Note: On Dec. 21 2025, I found that Zhao Liying, the Consulate General in Calgary, who published article: Enhancing Alignment of Development Strategies for a New Chapter of China–Canada Cooperation in Dec. 12, 2025. 

According to my experience, the suggestion of Zhao Liying will be useless.

In this concern, I readable revised email to PM Mark Carney for proving that the European inhumanly looting-killing created barbaric western individualistic civilization with its individualistic social elements have ruined the life of their own countrymen and the people throughout worldwide.

Due to that the multiple parties maliciously opposed democratic politics is a political system that designed for dysfunction of government, in such a system, there no one is able to do humanized business. On the contrary, the evil prevails.

Now, we must integrate Confucian collectivistic civilization of China to humanize the  joky democratic politics and western medicine of western civilization.

The 24^th PM of Canada Dr. Mark Carney is a rare rational politician, I sent many suggestions to him for improving the life of Canadians and making a model as inspiration for the world people to rescue the west ruined world.

This topic aimed to resolve issues as below:

1...Western civilization & its social system of democracy & values returned tomb

As my view, the natural environment and manmade conditions in which humans live determine the model of the social governance and the quality of human existence; which determined the civiliztion of China is humane, the west is opposite. 

The origin of the Collectivistic Civilization of China

Since ancient time, China united dozens of ethnic groups centralized govern. During Zhou dynasty 1046 BC, the accumulation of the Chinese characters reached about 3000 to have realized written expression and writing on bamboo slips easily carry and spread. The development of the civilization of China entered its golden age, the peaceful life promoted the intelligence engine of thinking and pursuing of people towards how to govern a better society, then developing Music; Rites culture people behaving as humans, and enjoy a prosperous life.

In order to suppress the remote rebellions, Zhou Royal sent Royal members to establish vassal states of independent economies. But the generations of Zhou Royal and vassal states mindlessly repeated gave certain land as fiefs to own sons as vassal states of the independent economy war machines. Thus eventually the imperial power lost control on about 100 vassal states; human animal instinct began to play as that of Europeans; in 771BC fell into 550 years of wars between the royal family's grandpas, grandsons, uncles and nephews.

The tragedies illustrated that the animalistic selfish instinct of the people of China is no different from that of Europeans; once society lossing control given the opportunity, they too will plunder and kill. The people of China are able to enjoy a relatively long peaceful life should thank the clever social governance.

Life threats amidst wars prompted people to reflect on how to govern the country peacefully and prosperously, leading to a great explosion of diverse thoughts and made a golden age of cultural development. It was just in this period developed Confucianism, Daoism, Legalism, and Traditional Chinese Medicine and have laid out the most basic cultural foundation for the civilization of China.

In 221BC, China reunited and dumped the enfeoffment to stop plating independent economies war machines; and starts to govern in province and county by selecting quality people as officials; and recognized that ideologies can be evil used to spread rumors to confuse people, thereby provoking unrests and wars, and brainwash people into warmongers by dehumanizing human quality. 

Later in Han Dynasty 134BC outlawed schools of thoughts to respect Confucian as only moral guidance. Under Gov-enforcement, people had to speak and act by Confucian conducted to have cultured people in collective self-discipline, do not do to others what you do not want done to self, in collectivistic values with peace seeks genes, in regarding that pursues peace and builds a peaceful prosperous society as matter of course; by which developed a peaceful prosperous life.

Here I must indicate that if Emperor Wu of Han did not heed Dong Zhongshu's advice; had not forced Confucian to be socialized, it would have been like the good thoughts in the west only for people used to chew, bloat, burp, and fart without actual effect. All the poisonous philosophies and ideologies that are harmful to social governance in the world today were all fabricated by evil Westerners.

Thus China developed leading philosophy, morality and legalism to have settled down the complex relationship between the major social existences. (No one mentioned yet; but I believed the social effects as so); which was that by dialectic philosophy Daoism settled down the relationship between man and nature; by moral guidance Confucianism settled down the relationship between man and man; by legal system Legalism settled down the relationship between man and society; and by Buddhism comforted the relationship between man and mind.

The prosperous life of China attracts the people in neighbor countries shared the same values and enjoy a prosperous life also; thereby formed Eastern Confucian collectivistic civilization circles to be called as Confucian Asia with Asia Values; which made collectivistic social elements are suitable for human survival.

Review from past to this day, we may conclude that China is good at integrating culture and economy; and promote different ethnic groups, religions, and countries to peacefully coexist, and today China has been still by the humanized tradition doing the same thing; by updating old Silk Road as Belt Road to integrate billions of marginalized people into the world economy from making $2 a day of lived degradation to 10 or 15 a day which is the beginning of the life of dignity.

The origin of the Individualistic Civilization of West

Since ancient time, only genarally says, due to the water-divided environment, Europeans were ant nests populated in too many tribes or religions of independent economy war machines to aviod wars, the life threat conditions forced the intelligence engine of thinking and pursuing of people towards how to gang more people to defeat others for survival, then fabricate feud Gods brainwash people to swear to be mortal enemies, to tear apart humanity and culture; thereby ganging up hatred groups to loot, kill others to have fragmented world in the wars.

The warlike life threat conditions made people in individualistic values and war seeks genes; and by low quality people competing to govern; (the modern democracy has been doing the same thing), in regarding that loots kills others for self survival as a matter of course; and destroy others for being No.1 as a matter of course, by which developed Western individualistic civilization with individualistic social elements harm to social animal humans survival.

Review from past to this day, we may conclude that the west is good at hatred tearing apart humanity, culture and society; made culture and economy in the fragmented state, and made the world in a state of chaotic hostility, hatred killing between the ethnic groups, religions or cultural circles, and countries. until this day the west is still by such an evil hobby makes world unlivable.

Why did China not produce harmful native religions? 

Historical lessons have proven that fabricating Gods to brainwash people and creating religious culture is an original sin that endangers human survival.

Oct. 2, 2014, I once wrote article Why did China not produce harmful native religions, the harmful religions refer to that use of certain doctrines to brainwash the believers and make them foolish without ability for proper judgment, even kill others by suicide attack.

In China, besides some native religions in the nature of philosophy and doctrine in healthy living, such as, Daoism, those harmful religions are all invaded foreign one.

Why? In China, the harmful religions were killed by the wise officials in the stage of their budding.

There was a true case in 2400 years ago China, in Ye County, took the chance of frequently floods, the local officials with witch conspiracy levy money by the name of presenting a girl as wife to please river God to avoid river flooding, and thus drowning innocent girl every year, and defrauds wealth of people into own pockets by the name of wedding. 

A wise magistrate Ximen Bao who completely eliminated the evil misdeed by thrown the witch and her accomplices into the river by the name of sending a message to the river God, he will chose a more beautiful girl as wife later.

In order to eliminate the disaster of flooding, Xi Menbao suggested excavating canals, but, people refused to do such a hard job, then, by the power of Government, Xi Menbao forced them to dig twelve canals to bring water from the river to irrigate the farming land as a water irrigation system that serves to this day.

At that time, Ximen Bao made a famous comment: the ordinary people can only willingly share enjoying the success but cannot share the hardship for achieving the success. Gov-officials must force them to do something that will benefit to them in future, but, do not expect to convince them in advance.

The story has been widespread in China with history books and textbooks, until to this day. Thus, as a explicit reference to help people distinguishing deceptive superstitious activities, and effectively inhibited the budding of religion, due to the subsequent governments were able to timely distinguish and kill harmful religions, which is started in 2400 years ago until to this day. 

I think that it is the main reason that China did not form any harmful Religions. The case shows the wise social governance of China in 2400 years ago, and well demonstrated that what is the true human civilization?

The personal deeds of Ximen Bao have decisively influenced the civilization of China in two major aspect for a safer stable society: first one is avoid the harm of religions, second one is to have set a model for that how a Gov-officials rationally perform their governing role.

As my view, this is the reason that China’s economy has always been ahead of the world before the civilization was interrupted by the Opium War of Britain and later by the invasion of Japanese. It is also one of the reasons why that China rapidly rises in the economy after the end of foreign aggression.

Intelligence level determines the outcome of human behavior.

People are in the similar inborn nature, but people of China live relative longer time in peaceful prosperity and in 2000 years ago explored Silk Road to provide west life necessaries, but the people in the west endlessly provoke wars in looting and killing of each other and the people worldwidely. Why?

it is just as computer memory, neurons in the brain act as memory, in supporting human intelligence. The prosperous life of China fostered healthy development of neurons, and created in the highest IQs globally.

The level of IQ scores determines the behavior of a race:

[1] Europeans, like to fight with others, even design their government as bullrings. To ejoy killing, they have been framing enemies, kill, kill, kill.

China is a civilization that pretends to be a state

In 1968 book The Essence of Chinese Politics, American political scientist White Luxin who indicates that "China is a civilization that pretends to be a state." American political scientist Henry Kissinger once wrote On China to argue that China's decline in modern history was merely a brief historical anomaly, not the norm. The norm is that this nation, blessed with 5,000 years of Chinese civilization, has stood at the pinnacle of the world for the vast majority of its history.

On 2020, the editor-in-chief of Bloomberg News Dr. John Micklethwait and the political editor of Economist Dr. Adrian Wooldridge, who jointly published article The Virus Should Wake Up the West indicated that:

“Since Hobbes’s time, the world has come full circle. When he wrote “Leviathan,” China rather than Europe was the center of administrative excellence. China was the world’s most powerful country with the world’s biggest city (Beijing had more than a million inhabitants), the world’s mightiest navy and the world’s most sophisticated civil service, peopled by scholar-mandarins who were selected from across a vast empire by rigorous examinations.”

“The Europe was a bloodstained battlefield ruled by rival feudal families; where government jobs were either allotted by birth or bought and sold like furniture and in struggling for mastery propelled government forward: Europe’s monarchies seized on technological innovations, particularly new ships and weapons to improve their chances of survival. When the Chinese invented gunpowder for fireworks; Europeans used it to blow one another (Chinese) out of the water.”

Here, I have to indicate that Dr. John Micklethwait and Dr. Adrian Wooldridge are Oxford History Department humanized rare rational media professionals. Those who criticize China have never studied the humanized history of China.

The ballast of China's civilization lasts 5000 of years

Ancient Egypt, ancient Babylon, ancient India and China were known as the four ancient civilizations; but only the civilization of China uninterrupted last 5000 of years, others were wiped out by nomadic tribes. The so called wiped out actually was the replacement of the culture by religions mostly. But in China, the nomadic tribes cannot carry out the cultural replacement due to the powerful cultural ballast of the Confucian culture and the imperial examination system.

In China, Qing Dynasty was established by invading nomadic tribe; however, it cannot carry out cultural replacement due to the cultural ballast. The invading nomadic tribe has to continue to respect Confucianism, and continue to rule the country by Imperial Examination selecting talents out of the royal bloodline. It also used barbaric nature to expand territory to strengthen China.

Invaders and cultures integrated into China's civilization

Throughout long historical river, nomadic people and their cultures continuously integrated into the civilization of China. For example, language and vocabulary serve as carriers for philosophy and wisdom, spreading through communiction and promoting the humanization of the civilization. It is said that there about 30% of Chinese vocabuleries are translated from Buddhist teachings.

Embrace all foreign invading cultures; the accumulated knowledge of the civilization of China is vast. In 1403 AD, Emperor Zhu Di of the Ming Dynasty convened more than 3,000 people to compile the 《Yongle Encyclopedia》, which collected about eight thousand kinds of classics from the pre-Qin period to the early Ming Dynasty, encompassing the intellectual wealth of China over thousands of years. The complete work comprises 22,877 volumes (60 volumes of index, totaling 22,937 volumes), 11,095 books, and approximately 370 million characters.

Due to the plundering by the beastly Westerners, nowadays, the most of the remains of the 《Yongle Encyclopedia》were preserved in Western countries.

China's civilization humanized evil Western civilization

British submarine captain Gavin Menzies traveled around the world due to his profession and was shocked by the remains of Zheng He's fleet all over the world. After retire, he spent 14 years at his own expense, visited historical sites in 120 countries and more than 900 libraries, museums and archives, and wrote 1421: The Year China Discovered the World and 1434: The Year a Magnificent Chinese Fleet Sailed to Italy and Ignited the Renaissance.

He wrote that in 1434, a Chinese Zheng He fleet arrived in Tuscany, Italy, and presented the Pope with a large number of books covering various fields: geography, astronomy, mathematics, art, printing, architecture, steel manufacturing, civil engineering, military affairs, weapons, surveying, cartography, etc. From then on, Europeans accepted Chinese ideas, discoveries, and inventions. The understanding and learning of China inspired the creativity of the Renaissance and formed the foundation of European civilization.

The economic thought of China inspires modern economics

In 1700s, the term wu wei of Tao Te Ching inspired French Physiocrat François Quesnay (1694–1774) coined the Laissez-Faire; which inspired British Adam Smith writing the Wealth of Nations 1776 by which proposed the term of Invisible Hand. As my view Adam Smith was not worthwhile as economists; he only convinces people the legitimacy of free plunder of Laissez-Faire.

Those who can be called economists and have had an impact on the development of human society are the communist ideas and the practices proposed by Marx and Engels, and the planned economy or state capitalism proposed by Vladimir Lenin.

Later the evil deeds of Laissez-Faire enlightened British John Keynes proposed the theory of macroeconomics to slam that the time of Laissez-Faire was over by writing The end of laissez-faire in 1926. Later wrote  The General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money (General Theory) in 1936, and then, the state invested in infrastructure to create jobs, controlled currency issuance, and adjusted interest rates to 2%, becoming a common economic means for all countries.

Subsequently, there were more economists arguing endlessly; but no good contributions apart from the prevalence of neoliberalism, which is conducive to greed and wild plunder to harm human survival, it seems that no economic thought has contributed to the humanized development of human society.

French Montesquieu pushed human civilization into tomb

Imperial Examination was introduced to Europe as early as 1570; and was disseminated broadly in Europe. “During the 18th century, the Imperial Examinations were often discussed in conjunction with Confucianism, which attracted great attention from contemporary European thinkers such as Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz, Voltaire, Montesquieu, Baron d'Holbach, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, and Friedrich Schiller. Voltaire claimed that the Chinese had ‘perfected moral science.’”

According to the practice of François Quesnay, Voltaire, Leibniz and other enlightenment thinkers of Europe; the Europe was nearly successfully following the political practice of China in Technocratic Democracy through Examination selecting learned people as officials; then Human society would avoid the catastrophe of the First World Wars. However, the good was turned bad by French political philosopher Montesquieu (1689 – 1755).

In the "Spirit of Law", Montesquieu defined China as an autocratic country and an imperial dictatorship; by which he provided confidence for people condemning China as dictatorship until this day; so that misled the West to abandon Technocratic Democracy to choose liberal democracy of childish play as this days.

Capital-aggregated companies made US as plutocratic politics

Capital-aggregated companies appeared in the Tang Dynasty (618-907AD) of China, but no disaster was created because the government rationally suppressed capital greed. Thousand years later 1700, during the British Industrial Revolution; companies ravaged America, Africa, and Asia. They turned tens of thousands of people into commodities and forced countless plants, animals, minerals, and even bacteria and viruses to migrate. From tulips to real estate, from 1637 to 2008, countless stock market bubbles disaster-ed human life.

President Abraham Lincoln had a deep insight into the nature of companies driven by human greed. In 1865, on his deathbed warned that companies had been over-praised, high-level corruption was coming, and corporate consortiums would expand their influence by influencing people's prejudices or preconceived ideologies until wealth accumulated to a certain extent in the hands of certain people, leading to the demise of the United States of America.

However, the money powered groups did not do a human job of destroying the evil axis of America, but they did extremely evil things. They evilly dehumanized democracy into plutocratic politics by legalizing the political donations; the Rich is able to legally control the election to make own proffered one take power; thereby control the formulation of policies; which is by political donations driving the power of the State Apparatus to plunder to wage wars, and makes arms for profit.

The world runs under the witch hunt of values & human rights 

Since 1400s, European missionaries entering China and found that China actually developed the Imperial Examination system and they greatly admired the practice of social governce by selecting learned people, calling it as Elite Constitutionalism that placed merit above the lineage to grant power to scholars.

They eagerly translated Chinese culture and sent it back to Europe. The culture of China stirring up waves triggered the Renaissance, Enlightenment; and French Revolution, French hanged their king, since then the world runs under the witch hunt of French promoted democracy, values, and human rights. 

People who want making living by playing democray must implement and yell for values & human rights, otherwise they will be witch hunted down. 

Please look at the evilly destroyed increasingly uninhabitable world, look back the tragedy of German Hitler driving the Germans to blood-bashed Europe. Democratic politics is actually rewarding power to low-quality reckless individuals as dictator and drive the State Apparatus to destroy homelands and the world.

Capitalist bloc suicided of democracy, values & human rights

After 35 years of the failure of the socialist bloc, now the capitalist bloc suicided from social caner of joky democracy, values and human rights. Democracy leads to frequent changes in politicians, each pursuing their own policies to please voters, resulting in a lack of stable long-term policies for optimally development. Values and human rights are used for pleasing voters, protect bad one and union culture that destroys productivity, which all undermine social governance.

Democracy treating political power as a prize used to reward the winner; which attracts any quality people to fight for it at will, leading to bloodshed killing. Even more deadly world-destroying is that elections give low-quality individuals a dangerous misconception; once elected, they believe themselves to be God appointed saviors, brimming with confidence to destroy the world.

Please look at those politicians who make living by playing democracy; the most of them are full of confidence in yelling commanding orders to the world.

Democracy is a tools for evil people destroy the world

2007, in book The War of the World: Twentieth-Century Conflict and the Descent of the West, Prof. Niall Ferguson sighed: “why the twentieth century history was bloodiest by far? Why did unprecedented material progress go hand in hand with total war and genocide? The rise of democracy during the 20th century should have reduced the incidence of war, however, the waves of democratization were followed by increases in the number of civil wars and wars of secession with around 19 or 20 million people were killed in around 100 military conflicts.”

Western civilization ended China's civilization takes over the world

In the Civilization: Is the West History, Prof. Niall Ferguson, who indicates that in 600 years ago, Western Europe, was a miserable poor place, ravaged by war and plague; which proved what I said ant nests populated tribes and have long been without a proper governance.

During 16 century, Europeans learnt mathematics, astronomy, technology and creativity from China and developed six new concepts: competition, science, the rule of law, modern medicine, consumerism, and the work ethic as the "killer apps", and then West came to control the three-fifths of mankind and the four-fifths of world economy.

However, the days of Western predominance are numbered because the Rest have downloaded the six killer apps the West once monopolised – while the West has literally lost faith in itself.

Whether or not we have lost that competitive edge to a rapidly ascending Asia. Due to that ethic seems now to be fading in the West.

Europeans no longer work long hours, and Americans have almost given up saving completely. The real workers and savers in the world are now the heirs of Confucius, not Calvin. Yet these fears may underestimate the ability of Western civilization to solve the world's problems.

The West has dominated in economics, politics, and culture; however, in our lifetime, we have witnessed a narrowing gap between China and the West, and this process is accelerating. China will catch up with the West and establish its dominance in far less time. This is one of the most astonishing stories in modern history.

Samuel Huntington wrote the influential book The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order. However, Ferguson argues that the book's views are flawed. He believes most conflicts occur within civilizations themselves.

For example, the daily mutual slaughter between Sunnis and Shiites in the Islamic world represents an internal conflict within Islamic civilization. He believes the future belongs to a fusion of Asian cultures, primarily Chinese, and Western cultures, primarily North American.

This view is the same as that of President Xi Jinping.

In May 2019, President Xi Jinping published an article to emphasize that different civilizations should be encouraged to respect each other and coexist harmoniously, so that exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations can become a bridge to enhance friendship among people of all countries, a driving force for the progress of human society, and a bond to safeguard world peace.

To achieve all this, we must learn from the civilization of China, which is to select  social contributions proved quality social elites as lawmakers to legislate, and thereby using their collective wisdom to formulate policies.

We need to improve democracy to stop it making disaster

Tragedies showed that the democracies need a political correction mechanism or a non-partisan political stability assistant to correct the erroneous policies of some individual politicians to ensure the country's optimized development.

Now, human beings are facing with the historical juncture, which is that has to decide the choice for the future life-style, and which is that what direction and the model of the governance of human society should be developed.

Nowadays, social governance has evolved as that lawmakers make policies as orbit; and society runs on, which is that lawmakers make law to make the power of State Apparatus as executable true in performing governance.

The State Apparatus is equipped with the police, guns and prisons for punishing those people who dared violate the laws; which means that once legislation takes effect, the State Apparatus will be automatically enforced it.

Actually, we all have certain intellectual limitations and shortcomings. Only social contributions proved entrepreneurs, engineers, doctors, etc. can make correct judgments and minimize mistakes. They are suitable for lawmaking.

Learn the practice of China forming a civil legislature

The way of China is the only choice; which is by contribution proved quality entrepreneurs, engineers, and so on, in part time self reliant as lawmakers; by 7 members politburo as top leadership, no meeting consensus, no one talks at will, which ensured collective wisdoms and avoided personal dictatorship.

As my view, this is a revolutionary optimized continuation for the ancient Imperial Examination system, by which, we are able to ensure the highly qualified elites in the lawmaking and ensure governance in Confucian collective wisdom .

However, any social progress will inevitably involve in the redistribution of benefits and cause unrest from the deadly resistance of the vested interest groups. 

In this concern, in Canada, it is essential to maintain the interests of the politicians and based on which, learn Technocratic Democracy of China by entrepreneurs, egineers, farmers, and the social elites from all of aspects, part time self reliant as lawmakers form a civil legislature in collective wisdom taking 30% of vote right to parallel run with Gov-one to patch up the flaws of democracy.

2019, the CEO of Business Council of Canada, Goldy Hyder, who wrote Our politics is suffering from analysis paralysis and the illusion of action: 

“Canadian leaders don’t consider themselves to be nation-builders in a literal sense.” “The issue is that our desire to critique now exceeds our desire to create.” “The procedural obstacles we’ve put in place make it possible for a handful of individuals to hold up initiatives endorsed by most Canadians. Important projects, programs and policies can be delayed until supporters give up and move on.”

The facts are clear: as a business leader, Goldy Hyder saw clearly the fatal flaws in democracy destroying Canada. The article inspires us that the best way in Canada form a civil legislature is taking Business Council of Canada as headquarter, and taking its 170 CEOs of the top enterprises as lawmaker as base for civil legislature, then enlarge the number of lawmakers toward whole Canada.

The civil legislature is not an opposition party, not an adversary of the government, nor an attempt to replace the ruling party; rather, it is a non-partisan group that supports the ruling party and puts forward or supports the correct propositions of the multi-parties.

In this way, the civl legislature is able to play a role as the ballast stone of political stability, so that even under joky democracy, we still can ensure that the policies of the malicious opposition can be eliminated, and the correct policies can be implemented.

By people respected social lelets part time self reliant work as lawmakers; the formation and the policies of the civil legislature will be no one dared to oppose. So that under the run of democracy, the civil legislature will be still able to play a leading role.

In the most of cases, the policies that the ruling party wants to establish are correct in line with the urgent needs, but the efforts of ruling party fail in malicious oppositions; and cannot pass the legislation to contribute society.

No matter is from which country; whenever I see videos or photos of medical staff wearing full PPE rescuing patients in ICU, I can't help being tearful. I am happy with their happy when they succeeded in rescuing the patients, and I am tearful with their tear for failed to rescue the patients.

Their efforts are the driving force for me, in driving me to persevere in writing the articles with the hope that can eliminate pandemic covid-19 as soon as possible. Though, sent hundreds of emails and dozens of phone calls, there were no one care about my ideas, but the scenes that medical staff wearing full PPE rescuing patients in ICU are always emerging before my eyes and driven me to continue thinking and typing.

We must replace current family doctor and specialists system by Integrated Comprehensive Hospitals that are equipped in comprehensive multi-divisions and each division treats each specific sort of disease (Such as, eyes division, nose division, etc..) or specific disease hospitals (Such as, Cancer, Cardiac, Trauma, etc..) with labs and operating room, so that patients can finish all of process that disease treatment needed. 

By this way, to save medical resources that are being wasted when patients wandering among family doctors, walk-in-clinics, and specialists, the most of them in most of time are not the right one that patients urgently needed.

The incredible reality that plight of medical services is not fully due to under-investment and understaffed, but also the improper social governance; such as, for the problem of long wait for treatment, that improper medical procedure was also one of the causes, in which, patients have to wander between scatter located family doctors, specialists, and laboratories, in most of time, the family doctors and specialists work as nurse to send patients to continue to wander around somewhere else. In this process, each step needs a long time to wait.

This fact indicates that the family doctor does not have enough patients, and which kind of waste of medical resources is also the cause of the shortage of medical resources in healthcare system. On other hand, as doctors, they clearly understood that many diseases are syndromes. Just asks one symptom, it cannot diagnose the disease correctly. There is no way to talk about correct treatment. The doctor's approach is for repeatedly charging on government by despising the life of patients. Such kind of behavior is simply no humanity.

The family doctor system was born several centuries ago when transportation and communication were not well developed. Now, everything has changed. Transportation and communication are no longer a problem. Therefore, the old medical system is outdated and must be changed.
