the vinegar/kg body weight for 4 weeks.

Cider vinegar induced a significant reduction in weight gain in animals treated with 0.51 ml/kg while others showed no significant differences in weight gain.

The mean dry matter intake increased in animals treated with the smallest dose and significantly decreased in others.

Hemoglobin (Hb), total erythrocyte counts (TEC) and total leukocyte counts (TLC) were raised in all treated groups.

The activity of liver aspartate amino transferase (AST) decreased in the group treated with the smallest dose while no significant variations were recorded in the other groups.

No significant differences were recorded neither in the activity of hepatic alanin amino transferase (ALT) nor in hepatic acid phosphatase (ACP).

Liver alkaline phosphatase (ALP) noticeably elevated only in animals treated with 0.51 ml of vinegar/kg body weight per day.

Treated groups also showed statistically significant increases in both mean liver and spleen weight. Kidney weight did not show significant differences.

High doses of cider vinegar induced histopathological alterations in liver, stomach and duodenum. Vacuolated hepatocytes, erosion of gastric mucosa, dilatation in gastric glands and duodenum villus blunting are the common observed lesions noticed in organs of high dose-treated animals.

3.3.. About the use of Chloroquine and Hydroxychloroquine in curing COVID19

In section 3.2.3.. Hydroxychloroquine, I introduced about clinical use of hydroxychloroquine, in Shanghai hospital it is called as magic curative and used for all patients; and also there were cured cases in home self-treatment by hydroxychloroquine.

3.3.1.. China’s hospitals combine-use many medications in treating COVID19 at same time

There report that in China’s hospital, at the same time, there many medication combine-used in the treatment. Below was a report.

It is that massive combination of the medication reduced the side effects and promoted the curative effect of Chloroquine and Hydroxychloroquine.

More importantly, the doctors of China are carefully observing the condition of patients after gave medication and timely gave new medication to treat new symptoms, which is why that Chloroquine and Hydroxychloroquine caused heavy side effect and even killed people in some countries and thus stopped the use; but in China, the Hydroxychloroquine clinically proved and being called as magic cure to be used for all patients in Shanghai hospital.

3.3.2.. Hydroxychloroquine is effective in inhibiting SARS-CoV-2 in vitro

18 March 2020, Cell Discovery volume 6 published article Hydroxychloroquine, a less toxic derivative of chloroquine, is effective in inhibiting SARS-CoV-2 infection in vitro.

“Clinical investigation found that high concentration of cytokines were detected in the plasma of critically ill patients infected with SARS-CoV-2, suggesting that cytokine storm was associated with disease severity. Other than its direct antiviral activity, HCQ (Hydroxychloroquine) is a safe and successful anti-inflammatory agent that has been used extensively in autoimmune diseases and can significantly decrease the production of cytokines and, in particular, pro-inflammatory factors.”

“Therefore, in COVID-19 patients, HCQ may also contribute to attenuating the inflammatory response. In conclusion, our results show that HCQ can efficiently inhibit SARS-CoV-2 infection in vitro. In combination with its anti-inflammatory function, we predict that the drug has a good potential to combat the disease. This possibility awaits confirmation by clinical trials. We need to point out, although HCQ is less toxic than CQ, prolonged and overdose usage can still cause poisoning. And the relatively low SI of HCQ requires careful designing and conducting of clinical trials to achieve efficient and safe control of the SARS-CoV-2 infection.”

In faced with no effective treatment available, the use of effective drugs must be boldly trial, rather than simply sentence as death penalty or endless arguments.

In compared with the practice of the doctors of China, the practice of Sweden and France is too simple to explore feasible cure.

3.3.3.. The clinical trial of China shows that hydroxychloroquine in 400 mg/d is good

Main methods: From February 4 to February 28, 2020, 62 patients suffering from COVID-19 were diagnosed and admitted to Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University. All participants were randomized in a parallel-group trial, 31 patients were assigned to receive an additional 5-day HCQ (400 mg/d) treatment, Time to clinical recovery (TTCR), clinical characteristics, and radiological results were assessed at baseline and 5 days after treatment to evaluate the effect of HCQ.

Key findings: For the 62 COVID-19 patients, 46.8% (29 of 62) were male and 53.2% (33 of 62) were female, the mean age was 44.7 (15.3) years. No difference in the age and sex distribution between the control group and the HCQ group. But for TTCR, the body temperature recovery time and the cough remission time were significantly shortened in the HCQ treatment group. Besides, a larger proportion of patients with improved pneumonia in the HCQ treatment group (80.6%, 25 of 31) compared with the control group (54.8%, 17 of 31). Notably, all 4 patients progressed to severe illness that occurred in the control group. However, there were 2 patients with mild adverse reactions in the HCQ treatment group.

Significance: Among patients with COVID-19, the use of HCQ could significantly shorten TTCR and promote the absorption of pneumonia.

3.3.4.. Swedish Hospitals Stopped Using Chloroquine after reports of severe side effects

April 6, 2020, there was a report that Some Swedish Hospitals Have Stopped Using Chloroquine to treat COVID19 after reports of severe side effects: “Several hospitals in Sweden have reportedly stopped administering chloroquine to coronavirus patients following reports the drug was causing adverse side effects.”

A 40-year-old Stockholm resident was diagnosed with COVID-19 on March 23 and was prescribed two tablets of chloroquine to take daily. But instead of making him feel better, the medication produced unpleasant side effects. As well as cramps and vision loss, Sydenhag experienced a headache that felt like that stepped into "a high voltage plant."

Magnus Gisslén, a professor and chief physician at Sahlgrenska University Hospital infection clinic, said that "There were reports of suspected more serious side effects than we first thought," he told the Gothenburg Post on April 1, 2020. "We cannot rule out serious side effects, especially from the heart, and it is a hard-dosed drug. In addition, we have no strong evidence that chloroquine has an effect on COVID-19."

This is despite the fact that the drugs have achieved mixed results in scientific studies. One study suggested it provides no additional benefit to patients who are already receiving care and being treated with antiviral drugs.

Another from researchers in France that has been widely cited by those in favor of using the chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine found the drugs dramatically lower viral load in COVID-19 patients. However, it has been criticized for its poor design, The Financial Times reports.

A paper published last week went even further, disputing its claims and finding no evidence of antiviral clearence or clinical benefit of using hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin to treat COVID-19.

Government monitoring authorities in France have seen a jump in reports of serious side effects from hydroxychloroquine used to treat patients with Covid-19. Since March 27, the center in charge of tracking hydroxychloroquine has received notifications about 54 Covid-19 patients who developed serious heart problems while taking the drug. Four died.

3.3.6.. Brazilian hospital killed patients by higher dose of chloroquine in 600 milligrams

The Brazilian study involved 81 hospitalized patients in the city of Manaus and was sponsored by the Brazilian state of Amazonasm, was halted early for safety reasons after coronavirus patients taking a higher dose of chloroquine developed irregular heart rates that increased their risk of a potentially fatal heart arrhythmia.

Roughly half the study participants were given a dose of 450 milligrams of chloroquine twice daily for five days, while the rest were prescribed a higher dose of 600 milligrams for 10 days.

Within three days, researchers started noticing heart arrhythmias in patients taking the higher dose. By the sixth day of treatment, 11 patients had died, leading to an immediate end to the high-dose segment of the trial.

The researchers said the study did not have enough patients in the lower-dose portion of the trial to conclude if chloroquine was effective in patients with severe disease. More studies evaluating the drug earlier in the course of the disease are “urgently needed,” the researchers said.

Despite its limitations, infectious disease doctors and drug safety experts said the study provided further evidence that chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine, which are both used to treat malaria, can pose significant harm to some patients, specifically the risk of a fatal heart arrhythmia. Patients in the trial were also given the antibiotic azithromycin, which carries the same heart risk. Hospitals in the United States are also using azithromycin to treat coronavirus patients, often in combination with hydroxychloroquine.

Several clinical trials for chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine are testing low doses for shorter periods of time in coronavirus patients. But the Health Commission of Guangdong Province in China had initially recommended those sick with the virus be treated with 500 milligrams of chloroquine twice daily for 10 days.

One of the authors of the Brazilian study, Dr. Marcus Lacerda, said in an email on Sunday that his study found that “the high dosage that the Chinese were using is very toxic and kills more patients.”

“That is the reason this arm of the study was halted early,” he said, adding that the manuscript was being reviewed by the journal Lancet Global Health.

“To me, this study conveys one useful piece of information, which is that chloroquine causes a dose-dependent increase in an abnormality in the ECG that could predispose people to sudden cardiac death,” said Dr. David Juurlink, an internist and the head of the division of clinical pharmacology at the University of Toronto, referring to an electrocardiogram, which reads the heart’s electrical activity.

Dr. Bushra Mina, the section chief of pulmonary medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, said the study would most likely not change his hospital’s practice of giving a five-day course of hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin to hospitalized patients who were not severely ill. Dr. Mina said patients are monitored daily for heart abnormalities and the drugs are stopped if any are found.

Dr. Ryan Padgett from the EvergreenHealth Medical Center in Seattle is one of those exceptions to the rule when it comes to COVID-19 severity.

On March 12th, he became a patient in his hospital and was soon put on a ventilator after experiencing difficulty breathing. His lungs and kidneys started failing five days after that, and his heart was set to follow. Padgett’s colleagues gave him a day or so to live. That’s when they decided to test an experimental treatment that had also been tested in China on the sickest COVID-19 patients.

Padgett was likely experiencing a cytokine storm, a phenomenon that doctors treating COVID-19 patients are still trying to understand. Basically, the immune system’s response is so strong that it turns the body against itself, doing more harm than good in the latter stages of the disease.

That’s when the doctors tried a drug called Actemra, which was designed for rheumatoid arthritis, but was approved in 2017 to treat the same cytokine storm phenomenon that can appear in cancer patients.

After four days on the drug and other therapies, the levels of blood oxygen improved, and on March 23rd, Padgett was taken off life support. After four more days, they removed his breathing tube, and he came out of his sedated coma. Padgett was discharged on April 5th.

The same team was able to treat a 33-year-old woman who was dealing with her own cytokine storm by using the same combination of drugs.

Other anti-inflammatory drugs, such as Roche Holding’s Actemra, have shown signs of working on coronavirus patients who suffer from respiratory problems.

The book name in photo 2 was The Trace Chemical Elements and Chinese Medicine; the size of paper was in B5 with 483 pages, only issued 6,000 copies in 1993. It was the collections of the results of modern studies on the Trace Chemical Elements in natural Chinese Medicinals.

When studying TCM, I have inevitably involved some studies in western medicine with comparison of two medical systems in philosophy, definition, diagnosis, medications and treatments, which inspired me to write some articles.

Above is the origin of my confidence that encourages me dared to talk about the treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus pneumonia with a background of metal materials.

Why I wrote this article

I write this article is not from the fear of death, but from the fear of psychological harm caused by kinship death to family members globally. I live in Canada and my parents were in China. In their later years, my father spoke clearly, but heard unclear, and my mother heard well, but, spoke unclear, and every time made phone call was psychological torment to me.

Later, my father died of liver cancer, my mother died suddenly of a large myocardial infarction.

I left home at my 17; working and studying outside, each year only have a few days in Chinese New Year to reunite with my parents. After my parents died, I thought about things that I should have done but without the opportunity to be done for my parents, which caused me sustained in the state of self-blame and formed habitual tears.

Sep. 11, 2014, in article The death of a Canadian business owner, I indicate that, “people will experience many things in the lifetime, many of them would be forgotten, but some of them can never be forgotten, and often, they are haunting in the mind, some of them are happy, but the most of them are sad. Maybe, this is the part of life.”

Now, under the dead virus, many people in many countries are in suffering what I have suffered in the past.

My parents died mainly because they were older, and now, some of the deceased under virus are younger. All of this could have been avoided, as long as active prevention for avoiding the infection. Such as, in Iran, the Chinese factories there no employee was infected due to the active prevention by the methods of domestic China, regularly environmental disinfection, and everyone wears mask.
