柯米案不是司法直接指控。是大陪審團在審議了 11 個月的調查材料後，決定指控的。柯米案不只是 8647。是媒體宣染敘事用 8647 而已。

別擔心，你我就是再說100遍 8647 也不會被指控。大陪審團是保密的，調查材料也是保密的，指控起訴後，柯米及其律師團會得到完整的指控材料。

FBI局長這麼做，確實不妥。但刑事指控，就過了，有點殺雞儆猴的意思，是獨裁或者黑幫經常用的手法，而不是民主社會的手法。

憑這個定罪，基本不可能。要能憑這個定罪，那可就爛大街了，隨便夫妻兩口子吵個架，就能定好幾個罪，還有完麼？司法部也知道。但是老爺子生氣了，不弄不行，就弄唄。反正納稅人的錢, 管他呢! 川普就是為了耍威風，濫用納稅人的錢。
