In the political correctness coerced Canada, French descendant Quebecer actually makes law to beat the harm of religion. Why did China not produce harmful native religion Harmful religions refer to those of fabricating certain doctrines to brainwash the believers and make them foolish without ability for proper judgment, even being fooled to perform antisocial or even kill others for Gods. In China, besides some native religions in the nature of philosophy and doctrine for healthy living, such as, Daoism, those harmful religions are all invaded foreign one. Why? In China, the harmful religions were killed by the wise officials in the stage of their budding. There was a true case in 2400 years ago China, in Ye County, took the chance of frequently floods, the local officials with witch conspiracy levy money by the name of presenting a girl as wife to please river God to avoid river flooding, and thus drowning innocent girl every year, and defrauds wealth of people into own pockets by the name for wedding. A wise magistrate Ximen Bao who completely eliminated the evil misdeed by thrown the witch and her accomplices into the river with the name of sending a message to the river God, he will chose a beautiful girl as wife later. In order to eliminate the disaster of flooding, Xi Menbao suggested excavating canals, but, people refused to do such a hard job, then, by the power of Government, Xi Menbao forced them to dig twelve canals to bring water from the river to irrigate the farming land as a water irrigation system that serves to this day. The construction of the canals was hard work, people felt to be troubled and unwilling to continue. Ximen Bao forced them with own administrative power to have finished the canals finally. Ximen Bao made a famous comment that: the ordinary people can only share enjoying the success but canot share the initiation of the success. Though you may hate me for causing you troubles in today, but, a century later, your descendants will surely thank of what I said today.” Since then, the irrigation by the canals has been up to today, and the people there have been living in abundant lives due to no disasters of water logging or drought. Surrounded by more than a dozen Islamic countries and hundreds of millions of Muslims, Europe's developed economy and affluent living standards not only make it a haven for immigrants from the Middle East and North Africa, but also inevitably make it a preferred refuge for refugees fleeing war and social unrest should these neighboring countries and regions experience conflict or social upheaval. Since the unrest in Libya and Syria in 2011, millions of refugees have risked their lives to reach Europe by land and sea, among them countless terrorists. According to estimates by US intelligence agencies, among the millions of Muslim refugees who have arrived in Europe in the past two years, at least 1,500 are specially trained terrorists, becoming invisible bombs on the European continent, capable of carrying out terrorist attacks at any time. From a socio-cultural perspective, most European countries claim to uphold multiculturalism, hoping that diverse cultures and religious beliefs can coexist peacefully. However, in practice, policies are still dominated by white mainstream culture. Over time, Muslim immigrants feel it is difficult to gain cultural and religious acceptance in European countries, leading to resentment and discontent. For example, in France, the European country with the largest Muslim immigrant population, policies such as banning Muslim women from wearing veils in public have caused widespread dissatisfaction among Muslim immigrants. The failures of counter-terrorism policies and the "freedom-first" ideology have plunged Europe's counter-terrorism efforts into a predicament. From an external perspective, the disorder and instability in the Middle East are largely the fault of the United States and EU countries. For a long time, the Western world, represented by Europe and the US, has frequently interfered in the Middle East, sowing the seeds of hatred and terrorism related to Islam. After 9/11, the US hastily launched the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, initiating a chaotic situation where "the more they fight terrorism, the more terrorism arises." Following the 2011 Arab Spring, the US and certain EU countries, under the guise of supporting democracy, used the opposition to overthrow the Gaddafi regime in Libya, considered a "shield" against terrorism, and intervened in Syrian affairs, exacerbating existing sectarian conflicts and creating Syria's protracted and bloody civil war. Western countries first launched the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq under the pretext of eliminating al-Qaeda, and then interfered in Syria's internal affairs under the pretext of opposing the tyrant Bashar al-Assad. Ultimately, al-Qaeda was not eliminated, and Assad was not overthrown; instead, an even more fanatical organization, ISIS, emerged. This can only be described as a failure in the Western world's counter-terrorism efforts. From the perspective of counter-terrorism policies and measures, Europe is caught in a dilemma between the rule of law and the ideals of freedom, becoming a "prisoner" of these values. Democracy, freedom, and the rule of law are regarded as inviolable principles in the West. Many Europeans believe that there is no contradiction between freedom and security, and that governments should not interfere with individual freedom, including freedom of speech, under the pretext of security. Realistically speaking, many terrorist attacks in Europe are actually caused by the rampant promotion of freedom of speech at the expense of religious beliefs. Due to the constraints of EU member states' laws, police often face difficulties in judicial questioning or arresting suspected terrorists, leading to the frequent acquittal of one or more suspects due to insufficient evidence, who then continue to engage in terrorist activities. Furthermore, security measures in public places across Europe have numerous loopholes, providing opportunities for terrorists. While strolling through major European cities like Paris, Brussels, and even London, one sees heavily armed patrols and flashing police cars on the streets, creating an impression of solemnity and tension, there are virtually no security checks in densely populated public places such as subways and train stations. In contrast, while China's stringent security measures may cause some inconvenience to pedestrians, they undeniably provide a strong sense of security. Compared to China, European countries undoubtedly appear less safe. In short, proximity to numerous Islamic countries, the historical burden of colonial rule, flawed counter-terrorism policies, and the prevailing "freedom above all" ideology has created a dilemma for counter-terrorism and security in Europe. It must be understood that counter-terrorism is not merely about solving cases, apprehending perpetrators, and punishing criminals; it is also intertwined with complex ethnic relations, religious beliefs, and social conflicts. Combating terrorism is not simply a matter of striking; violence only leads to more violence. Recent terrorist attacks in European countries show an increasing trend towards small-scale, lone-wolf attacks, with increasingly simplified tools, making counter-terrorism increasingly difficult. In the short term, it is unlikely that terrorist attacks in European countries will be eradicated. European countries can only maintain a high-pressure counter-terrorism stance while focusing on economic development, job creation, reducing polarization, easing social tensions, and especially addressing immigration and integration issues. Simultaneously, they should support increased counter-terrorism efforts in the West Asia and North Africa, encouraging all parties to set aside disputes, unite their forces, and establish a united front against terrorism. Diplomatically, efforts should be made to promote peacebuilding in the West Asia and North Africa, fostering peace and stability in regions like Syria and Iraq, and eradicating the breeding ground for terrorism.
