08/23/22, Stand By (2) – 12053 Helen Marshall Cultural Center at Queens Borough Hall. Notice to Work received on 08/17/22, but Board of Election REFUSED to change the assigned job. I had emailed ElectionInfo@boe.nyc multiple times, but it always claimed the job assignment is made at the District office, but my numerous calls to BOE’s Queens Borough Office at (718) 730-6730 was either transferred to no pick-up, or not answered, or answered with “if you did not confirm that job assignment, then there is NO job assignment.” Due to the UNCERTAINTY of ACTUAL JOB LOCATION AND the INCONVIENCE OF RETURN AT LATE NIGHT, I rejected this assignment on BOE website prior to election day.

11/08/22

First Name Margaret or its close similar. Although I did not see or remember her full name from her neck-hung work ID badge, her badge clearly prints her as a “D Inspector Table”. A short, petite, bony, old probably in her 70s, white woman, native English, very old and faded bluish coat. Lives nearby as one young Chinese-looking voter was calling her name out and identifying her as “his neighbor”. She answered me that she has been a poll worker long time, but she was often referring to her own brought-with Poll Worker Manual even about opening the cart and setting up the table. She appeared UNFAMILIAR with the E-poll book and the Inspector Table job. Polite behavior and quiet talk. Negro Coordinator swapped her with the “D Inspector Scanner” Thomas (last name Uk?, Chinese-looking man, moderate height and build, probably in his 60s) when a Latino-like, tall, mid-aged, woman came in at probably 6 or 7 am, as probably one of the very first voters at our ED40 table, FILLED ALL OVALS and WROTE IN ALL “OTHER” BOXES on ALL THREE SCANNABLE BALLOTS for her ALL THREE TIMES and the voiding did NOT go through the E-poll book yet. Margaret submissively followed the swap. By 10 or 11 AM, I found that Thomas quite obviously showed coughing and wet nose symptoms and my nose started to itch, I approached the Coordinator, explaining, and asking for Margaret back. Negro Coordinator acted with disbelief on me and backed off a few steps and waved her hands as if she had smelt something bad from me! I recently started to smoke tobacco, and I can VERY OCCASIONALLY smell the tobacco odor on myself. When Coordinator Negro used an excuse of “verifying voter’s address” and crapped about “federal crime” of “voter fraud”, and I frankly rebutted her nonsense by saying that voting in New York without a voter ID is more of a federal crime, and the Negro claimed she did not understand my statement, Margaret repeated with a grin to her what I just said. Coordinator negro then seemed to want to dismiss me right away, but actually took over to work on the E-poll book between ~19:15 to ~20:15 (?) for the waiting line of ~10 voters, of which some, even claimingly to be OLD VOTERS, could NOT be found on E-poll book and had to go through her SLOW and thus LONG proceeding of Affidavit Adding and Affidavit Voting. Margaret then continued to show Eerie Grin for minutes with her mask off. Margaret bucked moderately when the Negro Coordinator was ordering her to do whatever on issuing a ballot to a voter.

06/28/22 Primary Election

A short, fat, black woman, approximately in her 40s. Her teenage-like son, short and fat, works on ED 39 table. Now I finally recalled that the Coordinator was referring to them as “the Robinsons”.

11/02/21 NYC Mayoral Election

No coworker. I was on Scanner A (or C?), next to the BMD.

Time:

11/08/22

5:00 AM to about 22:20 PM. At almost 5:00 AM, when I was about to arrive at P.S. 120 on 136 St, a unmarked dark sedan car started from the school-side’s curbside, put on flashes, and drove away. There was only a young Chinese-looking man standing at the 136 St & 58^th AVE corner and reading a poll worker manual. I thought other poll workers might have entered through the back playground voters’ entrance, but that door was locked and nobody else was there. So I walked back, and found now that young guy was gone. I tried the locked front entrance near the 136 St & 58 Ave corner. Then, I went through the front entrance near the 136 St & 58 ROAD corner. The black female in her apparent 30s behind her desk first kind of wanted to prevent me from entering but then told me to GO ALL THE WAY DOWN AND TURN LEFT, which would be to the ADULT RESTROOM. I ignored that shit and went for the immediate left hallway to go to the election site at the school luncheon hall. Multiple poll workers, including the recognizable obese black woman coordinator, had just arrived but not started yet. Although my table was the first of the three inspector tables to get the poll work done and ready to turn in all the needed paperwork and the orange canvas Return Bag, the negro Coordinator refused to accept and thus all the three inspector tables’ workers were held to leave last before the coordinator and white mid-aged uniformed male cop.

11/02/21 & 06/28/22, 5:00 AM to past 10 PM

Coordinator:

All three times, the same black woman, mid-aged, probably in her 40s or 50s, obese, with a call name of “Sandra” but I was not able to see her ID badge on 11/08/22. She brought bite-size sweet balls and bulk coffee from Dunkin Donut on 11/02/21 and 11/08/22 for poll workers. She came probably ten or fifteen minutes late on 11/02/21. On 11/02/21, some humanscum took away the key of the ballot scanner assigned to me and secretly held it for tens of minutes so I could NOT start setting the scanner ready! I told the Coordinator, and then, as now I recall, it’s a young Chinese woman, as an experienced poll worker coming as a stand-by to work here, probably called as Jennifer, who gave me the key. This “Jennifer” was telling me never to show how smart or capable you are on getting things done. “Jennifer” later complained to many Chinese poll workers that the Negro Coordinator was too bossy and telling her not to talk much or do this or that. The Negro Coordinator seemed to ask her to go off the poll venue and have a “conversation” with the Negro herself. On 11/02/21, I was the first scanner to get things done and to give things to the Coordinator, but she REFUSED by claiming she was NOT ready yet. In my recall, ALL THREE TIMES I was among the last group exiting before the Coordinator. On 06/28/22, an obese mid-aged, poll work EXPERIENCED, negro woman worked together with me on Inspector Table AD25 ED40, and she had her 18-yr-old-like fat son working as an Inspector Table on ED39. I forgot her name, but her own bossy and aggressive attitude in the beginning toward me was unforgettable. I directly rejected it. She filled herself as Chairperson on the Table Booklet, but the Coordinator told her she should NOT do so. Then she said she needed to buy breakfast for her son and herself, and the Coordinator was reluctant on it, but they did that anyway. Later, this negro Inspector complained to me that how harsh the Coordinator was to her so she would FILE a formal complaint. I told this “coworker” NO need because of one day work. On 06/28/22, the old Taiwanese woman named Wendy Chu came as a “stand by” to this poll site, and the Coordinator assigned her first on the single BMD machine before on other job. Wendy Chu complained about the Coordinator’s bossiness too.

Other Problems WITH Coordinator and Coworkers:

11/08/22

A Chinese old woman, probably in her 50s, as an Inspector Scanner, talking English and Cantonese (?), FOR NO RIGHT REASON showing her grump face and nasty attitude toward me, INTENTIONALLY KEPT MESSING UP my work! At probably 10 or 11 AM, she brought an ALL-CORRECTLY-FILLED scannable ballot to me to tell me to void it. I asked WHY. She did NOT explain, but she went on to write VOID on the ballot. I still questioned WHY. She and then Thomas were vaguely claiming the scanner was JAMMED by this ballot. She claimed a male voter HAD ALREADY FILLED IN ANOTHER SCANNABLE BALLOT and HAD ALREADY LEFT. I told her I had NOT noticed any male voter came back to my table asking for a replacement ballot, and if THE SCANNER and my TABLE coworker did this way, later MY CANVASS RESULT FORM would be messed up because such a void had NOT been tracked down through the E-poll book to THAT VOTER. Since I had not noticed any jamming situation at any scanner only about eight feet right in front me, I suspected the AMERICAN EVIL SYSTEM once again used some “coworker” or “coordinator” to DELIBERATELY MESS ME UP AND CREATE SOME “STORIES”, I then brought that ballot to the scanners trying to insert the ballot, both this Chinese bitch and Thomas prevented me. Then the mid-to-old-aged Latino-looking woman, who identified herself as a poll-site TECHNICIAN took over that ballot and wrote on a side edge box to void it. Then, my attitude became as “whatever” and I marked a big “VOID” across the ballot. Now, the Coordinator NEGRO BITCH took this kind of NORMAL DISPUTE OVER WORK as MY PERSONALITY FAULT, and CLAIMED I had an emotion and my emotion disturbed voters and I needed to calm down. Then the NEGRO BITCH wanted to show her superiority and called me to the kitchen entrance’s table area and wanted to have a TALK. While she kept projecting her NONSENSE ALLEGATIONS on me and wanted me ONLY TO LISTEN TO WHAT SHE CRAPPED, I held on with a moment of silence, and then DEMANDED a chance of MY TALK: 1) There was NO such a MALE voter in a blue jacket or whatever that far having come to my table asking either Margaret or me for a REPLACEMENT ballot; 2) That perfectly-shaped ballot was marked ALL CORRECTLY, so if it were really jamming one scanner, it might NOT jam ALL OTHER THREE SCANNERS; 3) If that real voter wanted to change his election, he should be told by the Scanner Inspectors to go for right Inspector Table for a replacement ballot, and I need to void it into the E-poll book too, because at the end of the canvass, I need to match up the ballot numbers from the left ballots, the voided ballots, and the scanner printouts; 4) If the numbers would not match up, I the Table Inspector would be blamed of “lousy work”, but I want to get my assigned job done to my quality limit, and I have my rights to REFUSE others’ apparently intentional messing-up with me, so YOU SHOULD TELL THE SCANNERS TO RESPECT MY ASSIGNED JOB; 5) IF I DO NEED SOME OTHERS’ “HELP”, I WOULD ASK FOR. YOU SHOULD NOT KEEP PROJECTING DOUBT OR DISPROVAL OF MY WORK WHEN I WAS FOLLOWING THE RIGHT PROTOCOL OF POLL WORK. YOU SHOULD TELL THAT SCANNER WOMAN TO STOP STICKING HER NOSE OVER. During this round of talk, a black man in (school) police uniform slowly came out of the hallway toward the poll venue, without asking anything.

Margaret filled her information into the Poll Worker Booklet in the beginning hours, not as a Chairperson though. When I started to fill mine into it, the Coordinator Negro came over and stopped me from finishing it and collected it away. Later, at ~12 noon, I wanted to take my first one-hour break and went to the Coordinator’s table. A break sign-up sheet there was already filled 1/3, so I talked and wrote down mine. Then and there, the Coordinator Negro asked for my Notice of Work and gave a Booklet for me to write in my contact info and check-in time, etc, and some Indian bitch “translator” was saying “he is a troublemaker”. On 11/08/22, I NEVER NOTICED THE COORDINATOR’S POSSIBLE ANNOUNCEMENT to everybody for filling in the booklet, collecting Notice To Work, or signing up the break-time sheet. However, near the closing, she came over to my table with MY TABLE’S BOOKLET and asked me to fill in. I said I had done it on another booklet. Now, she acted first as if she had forgotten so she pressed me to FILL IN MY TABLE’S BOOKLET, and then as if she now found my fill-in in ANOTHER BOOKLET so she crossed that out.

While I was working alone during Margaret’s first break, I prepared about ten sets of a ballot and an “I Voted” sticker inside a privacy sleeve on the table, THAT CHINESE SCANNER BITCH KEPT, OBVIOUSLY INTENTIONALLY, PUTTING COLLECTED EMPTY SLEEVES ONTO MY PREPARED HAVING-BALLOT SLEEVES, AND MEANWHILE THE EUROPEAN-IMMIGRANT-LIKE BITCH WORKING ON THE NEIGHBORING TABLE ED39 CLAIMED HER TABLE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH EMPTY SLEEVES AND SO SHE TOOK AWAY SOME SLEEVES FROM MY TABLE. I THEN RUSHED TO SEPARATE AND HOLD THE PREPARED SETS UNDER MY FOREARM. At the closing, my E-poll book registered 349 voters, 10 affidavits, and 11 voids. The number of actual gone ballots was 350. The style number of my table’s ballots is 150, and those of the ED38 and ED39 tables are 148 and 149, respectively. I suspect SOME HUMANSCUM INTENTIONALLY TOOK AWAY A BALLOT WHILE I WAS AWAY FROM MY TABLE, OR MY COWORKER MARGARET WAS A MOLE, OR MARGARET OR SOME FILL-IN WORKER INNOCENTLY GAVE TWO STUCK-TOGETHER BALLOTS TO ANOTHER VOTER BECAUSE AT ONE TIME A VOTER SAID SHE GOT TWO AND THUS RETURNED A BLANK ONE. Negro Coordinator asked about the number match-up at the collection of results items, and she was amazed that my table had only a mismatch of ONE. The European-like bitch on ED39, probably in her 60s, immigrant accent of broken English, also asked me match or mismatch and bragged HER PERFECT MATCH.

11/02/21

AFTER the PSYCHOTIC-LIKE doing-nothing negro woman shouted “Adams won”, I brought over the Portable Memory Device to the Negro Coordinator, for LONG MINUTES while I stood by her table, the Coordinator did NOT insert the USB thumb disk to ANYWHERE. I thought, by poll work manual, she was supposed to UPLOAD the canvass results from the PMD to the Election laptop in front of her and then the Board of Election could wirelessly, remotely know the canvass results from that scanner.

The old, slim, Chinese-and-English-speaking man all three times working on the Ballot Marking Device, INITIATED his disparaging of Communism during the casual talk with me. I modestly argued what you have really known or experienced about Communism. He said he was an immigrant from some Non-communism Southeastern Asia country and he HEARD about some others said bad “stories” of communisms. I questioned why he would simply take their “stories” while the U.S.A. has so many REAL REALLY BAD EXPERIENCES STORIES but the U.S.A. denies REAL STORIES and prefers to award foreigners with IMMIGRANT LEGAL STATUS with BAD, OFTEN FABRICATED, STORIES.

Problems Happened ON Other Poll Workers:

11/08/22

Tables ED 38 and 39 each have only one inspector, and the young Chinese-like Fluent-English guy at ED 38 apparently was on first poll work and his E-poll book had zero battery power, and when the poll site started to take voters at 6 AM, a LINE formed at his table because the charging from an external battery took tens of minutes for his E-poll book to power on. The old crooked broken-English Cantonese Kong(?) was often working on ED 38 with him, probably not helping him really. At the closing, the young guy was the LAST ONE to wrap up but he did NOT say goodbye to ANYBODY before he exited BEFORE US. As if ED 38 had not had its charging cable or charger, and ED 39 had not had its backup batteries, so the later-arrived Latino-like Technician took my ED 40 table’s charger and cable away in the morning and the Coordinator asked me FOR my table’s charger and cable before she gave the charger and cable back, and so ED 39 table asked for my table’s 2^nd external battery in the evening and the Coordinator returned a DIFFERENT battery to my table near the closing.

11/02/21

The young Chinese woman, according to my blurry recollection, named as “Jennifer” and wearing CHEAP FLUFFY SLIPPERS, self-claiming she drove over from Manhattan, was VERY TALKATIVE, and Coordinator disliked and had problem with her. “Jennifer” complained to many, including to me, about Coordinator’s bossiness, and said she would NEVER work at this poll site again.

At the closing, the old slim PSYCHOTIC-LIKE black woman, probably in her 60s, I am not sure what the FUCK her assigned job was but I saw she was often sitting near the kitchen entrance, i.e., away from the poll venue and reading news and watching videos on her tablet, SUDDENLY HAD A FIERCE ARGUMENT with the leaving young Chinese woman who worked on the Check-In Tablet at the Information Table. The young woman was murmuring “Shut up” on her leaving, but the old Negro was aggressively shouting “YOU Shut up” and verbally threatening to GUN HER DOWN. This old Negro had been cheerfully shouting “Adams won” even before this poll site printed the canvass results or handed in the Portable Memory Devices to the Coordinator.

Voting Problems:

11/08/22

As described above, a Latino-like mid-aged tall woman came in soon after 6 AM to vote, but she QUICKLY filled in ALL OVALS AND wrote in ALL BOXES in the “Other” candidate column and CAME DIRECTLY to my ED 40 table, i.e., WITHOUT GOING TO A SCANNER, for VOIDING AND ANOTHER BALLOT. SHE DID THE SAME WAY ONTO THE TWO REPLACEMENT BALLOTS. Margaret and I were not ready to void her first DELIBERATELY MESSED-UP ballot yet, but OTHER POLL WORKERS, including the NASTY CHINESE WOMAN SCANNER, ED 39 TABLE INSPECTOR “EUROPEAN” WOMAN, AND NEGRO COORDINATOR MYSTERICALLY SWARMED MY ED 40 TABLE, AND THEN COORDINATOR CLAIMED Margaret and I did “NOT” know how to do the job and thus switched the obviously flu-symptomed Scanner Inspector Thomas to sit with me, and Thomas then acted to run the E-poll book AND the paper ballots. Quickly after three voids, the ED 39 table woman proactively said to this voter that she could vote with an “AFFIDAVIT” ballot, and then passed her a BALLOT. However, to my recollect, I was the one ripped the pack of AFFIDAVIT ballots LATER, so I believed this “EUROPEAN” BITCH from ED 39 was INTENTIONALLY MESSING ME UP BY GIVING A FOURTH SCANNABLE TO HER, and then this VOTER passed the SEALED ENVELOPE BACK TO MY ED 40 TABLE. So, when the PREMEDITATED EVIL SYSTEM opens her sealed ENVELOPE, a SCANNABLE BALLOT of STYLE 150, instead of an AFFIDAVIT BALLOT, would be found inside.

Also, described above, a Perfectly marked Perfect-Shaped Scannable ballot was voided by the Chinese female scanner and then by the Latino-like “technician”, and then multiple humanscums, including the NEGRO COORDINATOR, used the dispute over this ballot to VERBALLY ASSAULT ME.

Yang Jie, a young Chinese lady, wanted to vote her first vote WITHOUT PRIOR VOTER REGISTRATION, and I processed her with ADDING AFFIDAVIT and AFFIDAVIT BALLOT.

A young woman, ~ in her late 20s or early 30s, coming with a BIG and STRONG dog, was waiting at ED 39 table for VERY VERY LONG. I did not know what’s the problem. While I passed by and touched the dog’s head, this voter showed SMOLDERING ANGER.

A chubby man, mid-aged, came to ED 40 and vehemently rejected my selection on the E-poll book for the “Chinese” version of the scannable ballot. He declared he is not a Chinese and he is a Tibetan. I explained normally that the Chinese version means having Chinese as the 2^nd language along the English, and there is NO Tibetan version. He then made no further complaint.

Zhang whatever, an old Chinese-looking Mandarin-speaking man, in his 60s probably, repetitively answered me that he NEVER requested or received an “absentee” ballot, but the E-poll book showed his voting status as “absentee voter”. I gave him an Affidavit ballot and told him to ask for a Chinese interpreter from Information Table to help him. He later came back with the done envelope, telling me that someone had taken him for his Driver License and applied for “absentee” ballot. I then again asked him whether he had received an “absentee” ballot from mail, but he still said he did NOT get such a mail.

Chen Wei, a young Chinese-speaking man, ~ in his late 20s or early 30s, was at ED 40 table with his girlfriend- or wife-like Chinese woman, at ~ 6:00 PM when I returned from my second break. The female’s voter registration was easily found on E-poll book, but TENS of “Chen, Wei” were found on E-pool book but NONE matches his orally-verified-current address shown on his REAL ID NYS DRIVER LICENSE or any other address with the DOB shown on his ID. He claimed he voted here in previous elections. Thomas was filling in my post and had NOT found this guy’s record either. I tried search by DOB or ADDRESS, but NO match from DOB search, and ADDRESS SEARCH DID NOT WORK AT ALL, i.e., NO drop-down list showed up while typing in address, and the small window of “No Record Found” always popped up at the end. He was then added as an Affidavit Voter and voted with an Affidavit Ballot. There was a long line of >5 voters behind them.

Latino-like, facial mustached, man, ~ in his 40s, fluent and natural English, NO voter record, was added as an Affidavit Voter by Negro Coordinator around 7 or 8 PM while she replaced me on ED 40 for about one hour.

Latino-like woman, in her ~40s or 50s, with fluent English and no accent, was in the waiting line with an old man in wheelchair, at ~ 6 PM to 8 PM. NO voter record was found for that OLD MAN, according to the NYS Driver License the woman presented. Other modes of search did not match or work. While the man was all the way SILENT, the woman had a nasty temper, claiming the old man’s vote record was found on the tablet at the Information Table. I told her to go to the Information Table again and to tell the Coordinator this weird thing. She then left my table. While Negro Coordinator sat on my table, this Latino-like woman came back here. Coordinator could NOT find the old man’s record either, and thus added him Affidavit and gave her Affidavit Ballot. Afterward, probably while giving the Affidavit Ballot back, this Latino-like woman was questioned by Negro Coordinator who gave her the AB and “identified” me as the one. I frankly and clearly said it’s ABSOLUTELY NOT ME, and explained BECAUSE she was mad at me while I simply could not find her elderly’s voter record and I was pissed off by her unreasonable anger, and soon I was “removed” from the table by Negro Coordinator due to the NEGRO’S BULLSHIT INSTRUCTION OF ASKING VOTERS TO VERIFY THEIR ADDRESSES INSTEAD OF DIRECTLY VERIFYING BY THEIR PROVIDED VOTER ID’s AND HER RIDICULOUS INIMIDATION OF FEDERAL CRIME OF VOTING FRAUD AND MY STRAIGHT ARGUING-BACK OF VOTING WITHOUT A VOTER ID WOULD MEAN MORE OF A FEDERAL CRIME ALTHOUGH NOT IN NEW YORK, so I did NOT touch ANY VOTER STUFF during that hour or so. Negro Coordinator was NOT familiar with the Table Inspector work, and thus held the line WAITING FOR TENS OF MINUTES, and allowed the Latino-like woman to skip the line of MOSTLY CHINESE VOTERS. If I had not been removed there, that line could have been processed within FIVE MINUTES in all CORRECT PROCEDURE.

A woman, ~ in her 60s, came in at ~ 7 PM, with a USA passport open to a VISA page of FOREIGN LANGUAGE, to my table. Negro Coordinator was physically at my table behind me. It’s around this time point that Negro Coordinator took over my post and processed her via E-poll book.

E-poll book multiple-times froze up during the voter processing, so this wireless connected device must be REMOTELY controlled and manipulated.

E-poll book does not work on searching mode by address, and the Map Locator does not work either.

E-poll book shows ONLY ALTERNATING CONTINUOUS BIG CHUCKS of VOTED VOTERS and HAVING-NOT-VOTED ACTIVE VOTERS when I checked the registered voter list at ~20:30.

E-poll book of ED 39 was IMPOSSIBLE to be turned off, not matter how many times I tried or how long I held the power-off button. The “European” woman asked me to help her dissemble the set and to power the tablet off. The ED 40 table’s tablet shut down after a couple of attempts.

The voters coming to this poll site are mostly, to my estimate, >50%, Chinese ethic. There are many other races and ethics such as Indians, Latinos, Whites, Other East Asians, but I did not remember even a single BLACK came to ED 40 table for voting on 11/08/22. However, the Coordinator is for all three times that Negro woman. Such an arrangement well suggests a “reason”: systematic voting fraud.

The voter volume on 11/08/22 was a lot bigger, 2-to-4 times, than those on 11/02/21 and 06/28/22. The eventual tally of 11/08/22 was 439 voters on my E-poll book of AD25 ED40, matching those from the scanners. However, for the day, prepared were 17 pacts of version 1 (Chinese as a 2^nd language) and 17 pacts of version 2 (Bengali) in my cart, and each pact has fifty scannable ballots. If Board of Election plans things according to the TOTAL of registered voters, then only ~25% (I previously miscalculated as ~35%) voters showed up. If BOE plans things according to previous low voter outcomes, then the percentage of voter involvement is further lower.

Miscellany:

Again and again, the ballots have sections of candidates for local or state posts from whom I have NEVER seen any ad on TV, internet, newspaper, or in the mail. And two, the ballots often have sections of candidates who have NO competitors at all, for example, voters choose four judges out of four candidates, or one state assemblyman out of only one candidate. And three, the proposals on the ballots were RARELY heard of from whatever form of media.

Although in recent rounds, on the NYC BOE website, I have made myself “available” for all the NINE “early voting” days in each election round for possible poll work assignment. So far, all four times the assignment has been made ONLY to the “election day”.

On February 22, 2022, I got a check of $26.78 from NYC Board of Election in the mail. I am not sure why.

On Dec. 12, 2022, I got the paycheck about the Nov. 08, 2022 5:00 AM to past 10 PM poll work as a D Table Inspector. I found the pay is SIGNIFICANTLY LESS (20% LESS) THAN THE EXACT same poll work as a D Table Inspector on Jun. 28, 2022. Both times had the supposedly-paid fresh-up training. I then immediately emailed ElectionInfo@boe.nyc about the significant decrease and wanted to know why. On Dec. 13, 2022, I followed-up with the specific amounts of TOTAL EARNING. I do not know if and how NYC BOE would respond to this. I am suspecting whether the Coordinator had falsified something to personally retaliate me, or whether the NYC SYSTEM PUNISHES ME LIKE THIS WHEN I SPEAK THE TRUTH.

Although even by this November, 2022 I have worked only three days as poll worker, the Medicaid-originated health insurance EmblemHealth sent me a letter probably in the beginning months like January or February of 2022 claiming I am a “City employee”!  EmblemHealth was involved in the American Evil System’s PREMEDITATED AND COORDINATED NUMEROUS ATTEMPTED-MURDERS ON ME, because in early January 2018 I got a mail from EmblemHealth, inside letter dated as Jan. 02, 2018, claiming my Primary Care Physician was “Charles Hwu” but he was not in EmblemHealth network any more so I “needed” to find a NEW PCP. Then, on Jan. 16, 2018, I got almost fatally injured from falling off the AES HUMANSCUMS’ trap ladder at B.Q. Wide Auto Body Parts Supply, Inc. (109-35 178^th St, Jamaica, NY 11433). Then, it’s SO HARD for me to find a REAL PCP from EmblemHealth until Jan. 22, 2018. The new PCP is Alan E. Beyda (14123 59^th Ave, Flushing, NY 11355), first giving me an immediate appointment on 01/22/18 but then POSTPONING it UNTIL 01/29/18! He made me wait hours long, and then had physical examination without any medical device other than a reflex hammer and a Babinski reflex piece. The Babinski reflex was SO EXTREME, but this HUMANSCUM later in mid-March 2018 gave me a “medical report” of only one LINE and a half but still WITHOUT TELLING any “findings”. Later, I realized that my PCP was ACTUALLY Sandra Forde since year 2015 but I have NEVER made a visit to her. On June 18, 2018, around 5 PM, I was at the EmblemHealth local office at Sanford Ave and Kissena Blvd asking about its “record” of my PCPs over the years. The young Chinese woman avoided my request, and then a mid-aged Chinese man picked up. He claimed he could NOT directly print out this “record” so he copied and pasted and then printed out a very simple but odd page. However, it’s confirmed that in years 2016 and 2017 my PCP on “record” was Sandra Forde, and Charles Hwu was the “record” PCP in 2015 only. When I was leaving that building at ~5:30 PM, two uniformed cops were walking toward the entrance. On August 07, 2019, for the so-called “ANNUAL CHECKUP”, Beyda did not see me at all, and a nurse-like young fat white woman in plainclothes was ONLY measuring my body weight while showing her EXTREME UNFAMILIARITY to the weighing scale, and clumsily inserting an ODOSCOPE taken from a wall rack into my right ear for CLAIMING “TEMPERATURE MEASURE”, and then clumsily removing the disposable rubber tip-cover off into a garbage bin. Later that night, I had VIOLENT HEART CONVULSIONS for long tens of minutes, and I thought I was going to die that night. I suspect that “nurse” was a SOPHISTICATED murderer having inserted some LETHAL TOXIN into my ear canal. Before such a death brush, the only other suspect would be the Starbuck canned liquid coffee the children got FREE from the August 03-04, 2019 Dragon Boat Festival annually held at Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Then, later still in Aug. 2019, when I asked for any formal “medical record” of my 01/29/18 visit from Allan E. Beyda office, the old Chinese-like front-desk lady gave me a photocopy of a handwritten “note”, which IS ABSOLUTELY FABRICATED and claims even the Babinski reflex was “NEGATIVE”, and Allan E. Beyda himself showed “difficulty” in telling me what words/letters/symbols were on “HIS OWN” handwriting.

The old, short, limping gaited, Chinese woman, with a used dirty surgical mask inside out on face, selling scenery plants on street corner of Main St and Maple Ave with her husband, was working as a “translator” on the Information Table.

There was gunshots-like sound near P.S. 120 before 5 AM. When I came to P.S. 120 at ~ 5:00 AM, I saw multiple uniformed cops standing by at least one marked NYPD sedan at the southwestern corner on 58^th Rd near the 136^th St and 58^th Rd, looking along 58^th Rd toward Main St. Not sure what’s that about. At ~12:00 noon, while I walked back home from 58^th Ave to 136^th St, almost arriving 58^th Rd, a very tall, strong build, black, young-to-middle-aged, uniformed cop came along P.S. 120 down 58^th Rd and turned right onto 136^th St, so came face-to-face with me. I continued my way and he continued his way.

“Jennifer”, self-claimingly coming from Manhattan Chinatown, probably was the one who first started in the 5 or 6 AM talking about someone got MURDERED. Later, from online News, including New York Post, I read such a story: At ~11:20 pm of 11/01/21, cops and EMS arrived, responding to 52-yr-old QiuMing Wan’s 911 call, at 56-28 Main St., Flushing, and found 29-yr-old JiaoMei Zhou “girlfriend” unconscious and bleeding from vagina and pronounced dead on the scene. JiaoMei Zhou was reported as a “MARRIED” but “separated” from her “husband” and her “husband’s” family due to “domestic violence”. These two were reported to have been familiar to each other and that day they had meal in a restaurant and then came to Wan’s house there to have sex. Cops arrested Wan and charged him with “aggravated sexual assault”. However, this “news” NEVER had the follow-up report(s).
