Why China insisted on Communist Party centralized 2026-05-14 05:49:44

A part of series of To Herbert Grubel The ways rescue ruined Canada

Salute Professor Herbert Grubel, Simon Fraser University, who cry for Canada.

Now, global leaders and entrepreneurs, whether is from poor weak countries or developed power countries, are flocking to China in seek of a way out.

At this point, it is necessary to understand the high quality of Politician of China.

Why did China insist on the Communist Party centralized

        Frank Li    May 14, 2026

In 1912; China once tried democracy; but it caused about 300 parties in dozens of cabinet reshuffles with replacement of prime minister in dogs biting dogs and made China into endless proxy wars; proved democracy was a collector for beast. lt was a group of young people who learn Marx communism to saved China.

Today the communism is still in leading ideology in backing China. The economic success of China attributes to the right leadership of comunist party.

April 2023, the President of European Commission Ms. von der Leyen, who once  indicated that: “for centuries China have helped to shape world civilization; and in the last decades, they have really transformed the economy of their country, lifting more than 800 million people out of poverty in the last 45 years and transformed into a modern-day economic powerhouse, key global player and a leader in many of the cutting-edge technologies that will certainly shape the next decades of global civilization and progress.”

The achievements of China were made based on the destroyed ruins with huge war reparations from a century long killing and looting of Western allies and US tamed Japan; which started since 1840 British armed selling opium after China banned opium trade that started in 1773.

This should attribute to the foresight of Prof. Wang Huning, a member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee; he strives for keeping national soul resisting liberalism builds common prosperity.

In 1988, the socialist bloc is about to collapse and the Western capitalist camp is at its zenith and rubbing their hands together in ready taking over the world with its culture and politics. Just at this juncture; Prof. Wang asserted that the United States has ruined by anarchy liberal plays.

Oct. 2021, American N.S. Lyons published article The Triumph and Terror of Wang Huning to introduce about Professor Wang Huning: a member of the CCP’s seven-man Politburo Standing Committee, he is China’s top ideological theorist, quietly credited as being the “ideas man” behind three generations of leaders. Wang made  Xi jinping’s signature political concepts, including the “China Dream,” the anti-corruption campaign, the Belt and Road Initiative, a more assertive foreign policy, and even “Xi Jinping Thought.”

N.S. Lyons said that: ” Prof. Wang Huning was once an immensely prolific author, publishing nearly 20 books along with numerous essays. And the obvious continuity between the thought in those works and what is happening in China today. Says something fascinating about that how Beijing has come to perceive the world through the eyes of Wang Huning.”

In 1988, 33 years old Wang got award spent six months in the US, and concluded with that: American liberalism rampant, allowing corporations take over government function, leading to excessive commoditization, a collapsing values system caused  the demise of the political system.

After return to China, he gave up previous hope of getting some inspirations from liberal democracy; began to argue that China had to resist global liberal influence and become a culturally unified and self-confident nation governed by a strong centralized party-state; and synthesize a new basis for the long-term stability and  growth immune to Western liberalism.

In China, government takes control capital to avoid the disaster of the West capital controls the country, uphold state-owned economy dominated market economy to resolutely curb the greed of capital.

Therefore, state-own major economic sectors; such as, finance, rail transportation, steel production, and oil production, etc.

The central government, local governments, enterprises, and individuals provide targeted poverty alleviation assistance to impoverished areas and relocate people from uninhabitable areas to livable place.

After decades of the unremitting efforts, China has achieved the success as that of President Ms. von der Leyen described.

Indeed, the Communist Party organization is a political tool, uniting people through organizational structure. Without the Communist Party organization, Chairman Mao Zedong could not have organized the disorganized powerless people of China into an invincible force to beat all invaders.

Foolish Westerners called the Communist Party an autocracy and dictatorship; due to that they can only focus on program correct; only focus on democracy and focus on that whether it has free elections, such garbage people have no human brain to understand the essence of the issue.

Historically; Europe based West has been staying endless looting and killing wars; due to that takes power as prize for competing. The democracy has been doing the same thing and making power to beast.

The peaceful life of China stemmed from summarizing up experience accordingly makes up suitable measures to avoid the repeating of the historical mistakes; which should thank to the feudal system; it was able to long stable by Imperial Examination System selecting quality people in power.

In fact, in China; the feudal system plays a role as that of stable political umbrella and so that the Imperial Examination was able to run in thousands of years and ensured choosing quality people in power.

Today, the Communist Party of China is the leading party; which is in playing the role as the political umbrella and then by selecting quality entrepreneurs and engineers, and so on, as lawmakers govern the country.

In 2019, article China's Overrated Technocrats indicates that “Many Western parliaments are dominated by people with law degrees, but China’s leaders are mostly trained as engineers and scientists.

Years ago, article The Chinese Government Is Dominated by Scientists and Engineers indicates that “Nowhere in the world can you see the same admiration and respect from the public to their scientists and engineers other than in China. This is a little known fact.” “They admire such professionals so much to the point that they qualify these people to be worthy and capable in handling political affairs. The Chinese people believe that scientists and engineers, who eventually become technocrats, have a highly disciplined mind fit for public office."

"The Chinese Government Is Dominated by Scientists and Engineers Directly before the present administration, 8 out of China's top 9 government officials are scientists and engineers.” “This leadership has brought laser focus on innovation, bringing much of China’s labor centralized in science, technology, and engineering.”

Sep 7 2018, article Elon Musk says China has an advantage because its politicians are better at science reports that The Tesla CEO Musk saidYou know, I wish politicians were better at science. That would help a lot,” Musk said when Rogan asked him about bottlenecks at the companies he runs and the things that were holding back innovation. Actually, they’re pretty good at science in China, I have to say,” Musk said, adding, “The mayor of Beijing has, I believe, an environmental engineering degree, and the deputy mayor has a physics degree. I met them.”

In the democracies; the politicians who enjoy self-imposed luxury salaries, benefits, and political privileges; are all in yelling values and vow fight for Values, Freedom and Human rights. But their people lived in the poverty and life threat of crimes of valueless and have lost dignity as humans should be.

But it is just such antihuman beasts have been inhumanly condemning China as authoratic dictatorship and send warships and military aircrafts to territorial waters and airspace of China to carry out military threatening.

Because democracy takes any one able to free campaign election as pride; so that the power is always seized by the one of inhuman beast.

Such childish play is stemmed from the low intelligence leads simplistic thinking of the Westerners, they are inability to think rationally, and lack of the comprehensive reasoning ability as that of people of China. For example:

Sep. 16, 2020, the founder of Bridgewater Associates, Mr. Ray Dalio who published article The Changing World Order Ch. 6: The Big Cycles of China and Its Currency; in which, he pointed out the different quality of people between China and the US: “Chinese leaders study history to learn lessons that help them plan for the future and deal with the cases at hand.  Believe me, the lessons learned from these histories are now guiding Chinese leaders’ decision making.”

“Americans focus on particular events, especially those that are now happening, most Chinese, especially their leaders see evolutions over time and put what is happening in the context of them. While Americans fight for what they want in the present, most Chinese strategize how to get what they want in the future. As a result of these different perspectives the Chinese are typically more thoughtful and strategic than Americans, who are more impulsive and tactical.”

Such as; Go is an abstract strategy board game of China for two players in which it is not a simple killing like that of in chess, which is invented by the Westerners; but Go is aimed to fence off more territory than opponent did. The game was invented in over 2,500 years ago as the oldest board game played to today.

Computer program AlphaGo beats human Go player revealed the mechanism of human intelligence; it is acting as robot; the acquired knowledge and experience acts as software driver; kill software kills people, and service software serves people. No related knowledge and experience; the people cannot make related judgments. Due to the inborn brain defects and religions brainwash made many people in the abnormal mentality with many beasts and psychos.

Rare humanized British philosopher Russell said that: None of our beliefs are quite true; all have at least a penumbra of vagueness and error.”“One of the painful things about our time is that those who feel certainty are stupid and those with any imagination and understanding are filled with doubt and indecision.”

In the book The Crowd: A Study of the Popular Mind 1895, the writer Gustave Le Bon claims that when people grouping social activities; the conscious personality of people have entirely vanished; will and discernment are lost. All of the feelings and thoughts are bent in the direction that determined by the hypnotiser.

Indeed, as common sense; it is not that discernment, will and conscious personality of people are vanished; but because that in grouped life seeking society; people are worrying about being group ousted if that they behaved outstanding.

It is just such a inborn selfish mentality of human beings paved boulevard for people who feel certainty in beast instinct seizing leading position and this is the reason that the democracies globally are filled with politicians in inhuman beast.

How did the Chinese Communist Party successfully centralize China?

https://www.reddit.com/r/AskHistory/comments/1hcf1ib/how_did_the_chinese_communist_party_successfully/

Prior to the reunification of China in 1949 by Mao Zedong, China was in a civil war for 30 years plus being invaded by Japan and the last 60 years of dysfunctional government under the Qing. So how did the Chinese Communists successfully centralize power?

China was a primarily agrarian society and the wealth gap was pretty huge. The communist idea of the proletariat rising up against the bourgeoisie took hold as a result. Plus, the Republic of China (ROC) government, lead by the Guomindang (KMT), was brutal and disenfranchised many. Even Chiang Kai-Shek's rule over Taiwan after the war was brutal. People mistakenly think that the ROC and Chiang were the "good guys," but that really wasn't the case. Modern day Taiwan is no reflection of what the ROC once was. So there was a lot of resentment toward the ROC government, people were looking for radical change and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) offered it.

The Japanese took over China when the KMT was in charge, and so the KMT was not only seen as a brutal regime, but a brutal regime that couldn't keep the people safe from the horrors of Imperial Japan. Plus, during the rule of the KMT/ROC, there were a lot of various spheres of foreign influence in China. Shanghai specifically was broken up into various zones for foreign countries. The KMT/ROC were seen as simps to foreign powers. Mao offered a stronger, unified China against foreign influence and aggression.

By the time the war ended, the KMT/ROC was weak and it was easier for Mao and the CCP to defeat them. Mao and the CCP also had the backing of the Soviet Union. The US didn't really pay much attention to China in the 40s and the rise of communism. This was right before the US jumped into its "red scare" phase. So China easily fell under the grip of the CCP when you consider all of the facts above.

And let's not forget Mao. Chairman Mao, IMO, should go down in history as a great military leader and someone who can effectively gather support and get people to fight for a cause. He was a great military tactician. On the other hand, Mao was the shittiest of shitty leaders when it comes to actually running a country. That's why millions of Chinese people starved to death (different topic entirely). But when the CCP/Mao became in charge, Mao had already garnered a cult of personality that was infectious. And he/the CCP knew just how to brainwash and mobilize people to do whatever he wanted them to do, no matter how destructive the consequences were. Plus, the new China kicked out all foreign influence, which probably helped China a lot in the short term.

It's a complicated question, which requires a complicated answer. Mao and the CCP knew exactly what they were doing right up until they began to run the country, and then they really had no fucking idea what they were doing. I will say though that the CCP today definitely knows what it's doing, good, bad, or indifferent. Chinese politics are a different matter entirely.

China was broken apart due to the Qing dynasty suffering multiple wars with foreign powers, which then gave way to a series of rebellions which finally took it down. Since China was a huge country, local warlords took the opportunity to fill in the power vacuum.

When the Republic of China was established, numerous factions fought for power, eventually one faction emerged victorious and sought to centralize again and were well on its way of establishing its authority across the nation, until Japan decided to start a war. Fast forward to post WW2, the communist party swooped in and kicked the nationalists out, and there you have it.

Mind you, CCP had a much more direct approach than the nationalists, who tried to use diplomacy and forge alliances with local warlords. For the communists, its either you accept our authority, or its war.

As an unemployed biology college student in China who failed to pass CET4, please allow me to use machine translation to answer this question that requires a lot of text description to answer.

The story begins in the Beiyang warlord era. Sun Yat-sen, the founding father of the Republic of China, who was repeatedly teased and insulted by warlords and marshals, accepted military assistance from the Soviet Union in 1924 and established the Whampoa Military Academy in Guangdong as a brand-new army officer school to train Kuomintang and Communist Party officers (in the Chinese army of that period, non-commissioned officers were ignored) to establish a new democratic revolutionary army to eliminate the old separatist reactionary warlords. Mao Zedong, who was very important to Sun Yat-sen (Mao Zedong, as the secretary of the first congress of the Communist Party of China, once served as the acting propaganda minister of the Propaganda Department of the Kuomintang and the alternate member of the Executive Committee of the Kuomintang during the period of cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party), was the person in charge of the enrollment of the Whampoa Military Academy in Shanghai. Many future generals and marshals (regardless of their political orientation) were sent to this military school by him.

In 1926, when Sun Yat-sen had died, Chiang Kai-shek, as the principal of the Whampoa Military Academy, took control of the National Revolutionary Army after the Northern Expedition, which aimed to eliminate the separatist reactionary warlords in the north, began. Because he opposed the left-wing Kuomintang and the Communist Party's land reform, in April 1927, he joined forces with the right-wing Kuomintang, the big landlords, and the compradors of the powers to launch the 4.12 counter-revolutionary coup massacre, which wiped out nearly 200,000 left-wing members and destroyed the grassroots party organizations (including the Kuomintang and the Communist Party) in many provinces and cities, becoming the most powerful reactionary warlord in China. He did not dare to abolish the privileges of the imperialist powers in China, and Sun Yat-sen's national revolution was considered a failure.

Fortunately, at this dangerous moment of the coup, Mao Zedong, as a Communist and a member of the five-member committee of the Kuomintang Land Reform Committee, was conducting field research on the peasant movement in the countryside of Hunan Province. He and more than 190 Communist-KMT left-wing members were wanted by the Nanjing Nationalist Government. Although the process was very embarrassing, he still managed to escape the capture of the Kuomintang right wing. In May, he successfully participated in the Fifth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and became an alternate member of the Central Committee. In June, he became the Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China.

On August 1, the National Revolutionary Army controlled by the Chinese Communist Party officers launched the August 1 Uprising in Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi Province (the Chinese People's Liberation Army is believed to have been established at this time).

However, Mao Zedong did not participate in this August 1 Uprising but was sent by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province, to lead the Autumn Harvest Uprising on September 9. There he decided not to use the name of the Chinese National Revolutionary Army, but to use the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army as the name of the Chinese Communist Party's armed forces.

In the following 22 years, despite many failures, he and those Communist Party officers who graduated from the Whampoa Military Academy still successfully established an army composed of peasants. As a survivor of the massacre, Mao Zedong's theory in the face of the Kuomintang right-wing reactionaries after the 412 counter-revolutionary coup was to surround the cities with the countryside and that political power came from the barrel of a gun.

Other_Car_278•1y ago

The First Civil War between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party ended due to the invasion of Japanese imperialist fascism, and the Kuomintang and the Communist Party had to cooperate in the war of resistance. When the Second World War ended in 1945, the Communist Party controlled a quarter of China's population, more than 100 million people. Therefore, Mao Zedong and the officers of the Communist Party of China's Huangpu Military Academy led by him occupied the industrial city clusters in Northeast China in the next four years, established an army of more than one million people, changed the name of the army to the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and successfully eliminated the army controlled by the Kuomintang right-wing reactionaries in mainland China (the National Revolutionary Army was renamed the National Army, representing Chiang Kai-shek's abandonment of the revolution). Many generals of the army and divisions leading the Kuomintang reactionary army surrendered to their former Communist military academy classmates simply because they were disgusted with fighting for Chiang Kai-shek, the principal of the military academy. Chiang Kai-shek had to flee to Taiwan with other reactionary warlords to survive.

Let's get back to the question, How did the Chinese Communist Party successfully centralize China

Because this task should have been completed by the left-wing Kuomintang and the Communists, China should have become a more successful large Turkey in the 1920s, but Chiang Kai-shek and the right-wing reactionaries of the Kuomintang betrayed the National Revolution after Sun Yat-sen's death. Mao Zedong and other Communists had to spend more than 20 years redoing what Sun Yat-sen had done before, just like a second-round player - although they did a great job as the protagonists of a revenge story, I guarantee that they would rather live in a world line where the 412 counter-revolutionary coup did not happen (during the KMT-CCP Civil War, Mao Zedong lost his first wife, several children, and two younger brothers, all of whom were brutally killed by the KMT reactionaries)

Little Easter egg: In modern China, the two KMT-CCP Civil Wars/Liberation Wars are jokingly called the craziest school violence in history, starting from the disagreement between the principal (Chiang Kai-shek) and the dean of teaching (Zhou Enlai) to ordinary students fighting each other, and ending with millions of deaths.
