完了完了完了……><

今天英语课有timed write，也就是在一节课之内写一篇文章，大部分时间是分析一篇文章里作者使用的各种写作手法和他想表达的想法。不过，最近一直在学怎么写论文 （argumentative paper），所以老师今天就让我们读一篇文章，然后写同意还是不同意。老师总是强调要尽量保持中立，观点不要太偏太极端了。要让读者感觉你是一个很成熟稳重的作者，那样写的文章就比较可信。

文章的作者是一位德国的哲学家写的，大概是这样的（在这里写英文了，因为我的翻译水平太糟了……原文在老师那里，没能拿回家）：

There is a great difference between thinking and reading. Reading is the act of forcing compulsory ideas onto the reader's mind, which causes the mind to suffer from a lack of thinking. Learners who learn to read end up more stupid and foolish than nature intended them to be. Only thinkers, geniuses, and those men who push mankind forward can truly be called learned men.

到时候等到把作文拿回来我再把文章好好放上去……但是大概意思就是在骂普通人，所以我一读就开始火冒三丈。结果我一阵篇文章就没好气（这一点会让我扣一大堆分） 的反驳了一会儿。

结果等道谢结尾的时候，我突然想到了：如果这位大哲学家认为读东西就是强迫人家接受你的观点，那他为什么要把东西写下来让大家读？他不是自己也在”forcing compulsory ideas onto the reader's mind”吗？结果我就把我的想法写下来了……老师可能会红笔一挥，画一个大零蛋…… T_T
