The rich of democracies come from the evil plunder

Harvard historian Niall Ferguson in 2012 book Civilization: The West and the Rest  indicated: In 600 years ago, Western Europe was a miserable poor place, ravaged by war and plague. During 16 century, learnt mathematics, astronomy, technology and creativity from China and developed six killer apps: competition, science, law, medicine, consumerism, and work ethic, and then the West came to control the 3/5 of mankind and the 4/5 of world economy.

Book said that the days of Western predominance are numbered because of that Europeans no longer work long hours, and Americans have almost given up saving completely. The real workers and savers in the world are now the heirs of Confucius, not Calvin. Western civilization has lost ability to solve the world's problems. The future world will rule by Asian Confucian culture. 

The rich of democracies does not come from the creation of wealth brought from the governance of democray, but from the inhuman plunders by military force; later by economy. For instance; during the First Sino-Japanese War, China compensated 230 million taels of silver to Japanese; later, paid 980 million taels of silver to Eight-Nation Alliance, plus 20 million taels to the church, for a total of 1 billion taels. In the Second Opium War 1860, French and British troops looted the imperial collections and then looted, and burnt Old Summer Palace of China.

French people has been exhaustedly cheating play of touting their over humanized ancesters fabricated ideology, Values, Freedom and Human rights.

But, the actual soul and actions of French were extremely inhuman; they beastly colonial-slaughtered the world, until this day, in many museums of France; still preserved over 26,000 of cultural relics that plundered from China.

French writer has a human conscience, Victor Hugo who once wrote: One day, two robbers broke into the Old Summer Palace. One robber looted extensively, while the other set it ablaze. One robber was called France, and the other England.

The rich of the United States primarily stems from its exploitation of the global economy through the hegemony of the US dollar. In 1944, established Bretton Woods system,  stipulated that the US dollar served as the international reserve currency and the primary means of international settlement. From then on, the US plundered the global economy by printing massive amounts of dollars, by manipulating interest rates, and draining the savings of smaller nations. After the US reneged on its promises and destroyed the Bretton Woods system, former Secretary of State Kissinger introduced the petrodollar, using dollars to settle oil trade, continuing the dollar's plunder of global wealth.

On September 26, 2023, an article reported that France was forced to withdraw troops and Ambassador from Niger, France's Africa Is Over. Some people refer to Africa as the French's "African dairy cow." In 1945, France established its own version of the Bretton Woods system in Africa, using the French franc to plunder the economies of its African colonies. In 2020, Africa's total GDP was only $2.6 trillion, while France directly and indirectly plundered as much as $500 billion annually from Africa.

In 2021, Prof Jason Hickel published Plunder in the Post-Colonial Era: Quantifying Drain from the Global South Through Unequal Exchange,1960–2018, indicates that the  drain from the South remains a significant feature of the world economy in the post-colonial era; rich countries continue to rely on imperial forms of appropriation to sustain their high levels of income and consumption.

“Imperial powers finally withdrew most of their flags; armies from the South in the mid-20th century. But the following decades, economists and historians associated with dependency theory argued that the underlying pattern of colonial appropriation remained in place and continued to define the global economy. But the imperialism has never ended, they argued – it just changed form.”

“They were right. The research demonstrates that rich countries continue to rely on  a large net appropriation from the global South, including tens of billions of tonnes  of raw materials and hundreds of billions of hours of human labour per year – embodied not only in primary commodities,but also in high-tech industrial goods; smartphones, laptops, computer chips, cars, which over the past decades have come to be overwhelmingly manufactured in the South.”

2023, a report said that for decades, the US and Western countries sought to have China as consumer in a single economy led by the West. Washington continued to pressure China with investment restriction and export ban, but China reoriented its major economy to the developing world.  In the autumn of 2022,  China reached a milestone of trade with developing countries exceeded the combined trade with the US, Europe, Japan; made a Death Bell to the West.

Today, the conflict on the world is mainly stemmed from European loot-killing made Western individualistic culture based civilization dying struggles to fight against that China's Confucian collectivistic culture based civilization.

The individualistic civilization benefits only the self at the expense of others. Now it has been abandoned by the world countries and turn to collectivistic civilization for common prosperity. Chine is merging the world by culture.

The Confucian Collectivistic Civilization of China has been in humanizing the west dehumanized world. China updated 2000 years old Silk Road as Belt and Road integrating the cultures and economies of long hostile feuds countries that hatred fragmented by the West to create a coexistence prosperity.

As China mediated the restoration of diplomatic relation between Saudi Arabia and Iran at the ambassadorial level, a wave of "great reconciliation" appeared in the hostile countries in the Middle East. The reconciled enemy countries checked their accounts and reflected on the history of events found that many events that caused conflict were deliberately created by foereihn countries.

The US David Goldman sighed that: "the United States has tended to look at these places (global south) as baggage;we don't take them seriously. But people of China take them seriously and the longest biggest challenge to the U.S. influence in the world is China's ability to integrate billions of marginalized people into the world economy; help them going from making $2 a day which is misery and degradation  to the $10- 15 per day;  which is the beginning of dignity."
