子之还兮，遭我乎峱之间兮。并驱从两肩兮，揖我谓我儇兮。

子之茂兮，遭我乎峱之道兮。并驱从两牡兮，遭我谓我好兮。

子之昌兮，遭我乎峱之阳兮，并驱从两狼兮，揖我谓我臧兮。

                Agility.          

Your agility astounded me, 

when we encountered in Mountain Nao; 

Together we rode, to chase the two beasts of three years; 

You bowed to me and said I was ingenious.

Your gallantry impressed me, 

when we encountered on the roads of Mountain Nao; 

Together we rode, to hunt for the two male boars, 

You bowed to me and said I was dexterous. 

Your suavity astonished me, 

when we encountered on the south of Mountain Nao; 

Together we rode, to run after the two wolves, 

you bowed to me and said I was admirable.
