This is a supplement to the To Herbert Grubel The ways rescue ruined Canada.

On other blogs, my articles that are unfavorable to the West cannot be posted or are deleted, but this blog is the only one that hasn't deleted articles. However, unknown reason, some articles cannot be added or edited, so I am adding this article.

The humanized development of the civilization of China stemmed from summarizing up experience, and accordingly makes up suitable measures to avoid the repeating of the historical mistakes. Also significantly; in China throughout history, rational thought has always been able to be implemented; and contribute to the humanized development of China.

However in the West; good thoughts cannot put into practice, only used for chewing, bloating, burping, farting, and polluting society. As German philosopher Hegel  indicated: “What experience and history teach is this, that peoples and governments have never learned anything from history, and have never acted on the lessons that should have been learned from it”.

Talk to here, I have a feeling that the philosopher whose name was quoted the most is from Germany; however, the one who has truly influenced the course of human history is Karl Marx. His communist ideology had a decisive influence on hietory and made people tasted a life as human.

Jan 8, 2014, there is report that All Norwegians become crown millionaires, in oil saving landmark. In 1990, Norway established Government Pension Fund Global to save income from oil for future generations. The Ministry of Finance made the first capital transfer to the Fund in 1996 and then the net cash flow from petroleum transfers to the Fund each year.

Due to that “One day the oil will run out, but the return on the fund will continue to benefit the Norwegian population.” “Oil revenues make it possible for Norway to maintain its welfare system,”

Today; the rational Norwegians created Government Pension Fund Global has invested globally in wide range of fields, even if without oil resource, it is still able to make profits to Norwegian.

Look at Russia

1920s, Soviet nationalizing economy made power rivalry with the West.

1990s, Boris Yeltsin made privatization destroyed the Russian economy.

2000s, Vladimir Putin beat the oligarchs to have renationalized the economy; then stopped Oil and gas private owned of making wealth for individuals, and turned to create wealth for government.

Now, by its single force; Russia is about to defeat the west exhaustedly fueled Ukraine; which actually is the state-owned economy defeating the private owned economy of the west gathered.

Think about that, Putin gets all the incomes from oil and gas sales. 

Look at Canada

Think about our Canada; under idiotic democracy; it has been specially looking for doing stupid. We has the same abundant oil and gas as Russia, but only gets small taxes; cannot get huge profits.

The rich of the west is not from democracy but plunder

People are superstitious about democracy because Western democracies are developed and prosperous, and also because other poor countries have become wealthy through democracy.

However, the rich of democracies does not entirely come from the creation of material wealth brought from democratic governance, but mainly from the plunder globally by troops and later by economy. The wealth of democratic countries is largely built on the wild plunder and made poverty of the most countries.

For instance; in China; during the First Sino-Japanese War, China compensated 230 million taels of silver to Japanese; later, paid 980 million taels of silver to Eight-Nation Alliance, plus 20 million taels to the church, for a total of 1 billion taels. In the Second Opium War 1860, French and British troops looted the imperial collections and then looted, and burnt Old Summer Palace of China.

Mar 30 2021, Professor Jason Hickel jointly published Plunder in the Post-Colonial Era: Quantifying Drain from the Global South Through Unequal Exchange, 1960–2018, indicates that the global North appropriated from the South commodities worth $2.2 trillion in Northern prices — enough to end extreme poverty 15 times over. Over the whole period, drain from the South totalled $62 trillion (constant 2011 dollars), or $152 trillion when accounting for lost growth. That drain from the South remains a significant feature of the world economy in the post-colonial era; rich countries continue to rely on imperial forms of appropriation to sustain their high levels of income and consumption.

“We have long known that the industrial rise of rich countries depended on extraction from the global South during the colonial era. Europe’s industrial revolution relied in large part on cotton and sugar, which were grown on land stolen from Indigenous Americans, with forced labour from enslaved Africans. Extraction from Asia and Africa was used to pay for infrastructure, public buildings, and welfare states in Europe – all the markers of modern development. The costs to the South, meanwhile, were catastrophic: genocide, dispossession, famine and mass impoverishment.”

“Imperial powers finally withdrew most of their flags and armies from the South in the mid-20th century. But over the following decades, economists and historians associated with “dependency theory” argued that the underlying patterns of colonial appropriation remained in place and continued to define the global economy. Imperialism never ended, they argued – it just changed form.”

“They were right. Recent research demonstrates that rich countries continue to rely on a large net appropriation from the global South, including tens of billions of tonnes of raw materials and hundreds of billions of hours of human labour per year – embodied not only in primary commodities, but also in high-tech industrial goods like smartphones, laptops, computer chips and cars, which over the past few decades have come to be overwhelmingly manufactured in the South.”

While the west depends on appropriation world widely to sustain their high levels of income and consumption; badly; since ancient times, the European looting & killing bloodily soiled individualistic civilization has dehumanized people lost essential ability for making life necessities. Supposed that it was no worker from China; it will be no American Transcontinental Railroad & Canadian Pacific Railway. No the Silk Road provided made in China cannot survive.

The rich of the U.S. depends on dollar plunders. In 1944, the world economy was very shaky, 44 allied nations met in Bretton Woods to discuss and find a solution for the prevailing issues that plagued currency exchange, and formed Bretton Woods System, which solved a growing global financial crisis, strengthened the overall world economy and maximize international trade profit. However, human greed turns all good things into evil plunder. Just by fluctuates the interest rate of US dollar, it can wipe out the savings of small countries and plunge their people into disaster.

Now the global countries fight up and refuse to continue to be enslave-plundered; it will surely finish the rich life of Rich democracies.  The de-dollarization will surely finish U.S. Federal System.

Now the Rich democracies, there are growing number of homeless; Please Google by key words: Europe, cold, death, you will shock by the results, it is capitalism democracy killing people.

This was the predicted results of the member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee of China Professor Wang Huning in 37 years ago when the capitalism democracies enjoy in prosperity and happiness, and they derided China hopeless in politics and economy; but Wang Huning predicated the doom of democracies and gave up flowing capitalism democracy and adhered to socialism for common prosperity.

On Nov 3, 2023, the Wall Street Journal Chinese website published an article titled The Global Economy Is Increasingly Fragmented, and Two Opposing Camps Are Taking Shape Between the US and China:

"Trade and investment flows are forming a new pattern around the two competing power centers of the United States and China, with significant risks looming. Last fall, China crossed a significant milestone: for the first time since its reform and opening up more than 40 years ago, its trade with developing countries exceeded the combined trade with the US, Europe, and Japan. For decades, the US and other Western countries sought to have China act as a partner and consumer in a single global economy led by these wealthiest nations. Washington has continued to pressure China with investment restrictions and export bans, while China has reoriented some major components of its economy, shifting its focus from the West to the developing world.”

Judicial independence harms social governance

The legal system has become the source of all evil, destroying everything. In the West; the democracies has distorted into lawyerly society in reflexively blocking everything, no matter good or bad.

The separation of powers democracy making law absolute power becomes the evil means for judges and lawyers. Human rights lawyers and immigration lawyers use the law as a tool for personal gain, by the guise of protecting human rights to halt construction projects; halt deport criminals.

In the U.S., it is eight Chief Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court oversee and enforce the U.S. Constitution. For example, the U.S. cannot ban guns because the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution passed on Dec. 15, 1791, guarantees the right of the people to keep and carry Arms.

In 1791, the United States was under British and French colonial rule, and there was constant warfare, so it was necessary to legislate to support individual gun ownership.

Now, times have changed, and private gun ownership has become a social menace. Yet, the Supreme Court justices in the US still bring out outdated law to suppress the public, protect the legal gun ownership of the mentally challenged, and continue to kill innocent people.

Ultimately, it is Montesquieu's separation of powers made judicial independence—that is responsible for this disaster. It is precisely this judicial independence that allows the elderly justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, who are too old to even count their own fingers, to wield power over the fate of Americans; they are using an outdated Second Amendment constitution to commit murder.

The law has become a tool for lawyers' personal gain.

On December 3, 2012, an article titled B.C. woman may lose home over huge lawyer bill described a Vancouver woman whose ex-boyfriend was fighting for her property. She hired a lawyer, and the case dragged on for nine years before she finally won.

However, her ex-boyfriend immediately declared bankruptcy. As a result, she had to pay all the legal fees, receiving only a few thousand dollars. The rest was pocketed by lawyer as legal fees. Her lawyer hired his own lawyer to stop her redeeming the property.

Facing homelessness, she asked a reporter to write an article, saying that when the case went to trial in 2007, she had paid thousands of dollars in legal fees. As the case progressed, her lawyer stated that he would not continue to provide legal services unless she allowed him to use her property as collateral for a $100,000 loan at 18% interest. Now, her legal fees are still rapidly increasing – with $88 in interest charged daily – and have now reached $180,000.  A voicemail message; her lawyer charged her CAD 148.40.

She said, "I've worked two jobs for 25 years to accumulate this little bit of wealth. The blow of this legal outcome is like a bomb exploding in my life. For such a small place in the countryside, with such a small amount of assets, the trial lasted three weeks, and the legal files alone piled up on three tables, reaching the sky. This is truly excessive and absurd."

The author visited the governing bodies of the British Columbia legal system. The provincial bar association declined to comment on the case, but stated that, generally speaking, the lawyer's actions did not violate any rules.

The lawyer's audacity acting, plundering and bankrupting people, indicates that he has powerful figures in the government backing him.

The formation of the plutocratic politics in the U.S.

The world's man-made disasters mainly stem from the plutocratic politics, which uses legalized political donations to manipulate elections and policy-making, driving State Apparatus to greed.

Capital-aggregated companies appeared in the Tang Dynasty (618-907AD) of China, but no disaster was created because the government rationally suppressed capital greed. But it was in a thousand of years later 1700s, during the British Industrial Revolution; the companies ravaged America, Africa, and Asia. They turned tens of thousands of people into commodities and forced countless plants, animals, minerals, and even bacteria and viruses to migrate. From tulips to real estate, from 1637 to 2008, countless stock market bubbles disaster-ed human life.

President Abraham Lincoln had a deep insight into the nature of companies driven by human greed. In 1865, on his deathbed warned that companies had been over-praised, high-level corruption was coming, and corporate consortiums would expand their influence by influencing people's prejudices or preconceived ideologies until wealth accumulated to a certain extent in the hands of certain people, leading to the demise of the United States of America.

However, the money powered groups did not do a human job of destroying America, but they evilly dehumanized democracy into plutocratic politics by legalizing the political donations; the Rich is able to legally control the election to make own proffered one take power; thereby control the formulation of policies; and driving the power to plunder.

The evil deeds of the plutocratic politics of the United States

2019, article US the most warlike nation in the history of the world: Carter, former President Jimmy Carter indicated that, the U.S. is the most warlike nation in the history of the world and has been at war for all but 16 years of its 242-year history, due to a tendency to force others to adopt American principles.

2023, the nephew of former President John Kennedy, Dr. Robert Kennedy, who indicated the deeds of the United States and China: “Over the past decade, our country has spent trillions bombing roads, ports, bridges, and airports.”“China spent the equivalent building the same across the developing world.”

Since ancient time, the west has been in minority low quality people hijacking majority high quality people ruining life. The manmade tragedies show that modern democracy is in doing the same thing.

2006, Prof. Niall Ferguson wrote book The Ascent of Money: A Financial History of The World , indicates that, in 2006, the world total economic output was worth around $47 trillion, but financial derivatives was $473 trillion, 10 times larger. Professor tells that the financial economy with a surplus of 10 times plunders on real economy; which is that there are 10 people are in making living by preying on the wealth that makes by 1 people.

2012, resigned Canadian deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland, who wrote book Plutocrats: the rise of the New Global Super-Rich and the Fall of Everyone Else revealed the reason that why the higher animals live in the Law of Jungle of the lower animals way: Plutocrats hijack State Apparatus to exercise immense and unchecked power for greedy and messing human world made the Fall of Everyone Else.

The book describes that: Wealth, corruption, and populism are no longer constrained by national borders, this new Gilded Age is already transforming the economics of the West as well, the entire globalized world is concentrated in fewer and fewer hands of the Plutocrats. The 2008 financial meltdown cost $4 trillion in economic output; fortunes were made by the very people who precipitated the disaster while millions lost their homes and their savings. The New Global Super-Rich Plutocrats made the Fall of Everyone Else, a joblessness, debt, and economic uncertainty to the sovereign nation of the plutocrats, where each crisis seems to offer a new business opportunity.
