你真的介意，真的在乎，真的想要，真的渴望的話，你一定能夠做到的。什麼事情都沒有想象的那麼難。但，每一天每一小時每一分鐘都清醒的做到，這很難很難。決定命運的並不是天上掉下來的一個大大的機會，而是每一分鐘裡你做的一個微小的選擇。所有的差別就只在那一分鐘裡。

就象文摘中看到的這一段，雖然和不可愛的人呆在一起，還能保持良好的心境，就要靠神引領，分分秒秒都和老我作鬥爭，不去論斷。

晨更時神應許說：
詩 66:8 萬民哪！你們當稱頌我們的　神，使人得聽讚美他的聲音。
詩 66:9 他使我們的性命存活，也不叫我們的腳搖動。
詩 66:10 神啊！你曾試驗我們，熬煉我們，如熬煉銀子一樣。
詩 66:11 你使我們進入網羅，把重擔放在我們的身上。
詩 66:12 你使人坐車軋我們的頭；我們經過水火，你卻使我們到豐富之地。
