这是我昨天发给我儿子的英文短信：

Dear Harry,

There were two staffs claiming to be from Bestbuy Holyoke Mall brought to my home the security camera that I ordered online by paying $236 plus tax for two pieces of pakages that included the security camera pakage and installation service package around onecon the 25th, Jannuary,2024. 

The first package is actually a separation of parts without any box and brouchuor, The things that I actually was brought to my home is 1 security camera itself with no showing model on it, the battery that is showed on the ring vedio that is at most one third of electricity left, and 1 pieces of battery charging power cord. The last item is only two pieces of domentation that is included Set up Guide and Warranty. That is all the things I has been sent by two claimed technocians. 

The second package I paid was $130,for the installation of only 1 sucurity camera,and set up ring vedio. 

So I called the number provided from the Bestbuy web talking about the perchase experiences and request right solution. They gave me the answer is return and one of the representatives process the appointment to remove the camera on 27th,Jan.2024.and I have to bring the decective items to return to the store and get the refund.

On the 27the, a lady claimed to be staff from bestbuy will come and remove the camera work as schedued using the number not like the number bestbuy store provided on web. 

The horrible thing is there is no records on my cell phone now, although I saw them 3 hours ago ,all the numbers were deleted without any signs to show them. including the number that the lady who claimed from best buy she used to call me through her own phone telling me that she is going to come to my home and remove the camera. And then she came and did remove the camera from the wall using my chair and left. Eveything seemed normally until I've found that the number she used had been deleted and all the other supposed bustbuy numbers. I believe that the technician who installed the camera and set up ringAPP vedio on 25th apparently deleted the phone number they used on the way to my home on that day at 1：00 of 25th.
