My Cover Letter to NYC Access HRA for My Application for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Cash Assistance

The New York City DEMOCRAPIC Human Resources Administration (HRA) doesn't make BOTTOM-CLASS people's easier at all. It or the Electronic Deep State made my computer unable to log into my account at NYC Access HRA on some occasions; It quickly hung up or didn't pick up my phone calls to the Access HRA Telephone Interview at (929) 273-1872 MULTIPLE times after about an hour of waiting on line each time; It then sent MANY mails to FALSELY accuse me of not completing the step #2, telephone interview, on time; some other mails to call Department of Social Services One at (718) 557-1399 but there is ABSOLUTELY NO option AT LEAST FOR ME to TALK with any human bureaucrat. For step #3, i.e., the final step of the SNAP and CA application, I had practically the ONLY option to download and install the Access HRA mobile app to my smart phone to upload the required documents. While I tried to log into this mobile app, it showed an OPAQUE screen claiming for PRIVACY PROTECTION and then it seemed to CLOSE on its own, but after a further moment it showed up as having been logged in. Since the app takes ONLY image files, I had to convert my cover letter of three pages to three images and ALSO uploaded them under the category of "Household Composition" due to NO category of "Cover Letter" for uploading documents. My Cover Letter is not flattering the CORRUPT NEW YORK CITY HRA SYSTEM for a begging of their allocation of the FEDERAL funds at all, but it keeps a SCATHING account of the it is what it is and they are what they are. This extends to the American-Chinese Hybrid Evil System and its HUMANSCUMS. The Cover Letter, along with multiple required documents, was uploaded on August 28, 2024, Wednesday.
