CORRUPT New York City Government With A SHAMELESS "Reason" Denies My Application of FAIR FARES NYC

Mainly due to the severe and permanent injuries and the sequelae on my brain and spine sustained first at slavery workplace and then at "medical clinics" at New York City from the PREMEDITATED AND COORDINATED MURDER-ATTEMPTS by (ACHES) American-Chinese Hybrid Evil System's HUMANSCUMS, it has become more and more exhausting and painful for me to walk a long distance without even carrying any extra load. Meanwhile, I basically live on the ONLY income of Social Security Disability Benefit of ONLY $1,035/month (the 2024 level), and my PSYCHOTIC "wife" Li Li has been completely living on me as a MALIGNANT TUMOR since her twice desertions in 2014 and return in 2015. I then applied for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Cash Assistance (CA) as a PACKAGE APPLICATION just for MYSELF on Aug. 12, 2024, due to the complicity of document requirements and the family having been DISMANTLED BY THE ACHES HUMANSCUMS. On Sept. 09, 2024, via online application, I asked for Fair Fares NYC, and uploaded the required documents: a RECENT postal mail from Human Resources Administration (HRA) as evidence for "NYC Residency", and my NYS Driver License as evidence for "Identity & Age". The HUMANSCUMS from HRA of NYC then VICIOUSLY FALSELY CLAIMED in their numerous postal mails that I did not complete the telephone interview step for CASH ASSISTANCE and thus they rejected the CA! The REALITY is I was fortunate enough to get a phone call back from (929) 273-1872, the ACCESS HRA INTERVIEW number, for a 28m and 28s INTERVIEW on August 20, 2024, and that interview was supposed for both SNAP and CA!

On September 23, 2024, Monday, I received the UNSEALED postal mail of "approval" of ONLY the SNAP for only US $ 121 per month while OTDA claims on the NOTICE (#N018B05550) that I have Total Income of $1,035 (from SSD) and Countable Income $564.50. I don't understand what's "Countable Income" and how "Countable Income" is originated or calculated. On 09/24/2024, I called 718-557-1385, the number listed on the NOTICE 's page 1 for "Fair Hearing information and assistance", but what came out of my cell phone immediately was "this phone number is not valid anymore." When I called (800) 342-3334 to "Request a Fair Hearing", nobody would pick up the call, and I had to answer only some automatic questions and to wait for a possible callback. When I called (718) 557-1399, the general telephone # for questions or help, as well for "Agency Conference", it's ONLY a number to say the "INFORMATION", IMPOSSIBLE TO SCHEDULE an "Agency Conference" or to talk with any worker in the NYC Department of Social Services. As far as I know about OTHER RECIPIENTS OF GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE in THIS SPECIFIC APARTMENT or in Flushing, NY, they NOT ONLY have CASH ASSISTANCE, but have monthly SNAP of SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER, LIKE THREE TIMES HIGHER, and thus they have asked OTHERS to use THEIR SNAP for CASH at a 70% or 60% discount.

Today, October 11, 2024, Friday, I received a thin letter. The sender is shown as FAIR FARES NYC, Church Street Station, PO BOX 7099, New York, NY 10008-7099. From the letter's SIMPLE content, I am so outraged by the New York City's CORRUPT HUMANSCUMS in the Department of "Social Services" (DSS), or HRA. These HUMANSCUMS now writtenly claim "You do not live in New York City" to DENY my application for Fair Fares NYC, i.e., half fare. Are the state terrorists in New York City in police-uniform or plainclothes suggesting that I will be FURTHER MURDER-ATTEMPTED TO DIE in New York City? I am NOT in any hallucination of the REAL STATE TERRORISM'S STATE TERRORISTS. It's INCREDIBLE for CORRUPT NEW YORK CITY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES to BE THIS INFURIATINGLY RIDICULOUS OR ACTUALLY THREATENING.
