你真的介意，真的在乎，真的想要，真的渴望的话，你一定能够做到的。什么事情都没有想象的那么难。但，每一天每一小时每一分钟都清醒的做到，这很难很难。决定命运的并不是天上掉下来的一个大大的机会，而是每一分钟里你做的一个微小的选择。所有的差别就只在那一分钟里。

就象文摘中看到的这一段，虽然和不可爱的人呆在一起，还能保持良好的心境，就要靠神引领，分分秒秒都和老我作斗争，不去论断。

晨更时神应许说：
诗 66:8 万民哪！你们当称颂我们的　神，使人得听赞美他的声音。
诗 66:9 他使我们的性命存活，也不叫我们的脚摇动。
诗 66:10 神啊！你曾试验我们，熬炼我们，如熬炼银子一样。
诗 66:11 你使我们进入网罗，把重担放在我们的身上。
诗 66:12 你使人坐车轧我们的头；我们经过水火，你却使我们到丰富之地。
