The civil legislature is not the opposition party, nor opposes or replaces the ruling party; rather, it acts as a faithful assistant to the ruling party in right policies or proposes the policy that ruling party dares not touch. Also the nonpartisan advantage of the civil legislature is being able to make better governance without Gov-killing harm from partisan politics fighting for the interests of the party by undermining the public interest as the expense. Swede civil legislation will acts as model humanizes the world Now people across the globe are eagerly seeking a way to survive, but there is no path forward available without the bloodshed. Once Sweden establishes civil legislation, people globally will follow the suit; then form the Civil Legislature to headquarter in their entrepreneurs' association by their member entrepreneur as lawmaker; then increase across society; thus will humanize global governance. As I envision; the civil legislature is merely a temporary transition for the consideration of avoiding social unrest; but in the long run, for ensuring humanized governance; humanity must kick away partisan politics and be replaced by nonpartisan politics. The capability of any single individual is limited, however once the individual comes together, their combined strength will be immense. Among all of the people grouping, the partisan group is the most harmful one; due to it is by taking power as their purpose. The man made disasters show that makes more power positions, feeds more beats in power, more disasters for humans.
