人 means a person ， it is easy to remember. it look like a person stand with feet.

众 put three person together means many person, or we can say people.

从 put two person together-- one person is  following another---means following , from where come from.

these words are related with person,people.

大 when you want to say something very big, then you may expand your arms and legs as big as possible to describe the concept of big.

天 the one above  big， we means god，sky. we can say :sky is all above us, very big ...
