I hope that wise Dr. Peter Shoore will be able to rescue Canada. If we tolerate the worse of social security and the economic environment of Canada, lost market to sell product; that runs manufacturer will be an idiotic manner.

Then, why is Canada experiencing an unstoppable decline?

China develops ritual, Confucian culture people as human; the West made Gods brainwash sworn enemies kill each other in killing genes. Under the killing genes; the society, the parliament, etc., they all have to be designed as the bullring; then people, lawmakers; are all tamed as bulls to ram each other.

In the Era of medern market economy, living space has changed into the market space from the geographic space of old primitive agricultural economy; so that the decline in the manufacturing is the decline of the living space.

Canada has the abundant natural resources with pleasant living environment, so it should be developed better and better; but ruined unlivable.

Canada was once a pioneer in many technologies: made advanced fighter jet, high speed trains, smartphone—but now they've all disappeared.

So I suggest to rescue Canada by the civilization of China on two issues.

1... Democracy caused dysfunction of government to ruin the world.

2... Western medicine kicks away effective remedies and kill people.

1... Nowadays, social governance has evolved as that of lawmakers makes policies as orbit; then the society runs on, which is that lawmakers make laws to make the inexecutable power of the State Apparatus as executable to play the role.

The State Apparatus is equipped with police, prisons to compel the one who defied the laws. Once the law enacted, the State Apparatus will automatically enforce it. This made the actuality; who works as lawmaker; who control the power.

Learn China's Technocratic Democracy by entrepreneurs, engineers, etc., in part time self reliance as lawmakers. But in Canada; to avoid touching the interest of current lawmakers and officials; we may form a civil legislature, then take 30% of vote rights to parallel run with the Gov-one to fix the flaw of democracy.

The civil legislature is not the opposition party, nor to oppose or replace the ruling party; rather, it acts as a faithful assistant to support the ruling party in the right policies and proposes the policies that the ruling party dared not touch.

2... Learn China's TCM to view patients as emotional humans from the assembly of lifeless parts of Western medicine; then dump antibiotics and vaccines into garbage bin; then cure patients by body needed nutrients repairing ill and aging lesions as treatment; thus the cheaper dietary supplements will be the cure for all. It has no diseases incurable at all. No Alzheimer's, no diabetes and so on.

My experience, water dilutes 5% vinegar x 18 ml (0.9g pure)/50kg + melatonin x 5 - 10mg in daily once will be the cure for all. Two times of vinegar alone cured my wife and son Covid-19; and + melatonin cured my wife's Parkinson's.

In days; I have to give up 200-degree reading glasses, in weeks; my facial skin is rosy smooth, lesser wrinkles, and the appetite, digestion, energy, hearing, memory, mental agility, are all shockingly improved; which proved the younger in my blood, vessels, microcirculation and more; are all systemically rejuvenation 30 years.

Vinegar can kill viruses, increase immune cells; to restore abnormal physiological indicators to normal; while melatonin promotes the regeneration of nerve cells; immune cells, and stem cells of kidney failure, thus regenerates the systems.

Thus by self help cure most diseases, people will reduce the reliance on the public healthcare. Thereby avoiding the tragedy of increasingly death of Canadians from the long treatment wait. Otherwise any big investment cannot solve problems

To improve social governance; we must learn the nature of people

Playing China 2500 years old board game Go; Computer program AlphaGo won human top professional Go player, revealed fact that human intelligence acts as a Robot; kill software kills; and service one services. The brain defects and Gods brainwash made many people in the beast nature.

Dear Ravi Kahlon

This is Frank Li from the city of Waterloo, a Metallographist from P.R. China. As a senior researcher, I research the improvement of microstructure of metal materials to achieve desired property, so that reading and writing was my daily work; with broader reading about the Eastern and Western civilizations, and the modern studies on TCM and Western medicine. Living in Canada, the clash between two radical different cultures made me reflect on the issues of medication and social governance; thereby exploring the way for humanizing them; record thoughts as articles.
