讀到很有意思的一段心靈物語：
人的一切煩惱來自執着。我們執着什麼，就會被什麼所騙。我們執着誰，就會被誰所傷害。所以我們要學會放下，凡事看淡一些，不牽掛，不計較，是是非非無所謂。無論失去什麼，都不要失去好心情。心是工畫師，把握住自己的心，讓心境清淨，潔白，安靜。

和聖經道理有異曲同工之妙：
詩 篇 Psalms 62:8 你們眾民當時時倚靠他、在他面前傾心吐意．神是我們的避難所。
（Psalms [62:8] Trust in him at all times, O people;
       pour out your heart before him;
      God is a refuge for us.）

不能把執著放在人身上，要放在神身上！只有執着追求耶穌才能“把握住自己的心，讓心境清淨，潔白，安靜”。

讓自己執着追求耶穌謙卑到仇敵的箭射來時，因為已經俯伏在地，所以能不受傷害。

箴 言 Proverbs[11:2] 驕傲來、羞恥也來．謙遜人卻有智慧。
（Proverbs [11:2]  When pride comes, then comes disgrace,
       but with the humble is wisdom.）

只有執着追求耶穌才能用愛去包容，寬恕和饒恕。主啊，求你讓我更象你！雲淡風清，寵辱不驚！

林前 13:4 愛是恆久忍耐，又有恩慈；愛是不嫉妒；愛是不自誇，不張狂，

林前 13:5 不作害羞的事，不求自己的益處，不輕易發怒，不計算人的惡，

林前 13:6 不喜歡不義，只喜歡真理；

林前 13:7 凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。

林前 13:8 愛是永不止息。
